Established in 2021 by Frank Varela, a certified General Contractor, with extensive experience in the construction sector since 1988. He started by constructing track homes in San Diego County and transitioned to retail maintenance and commercial construction. He has worked as a maintenance handyman for various retail chains, including CVS, Rite Aid, and Smart & Final, just to mention a few. Above All Maintenance has established itself as a leading name in the construction service industry. I hold a license and insurance as a general contractor, I possess experience in commercial and residential construction and repairs. From carpentry to electrical and plumbing, and just about anything concerning your property, we cover it all.
