I had them add an off valve to a refrigerator line. Even though I explained the scope of work to the snippy girl who answers the phone, the plumber had to go to the hardware store to get parts...on my dime. The plumber and his trainee were gone almost 50 minutes even though the store is a 6 minute drive away. I got the privilege of paying $115/hour for his lengthy shopping trip. He did a good job and was quite pleasant and did good work.

I gave them one more chance a month later as I needed a faucet replaced. The same snippy girl was still snippy when I scheduled the appointment. I asked her if the pumber could please have whatever parts or supplies he might need on stock so I didn't have to pay for another shopping trip. She told me that the plumber would ""have whatever he had on the truck"" and if he needed something more, he would have to go buy it. Apparently business was so slow that he could come out the same day (the next day was completely open too). He arrived at 12:50 and replaced the faucet. When he wrote up the bill he wrote that he arrived at 12:45 and left at 2:05. I believe he padded the bill the extra 5 minutes so he could charge the extra 15 minute increment they base their hourly work on.

If you use them, I think they'll do good work. Just be sure to note the time they arrive and finish so you don't pay for their slow business day.

We recently aquired the privelged opportunity to install a new roof system for Rick who is the owner of Above All Plumbing and sadly an issue arose that required his expertise for resolvement. His crew worked well and hand in hand with mine and they were Above All a pleasure to work with. If you are a contractor or even a homeowner looking for professionalism and quality give them a call. I called these guys to come take a look at my water heater. I made the apt and thought I had someone coming out to just take a look at it and give me a free estimate to either repair it or get a new one. The person I spoke with never mentioned that it would be a $115 minimum regardless of what they did or didn't do. I found this out when the plumber showed up and quoted me $1600 for a new water heater and said ""well you're already paying $115 for me to be here anyway"". I guess that's a hard sell technique or something. Didn't work... Won't use them in the future.

We have been using Above All Plumbing for over 2 years now. They are customer-service oriented and flexible with scheduling. I highly recommend Anthony to fix any plumbing problems in your home. Very knowledgeable and experienced and fixed the problem. Sink is running great now.

Once they came to our condo complex to fix a broken water pipe and ended up hitting a gas line.

Last time they came out to clean the pipes in our garage and broke my garage door opener. They supposedly fixed it but the chain is now loose.

One of this company's van caused an accident by tail-gating and rear-ending an vehicle a few months ago. The driver denied responsibility and would not even show insurance paper until cops were called. I'm not sure about the integrity of this company if there are such employees working for the company.

I called Above All Plumbing because I had a leak in my kitchen pipe. They sent someone out quickly to confirm that ""yes"" I did have a leak in my pipe (at a cost of $108). I was told to let the ""puddle"" that had formed under my house dry for 3-5 days before they would go under the house and do the repair. AND DO NOT USE THE FAUCET IN THE KITCHEN! In the meantime, I would be getting an e-mail with a quote to fix the pipe. It has been 2 weeks with 3 phone calls to their office and still no quote. I got many ""excuses"" for not receiving the quote (it's ready but the supervisor has to sign it, we have had emergencies, we are slammed with work) Thank goodness there are other REPUTABLE plumbing companies who come out in a timely manner and GET THE JOB DONE! I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend this company.

After hearing about my issue, the manager and owner both called me to apologize for dropping the ball on my service. They refunded me the money for the service call.

I called to get a quote on installing a water softener and to fix the spout on my shower/tub. Adam was great, he explained the problem to me and told me that he could get me a single part without using the $160 kit I bought at Lowe's. So the total for the part and labor was less than the price of the kit. I happily returned the kit. The only downside was they came really late, but they called me to tell me they were running late so it was ok. I would call them again.
