Established in 2021 by Frank Varela, a certified General Contractor, who brings decades of experience in the construction industry since 1988. He started by constructing track homes in San Diego County and transitioned to retail maintenance and commercial construction. He has experience as a maintenance handyman for several retail stores, including CVS, Rite Aid, and Smart & Final, to name a few. Above All Maintenance has grown into a highly regarded name in the construction services field. As a licensed and insured general contractor, I have a background in both commercial and residential construction and repair work. From carpentry to electrical and plumbing, and virtually every aspect of your property, we handle it all.
