I used this company for a second time thinking I would have a good service experience and was mistaken. It must be really hit and miss with repair men because my first experience was great and this was not. I had an appointment between 12 and 2, I took time off work at and at 10 minutes to 2 they call to tell me he would be an hour late. At 3 I call to find out what was going on. They said he was on the way. At 3:30 he showed up and then couldnt fix my problem. They charge time and a half after 5 or 5:30 but no consideration was given to them being an hour and a half late to the end of the two hour window they gave me to begin with. So I decided that I wasn't going to pay them overtime for their mistake. They left and I feel like I was overcharged by half an hour for the technician to write up his report and I shouldnt have paid it. I am just highly disappointed that my issue wasnt fixed and that they were unapologetic to being an hour and a half late and now I have to find another company to fix the problem that they were unable to fix.

Steve the plumber did a thorough job.He showed up when promised. He did it quickly and efficiently. He was polite and friendly. He cleaned everything up when he was done. And a very important point, he didn't wear heavy cologne or after shave. My wife has allergies and too many tradesmen smell. I would recommend Above All Plumbing whole-heartedly.

I was referred to this company because the normal plumbing company I use did not have the ability to service me (due to schedule). Upon arrival they seemed to know more than the other companies i have used. When they couldn't recreate the clog they started with lifting the toilet (of the three companies I have used they are the only ones to actually take the toilet off). Next they snaked the drain, but couldn't get anything out. I authorized a them to snake the drain with a camera. Note: It cost $300 to have them provide this service but only $150 if they are already on site and ready. SWEET! I am so glad I did because they ended up finding out that I had root intrusion in multiple locations some of which were really bad. We also found that my old Orangeburg piping was collapsing and in the shape of a kidney bean. I am extremely satisfied with their work. The only thing to improve on for this company if work site clean up. The machine makes a mess of what i assume is sewage when it retracts. They left a fair amount of this.. Spackle.. on my walls, and floor. I am more than capable of cleaning so not too big a deal.

We had a clogged kitchen sink and and after spending 3 hours trying to fix the clog (turns out to be a clogged drain pipe), I gave up and called Alex at Above all.

Alex arrived on time, took 20 mins to clear the clog, and another 20mins to help me put everything back in place. Within an hour, my kitchen sink is back in operation.

The fee they charged was very reasonable and I am a very happy customer. I would recommend Above All Plumbing to everyone.

Great response time and wonderful plumber. Called about two issues and he resolved four of them within an hour. (You know how you remember ""other"" things once they arrive!) Glad to see they charge by the hour and not by the individual job. He also gave us several tips on home maintenance which were greatly appreciated.

And on top of all that, a senior discount!

This was a review of service from about a year ago. Saved in my drafts accidentally! We had a blocked main sewage line, sewage in the tubs, can't use the toilets or bathroom sinks. Our whole house smelled like sewage!! It was a 911 situation and it was the middle of the night. I called into All Above, left a message with the phone service, and got a call back from Dawn within 15 minutes, it was past 10pm. She was courteous and very knowledgable. she explained how their rates work during the day and night, and after i answered some questions, Dawn explained what a tech would need to do to fix our problem and how how it may take. for someone who hasn't been in this situation before, that was helpful. She dispatched Mike to our home, he arrived within 30 minutes and got right to it. At this point, it's around 11pm, and Mike cleared the line and handled the whole problem within an hour. We were so impressed with the professionalism and skill of both Dawn and Mike. Their help was worth the double time rate!!!

We used Above All Plumbing after my husband ran into some issues while changing out a toilette upstairs. We live in an older home, so during the change out he ran into an issue with the main pipe coming out of the wall and a connector. Instead of tempting fate and potentially flooding the bathroom we called Above All Plumbing upon recommendation of a family member. The per hour weekend rate is higher, but in an emergency situation it was a must. Adam was at our house within an hour. He fixed the connection, sealed the toilette for us and then while inspecting the main confirmed what we knew - we had a leak. We had such a great experience we scheduled another appointment with Above All and had Adam return to install our new Kitchen Faucet, a new sink downstairs and of course to repair the outside main. Great service, friendly, kept us informed the whole time, and while I hope we don't have to see use a plumber again anytime soon - if we do we'll certainly call Above All Plumbing!

I live in a condo, so it's not easy to find plumbers who can legally do work in our units. Above All was recommended when I needed a toilet and garbage disposal replaced. Their phone service is excellent, Kim was very helpful in picking out a new toilet over the phone. They scheduled my work fast and Alex did a great job AND he left the bathroom and kitchen neat and damage free! I am very pleased with Above All Plumbing and will use them when I replace my dishwasher next year. Would highly recommend.

Today we had a plumbing problem, a plugged main line. I remembered the company we called several years ago so I placed a call to Above All Plumbing

I was answered immediately and told that someone would come by between 3 and 5 pm.

Julio showed up promptly at 4:30 surveyed the situation and got right to work without hesitation.

I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience as he looked quite young but watching him work I had complete confidence and left him alone to do what he had to do.

45 minutes later he told me that he had located and fixed the blockage and a few minutes later he was on his way.

I will not hesitate to call Above All again should their services be required.

I know that having a plumbing problem on a weekend can be pricey, however, the people at Above All Plumbing were so prompt, considerate, efficient & friendly, i didn't think twice about the weekend-rates.

they were quick to respond, efficient with the time spent on the repair, honest with what needed fixing, (didn't try to sell me something i didn't need), and, of course, friendly and professional.

i would definitely call them again, and even recommend them to someone who needed their services. it's good to support a local company, and be satisfied with their work.
