Established in 2021 by Frank Varela, a certified General Contractor, who has been active in the construction field since 1988. Frank initially focused on building track homes in San Diego County before shifting to retail maintenance and commercial construction. Frank has served as a maintenance handyman for numerous retail establishments, such as CVS, Rite Aid, and Smart & Final, just to mention a few. Above All Maintenance has become one of the most trusted names in the construction service sector. I am a licensed and insured general contractor, I have a background in both commercial and residential construction and repair work.
