They were able to accommodate me for a same-day repair. Steve from Above All Plumbing arrived according during the scheduled service time window and was swift and professional on the repair. Called needing a walk in shower cleared. Two professional techs arrived promptly within promised arrival window the next day. Drain clog was cleared and shower floor cleaned like new. We would consider using Above All Plumbing again. Excellent service!

Just a quick update... turns out we had some further issues related to our first visit. Above All sent out a Supervisor for better troubleshooting and found an even more difficult issue lurking. They fixed it for us and got us back to 100%. They were great about listening to our concerns and jumped in to see what was happening. We were very happy with their approach and they even provided a partial credit to ensure that we didn't end up paying more to fix the right problems.

Recently, the master bathroom toilet required a much needed fixing.  The toilet was recently fixed with brand new parts, but was still leaking.  Above All Plumbing came to the rescue.  I called them around 10:00 p.m. and technician Alex arrived in less than 30 minutes.  Upon arrival, Alex thoroughly investigated the toilet and parts for their condition.  The assessment was even tougher than expected due to the three flights of stairs Alex had to use, each time the main water supply needed to be turned off and on.  The conclusion was a bad copper pipe and bad fill valve.  The bill?  We'll let's say God is good! The amount paid was reasonable for the amount of work performed.

I've used AAP for many years and service has always been great. Plumbers are courteous, come on time, and knowledgeable. If there is an issue with the service, they will come back and fix the problem. I'm planning to replace my water heater and AAP gave me a reasonable estimate. I would highly recommend AAP for your plumbing needs.

This review is not about the quality of Above All Plumbing work because they never show up for our appointment. The appointment window was for the second half of the day. I waited from 1-4 PM as instructed by the company. But no one came out or called. I then called again this morning and was promised that some one will get back to me ASAP and still nothing. I guess that my time is not that important.

Recently the water in my kitchen sink got backed up. My home inspector and realtor recommended me to call AAP. Steve and Julio came to the rescue. They were courteous, professional, and pleasant. Not only did they resolve the issue efficiently, they also took the time to educate me, a new homeowner living in a multi-unit complex. Three years ago when my house was still under the homeowner warranty, a plumber came for the same problem. He told me my unit did not have a clean out. So the snake was run from my kitchen down the pipeline. This time, Steve located the clean out, just outside across the alley. They ran the snake from my kitchen and also from the clean out to make sure the pipe is cleared. As another reviewer mentioned, they were very thorough about testing it, filling my kitchen sink with water half way and to make sure the water drains properly. I am very satisfied with their service and highly recommend them! AAP, you just got another happy customer! Thanks Steve and Julio!
