This was a total scam!! Stay away! Charged us $145.00 to come look at our AC, then tried to convince us that the whole system needed to be replaced. When they came back to give an estimate on a full system replacement, they claimed the neither a repair or system change could be done for some BS reason and refused to refund our money. The owner- Brian was a real dirt bag and very condescending. They are THIEVES!

I called this company for advice on a property I am looking to buy and the salesperson couldn't be bothered to allow me to get more than a sentence or two out, before interrupting me with an inappropriate answer.

I was merely trying to find out about how much to have the seller leave in escrow since the system couldn't be inspected till the spring time and he told me how much a new system cost. Then I told him it was replace 6 years ago and he repeated the same answer and said only your lawyer can tell you what to put.

When I told him he was just rushing me off the phone he said he wasn't, then he proceeded to try to rush me of the phone.

I told him I didn't own the property yet and he was trying to setup a service call.

The only way I would use this company, is if there was no other company on the planet. Boo!!!

Recently my wife came home to the house and it was 100 degrees. Called Able and Brian responded within the hour and had our Central Air unit fixed and running in no time. Very thorough inspection of the exiting unit to be able to solve the issue. We also use Able for our heating system which was installed by Universe and never worked correctly nor fixed correctly by ""all"" workers at universe. Had Brian over one time to take a look at the boiler and identified the issue and rectified it for us.

This review is long overdue as Brian and his team at Able Air installed our Central AC almost a year ago, and since then have helped us with everything from running gas lines, to questions about our pool, to almost anything we needed plumbing-wise. Trust me when I say, service contractors - let alone people as nice as this are hard to find these days, but Brian is truly one of them. His work was always completed on schedule, his office took care of all the permits and I had ZERO headaches. He is meticulous and we so appreciate that when it comes to making sure work is done right on our home. He has become a go-to resource and I can't recommend Able Air highly enough. If there were 10 stars I'd give them 11. Thanks for everything Able Air!

I highly recommend this company! My parents had an issue with their Ac unit we called them a little after midnight and the owner Brian was there within 30mins. He came fixed the unit for them and the experience couldn't have been more pleasant. I will continue to use them from here on out. Amazing company and owners!!!

FACT: He doesn't bother to call and apologize and try to reschedule. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WOULDN'T YOU SAY?
FACT: I found him to be Very Rude! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WOULDN'T YOU SAY?
FACT: I would not call him in the future for any A/C or heating services I may need, nor would I recommend him to anyone else.
FACT: A business owner who treats a prospective customer the way he treated me DOESN'T deserve a great review.
FACT: BEWARE to other prospective customers, he may very well do the same thing to you.
