Established in 2021 by Frank Varela, a certified General Contractor, who brings decades of experience in the construction industry since 1988. He started by constructing track homes in San Diego County and transitioned to retail and facility upkeep, along with commercial building projects. Frank has served as a maintenance handyman for numerous retail establishments, such as CVS, Rite Aid, and Smart & Final, just to mention a few. Above All Maintenance has grown into a highly regarded name in the construction services field. I hold a license and insurance as a general contractor, I have a background in both commercial and residential construction and repair work. From carpentry to electrical and plumbing, and just about anything concerning your property, we cover it all.
