Launched in 2021 by Frank Varela, a qualified General Contractor, who brings decades of experience in the construction industry since 1988. Frank initially focused on building track homes in San Diego County before shifting to retail and facility upkeep, along with commercial building projects. He has experience as a maintenance handyman for several retail stores, including CVS, Rite Aid, and Smart & Final, to name a few. Above All Maintenance has established itself as a leading name in the construction service industry. I hold a license and insurance as a general contractor, I possess experience in commercial and residential construction and repairs. We handle everything from carpentry to electrical and plumbing, and virtually every aspect of your property, we handle it all.
