Established in 2021 by Frank Varela, a certified General Contractor, who brings decades of experience in the construction industry since 1988. Frank initially focused on building track homes in San Diego County before shifting to retail maintenance and commercial construction. He has experience as a maintenance handyman for several retail stores, including CVS, Rite Aid, and Smart & Final, among others. Above All Maintenance has established itself as a leading name in the construction service industry. I am a licensed and insured general contractor, with expertise in both commercial and residential construction and repairs. We handle everything from carpentry to electrical and plumbing, and just about anything concerning your property, we cover it all.
