My husband and I opted to hire a plumber to install a new kitchen faucet we had purchased. I called on a Saturday with no expectation of having someone out that day but when Travis returned my call (in less than 5 minutes of leaving a message) and said he could have someone out in a couple of hours, we took advantage of their prompt service. Rich showed up, provided us great detail on the faucet we purchased and did an amazing job with the installation. He was incredibly friendly and courteous, telling us what he was doing at various steps along the way! These guys will definitely be our go to for all future plumbing needs!

Called Able To about a non working water heater; they were at my home within the hour and had it all resolved and fixed (bad thermo couple along with a snapped pilot light gas line - my fault) relatively quickly. Travis and Brad were super pleasant and I will not hesitate to give them a call in the future if I ever need to!

I really don't think you could find a better plumber than Able To Plumbing. The integrity with which they do their work is incredible. I heard of them upon recommendation from my father-in-law and we first had them out to deal with a back-up. Brad came out and knew exactly how to deal with the problem (unlike the previous plumber we had out), and thoroughly explained everything he would do, and then followed through on it. He also checked what we thought was a leak with our water heater. Although our water heater was old, and we were convinced we needed a new one, Brad told us it was just a leak with the pipe and no need to replace the whole water heater. Later we decided to get a quote to replace our galvanized piping with copper, and Travis provided us with a very reasonable quote for all the work that would need to be done. When Brad and his team came out to do the work, they were very considerate and treated my whole family and home (including yappy dog) with the utmost respect. They diligently completed the work (even cleaning under the fridge where we would never see) and regularly provided me status updates and explanations. Whenever I had a question they would take the time to explain, and give me the education I was looking for given the situation. When they had to come back to fix my washer lines that were accidentally reversed, instead of just switching the lines, Brad took the time to fix it the right way - I was once again blown away by his integrity. These guys are the real deal - they treat you like a brother or sister, and I won't be using another plumber as long as I can avoid it!

After a simple misunderstanding with the appointment, thinking it was scheduled on a Thursday when in reality it was the next day. I gave a call to the company asking the appointment about having a plumber fix a shut off valve before the installation of my new washing machine, THEY HAPPILLY ACCOMMODATED MY FAMILY by showing up on the same day as the call.

When Travis came to check the ""problem"" turns out the ""problem"" isn't even a concern AS A RESULT SAVING US MONEY. Like as reviewed by others HE WILL GRANT YOU HONESTY on prices and other details.

We have used Able To many many many times over the past five+ years.

Travis - Rich & Brad have all been here for one thing or another.

Today was Brad's turn to unclog the front bathroom toilet!!

The original part of our home is over 80 years old... Add Livermore water to the mix & we seem to have one plumbing need or another every six month or so.

They are responsive & helpful.

They may not be the least expensive plumber - but I am happy to pay their fee everytime.

I feel comfortable having anyone of the above in my home & I trust their work.

Sometimes you really do get what you pay for... When it comes to plumbing issues I want it done quickly & correctly.

I have referred them to many friends & will continue to do so.

Travis came out to investigate whether a broken shower valve could be repaired, or whether a new shower would be required. After 15 minutes of looking at the problem and sharing risks about the procedure to repair, I elected to give the repair path a shot. I appreciated Travis's honesty and diligence in informing me as the consumer for what risks exists.

Travis was able to repair the shower valve, and we subsequently went on to have a great conversation about many topics for 30 minutes.

I would not hesitate to leverage Able to Plumbing again for a Service and Repair situation.

After buying a house in the Livermore area, inevitably things started to go wrong. First it was a leak in the garage through the walls and then an absolutely shot garbage disposal. We called Able To and had the pleasure of having Travis come out on the first call. He was incredibly knowledgeable and fixed the leak above and beyond. There was a possibility of having to rip through the walls, leaving us with major sheetrock replacement. Instead of doing this, Travis was able to assess the problem, fix it, and leave us with nothing to do on our own. Not only did he fix the problem, he took the time to tell me about his favorite spots in Livermore, ranging from gyms to schools to great places to grab a bite. Being new to the area, this was such a welcome ""bonus"".

Two days later, we got to meet Rich when it was time to replace the disposal. He, too, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He explained things to me, showed me the problem and, again, went above and beyond what I expected.

Beyond the work, the price and the knowledge of these two, I was incredibly appreciative of their respectfulness and attentiveness they showed me and my children. It's not everyday you come across a company like this.
