Our 7-year-old Fujitsu mini-split air conditioning system was giving us, what we thought, trouble. Able was fully transparent. They stated there was a minimum charge to show up and check the system. And that sometimes may be up to 2 hours for their technician when he is on hold with Fujitsu service. Thankfully the tech who showed up was very friendly he hooked up a computer system to the unit did a bunch of scans. He stated that the unit was functioning properly and that the problem, which is elevated humidity in one room, is probably due to poor insulation in the exterior wall. I'm just thankful that the unit is functioning properly. Again the technician was very friendly and cordial. They arrived exactly when they said they would on time. I would recommend Able and use them again in the future for my air conditioning and heating repair needs.

Brian is a money hungry rude jerk who has no idea how to conduct business in a nice fashion. I spent over fifteen grand which went straight to his pocket and after him and his crew left the system had multiple issues and his co workers stole my airpods as if all that money wasn't enough. After getting fed up with the problems that the new system was causing me I called to get a solution. He was rude and He was only willing to fix it for another thousand dollars so I was stuck paying it or being stuck with a crappy system . I really feel like I would have such a better experience if I would have went to anyone else. Avoid him at all costs all he does is rip innocent people off and he's so mean in the process.

Worst service , you dealing with an used car salesmen on the phone, companies point is to charge up clients and not fix the problem. He basically called me a liar and didn't want to listen to me until I told how I feel about him. Learn how to listen to your clients and not be a donkey, not sure how you even exist. I dealt nothing but pleasant people this area besides this guy.

I didn't call screaming, I asked why something wasn't done initially and he said I declined it. I stated they never offered it to me and he said I'm sure that's the case, basically calling his client a liar. I told him I was frustrated that I had to spend over $900 under his care , if it was for material or labor which it was for both and that is his problem, they shouldn't diagnosed incorrectly from the start. After messing up he has the b***s to tell me that denied something and calls me a liar. I also stated that I was referred by another local contractor, he said "" I'm sure you were"" He was condescending the whole conversation. I gave him multiple chances to regain himself. After not showing any care of my issue and the reason I was calling and kept being condescending, I did tell him to *******

Just had Brian from Able Air and Heat leave my house. Had a bad leak last night coming down from the light socket in my kitchen....NO BUENO! Brian came this morning, located the leak (upstairs behind a wall) and replaced the pipe. It was fast, clean, and thorough. He also took a look at my burner and noticed a very small leak that could have caused a major issue. That will be fixed tomorrow and I have no doubt that it will be done with utter precision and expertise. I've said it before and I'll say it again, Able Air and Heat is a class act and we are lucky to have them as part of our community. Brian is an absolute gentleman and does what he can for you so you don't have to break the bank.

Able A/C installed a Fujitsu ductless a/c system in our home and did a great job. Brian was very friendly and helpful and his installers were very knowledgeable and friendly and did a very nice job. All appointments were on time and most important the system works perfectly, and at a very fair price.

they are by far the worst company i ever delt with the owner is unprofessional and rude there 24 hour 7 day a week is a joke you call for a emergency he tells you hes to busy and comes the next day and he try to fix my AC and did not when i call to tell him he was rude and told he couldnt come back so i ask for my money back which he over charge me he told me he doesnt return money an i had to just deal with it so i found someone else to fixs his mistake so it ended up costing me double to fix it

Before you read further, be aware that the owner responded to this review with my full name address and phone number. He also did this to another negative review. He is literally doxing anyone that says something negative. That is unacceptable and tells you everything you need to know. This company can not be trusted. Period.

Owner is one of the most unbelievable people I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Last summer I had called and left messages about emergency service needed. I never received a call back and left a review based on that experience. But before I continue I recommend Proactive Home Services or T.F. O'Brien. Both are polite, courteous and get back to you.

The owner then called me and verbally berated me for the review and said that it was my fault because I should know that HVAC companies are busy during the summer, as it that's my fault. He was so aggressive to the point that I was left speechless on the phone. He then begged me to remove my review of my experience after continuing to attack me. He knew he was in the wrong and how bad his rude responses looked so he even offered to do the service for free if I removed the reviews. I figured we'd let bygones be bygones and I removed all reviews. Well obviously what he did to service my machine did not stick because once again my unit is not working the next summer. I contacted the company again to have it serviced, perfectly willing to pay for the service, and the owner calls me to decline.

That's fine and he has every right in the world to do so as a business owner. I just feel like I should let people know about this company because the owner seems to like to attack people if you don't leave a good review, and then holds grudges. He even threatened to sue me and to post my personal information everywhere if I reposted a negative review. I have the texts to prove this.

Not professional and I'd be very wary of doing business with them. See the other review on Yelp that complains about the way the owner talked to him. Seems to be the way he deals with people.

The response the owner posted below is his original response from last year. I never attacked him. He berated me for my review. He also just private messaged me that I ""threatened him"" to put Freon in my AC or I would leave more reviews. He is a liar. I have the original text chat that proves he apologized for getting off on the wrong foot and offered to do the service for free. And he also constantly texted me to remind me to remove my reviews. He was aggressive about it and I have all the texts that show this. It's clear he offered to do the work just to get my reviews removed. But I decided to let the past be the past and move on. Tried to give him business this year by calling them. No good deed goes unpunished.

Look at my reviews. They are mostly positive, and I don't write all that many. 99% of the time if I have a bad experience I let it go. This guy is something else though. You have been warned!!!

Called because condenser not kicking over. Offered me an appointment the next day. They found a wiring issue from when I hooked up a nest thermostat over the winter. Also took care of an issue I had with water pooling in drip pan at minimal cost. Did a general service and didn't try to charge me for things I didn't need like refrigerant. Felt the price was very fair for the time the technician spent here and the problems he solved. Overall very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

This was a total scam!! Stay away! Charged us $145.00 to come look at our AC, then tried to convince us that the whole system needed to be replaced. When they came back to give an estimate on a full system replacement, they claimed the neither a repair or system change could be done for some BS reason and refused to refund our money. The owner- Brian was a real dirt bag and very condescending. They are THIEVES!
