Founded in 2021 by Frank Varela, a licensed General Contractor, who has been active in the construction field since 1988. Frank initially focused on building track homes in San Diego County before shifting to retail and facility maintenance, as well as commercial construction. He has experience as a maintenance handyman for several retail stores, including CVS, Rite Aid, and Smart & Final, just to mention a few. Above All Maintenance has grown into a highly regarded name in the construction services field. I am a licensed and insured general contractor, I have a background in both commercial and residential construction and repair work. We manage all aspects, including carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing, and just about anything concerning your property, we cover it all.
