Awesome! Had a problem and called them. Said they'd be here in 20 minutes and they were!! Plumber was helpful and explained the problem and their solution. Very nice. Work was done quickly and well. Excellent customer service from everyone - making appointment, plumber, and plumber's assistant. Highly recommend using them. Price was reasonable, too. Will definitely use them if/when we have any more plumbing problems.

Horrible and shady company! The owner Travis harassed and threatened me after leaving this review. He called me 11 times at 6am the next day and cussed me out using the ""f"" word about a dozen times before I hung up on him.

So this all started when they came out to service my property on many occasions due to them ""being in bed"" with my landlords so to speak. Everytime they came they wouldn't be on time and I would have to wait around for them to show. They also even showed up on days when I told them I was not available. They always parked in my driveway blocking our cars in when there was ample street parking. (No one should park in anyone's driveway unless invited I feel) they left tools at my house on more than 2 occasions.

The thing that makes me upset the most is they would never announce their arrival. The would come into my backyard without letting us know they were there and even looked inside our bedroom window while we were still in bed as they past by (our bedroom windows faces the backyard)

Able to plumbing also accused me of stuffing stuff done the sewer intentionally to block the system. The said my wife would flush lots of tampons and paper towels which is not the case at all. My wife like any other woman is fully aware you cannot flush that down the toilet. Able to plumbing also never cleans up properly after a job and always leave a mess even asking me for towels and products to aid in cleaning up which is something they should have in their trucks.

I reached out to Courtney the office manager to complain and she hung up on me after using several cuss words. I tried calling back and she cussed me out again. The next day the owner Travis called me 11 times cussing me out at 6am. I asked him to calm down to actually talk and he just kept cussing me out and threatening me. He said if I didnt remove my ripoff report and my yelp he was going to sue me. Now if Travis would of been calm and addressed my concerns maybe I would have but he was a hot head and lost his temper so here the review will stay.

Feel free to respond Travis, if you can keep your cool which we both know you can't.


Last but not least. The plumbers went thru my personal belongings and reported them back to my landlord on what I had in my yard and house. I'm pretty sure that is none of their business and if they ever set foot on my property again I will call the police

We had an issue while trying to install our washer in the garage to our new house in Livermore. The water spigots were leaking and I tried to repair myself, come to find out that they were pressure fittings and not threaded on. I stopped right there with our water shut off on a Saturday about 2pm. We frantically looked on yelp for good reviewed plumbers and came accross Able To Plumbing. They could get to our house early the very next morning. They were on time early in the morning and did a super job explaining what he was doing and how he fixed the issue! Awesome!! We would recommend for their customer service and for their skill. They helped us last minute and they did it right the first time! Will deff use again!

Excellent response, service and repair work from an exceptional team of plumbing professionals. Courtney took my call and Travis promptly came out on Saturday afternoon to troubleshoot our water leak problem in the garage and provided an estimate for repairs. Since the slow leaking, rusty pipes did not present an immediate emergency we scheduled an appointment for the following Wednesday morning. Rich and Brad arrived early this morning to complete the work and did an outstanding job. Quality parts were used and great service performed at a fair price. They even cleaned up the worksite to a spotless condition before they left. I highly recommend this team of quality HVAC/Plumbing professionals!

Overall good. Team is knowledgeable. The missing stars are for
1. no tidy clean-up after the job (debris left and a cigarette but in drive way)
2. came with the incorrect parts, half way left the job. Came back with parts and finished the job.
3. promised to take care of the hose bib, but i have to follow-up couple times and have to remind about the 'promise'. finally taken care after 2 weeks.

Excellent service. I had a shower drain which was blocked. Travis, the owner was a savior in my case.

A national chain sent two folks - a technician and a supervisor - in two different days to fix the problem. They snaked thru all drains in the bathroom and could not fix it. Their final recommendation was to cut open the wall, cut the vent and snake thru the vent. I told them I need to think about it.

I called this company on Fri and they initially said they can send me somebody on Sat evening. 5 mins later, they said Travis can come by 8:00. He was at my home promptly on Sat morning. Courtney even called me to remind me that he is on his way. In 30 minutes Travis snaked it again and fixed the problem. There were some quirkiness with the plumbing joints, Travis figured it out quickly.

Prompt and excellent service. Travis knows what he is talking about. I like his no non-sense approach. Would recommend him for any plumbing/rooting work

Excellent service all around. It started when I called yesterday and left a VM explaining my problem. They called back this morning and scheduled an appointment for later today at 4pm. 3:57pm rolled around and he had arrived.

I'll keep it brief and say that his service was excellent. He diagnosed the problem as being benign and not a problem at all (pipes were ""ticking"" when hot water ran. My ignorance and paranoia got the best of me). He charged me nothing and gave me a referral for some other work I wanted to have done. Incredible!

The biggest benefit? The relief of finally finding a good plumber for when I actually do need work done. Half the stress involved with choosing a professional services provider is in the work we do to avoid getting bent over the barrel. Able To Plumbing made it easy. I love knowing I have a referral for my other friends/family now.

I cannot say enough good things about Travis! First of all, he has REGULAR Saturday hours! How key is that in today's work age? We called on a Saturday morning and he came that afternoon. He as friendly all the while being professional. He got our sink working in no time and was very accomodating when we asked hm to look at our downstairs bathroom since he was here. He was able to replace the parts so that we did not have to buy a completly new toilet.

While I hope no one ever needs to call a plumber, if you have to, call Able to Plumbing. You won't be disappointed!

Based on the reviews here, we called and spoke to Travis about installing new faucet in our Roman Tub. Pipes had been cut and capped previously to stop a leak from a cross-threaded grommet. He immediately recommended that I order different faucet as he suggested the Moen we planned on was very difficult to install, so we followed his advice. He came out the following day and I spoke to him over the phone. Estimate was definitely not what I consider to be ""good value"".
From talking to him, I had warning bells, but that is just an opinion. So I checked his contractors license and it shows ""suspended"".

I called Travis to tell him we put the work on hold and he was not happy. He told me he already bought the parts (although it was just half a day earlier that we discussed it) and they would charge 20% restocking fee. I'm not sure I believe that and I think he was attempting to force us into using him - again just an opinion.

Overall, I did not trust him He said the license was a mistake but he did not seem interested when I mentioned the reason, so again - warning bells. Maybe it is a mistake - I would check is license before you use his company.
