Founded in 2021 by Frank Varela, a licensed General Contractor, who has been active in the construction field since 1988. He started by constructing track homes in San Diego County and transitioned to retail and facility upkeep, along with commercial building projects. He has experience as a maintenance handyman for several retail stores, including CVS, Rite Aid, and Smart & Final, among others. Above All Maintenance has become one of the most trusted names in the construction service sector. I am a licensed and insured general contractor, I possess experience in commercial and residential construction and repairs. We handle everything from carpentry to electrical and plumbing, and just about anything concerning your property, we cover it all.
