Our waterless water heater was leaking. At a friend's suggestion, I called Ability Plumbing. Mike answered the phone, listened to our problem, and gave us a time window for the same day. He called to let us know when he was on his way. He assessed the problem and suggested a temporary fix until he could get the right part the next day. His temporary fix uncovered a far worse problem. Our pressure regulator was broken. He made a trip to his plumbing supplier and was soon back to fix the problem. He was knowledgeable, fixed the problem for a reasonable price, and answered some other questions we had about our plumbing. We would definitely recommend Ability Plumbing to our friends.

I did not actually get to use Mike at Ability Plumbing for our plumbing job, but he still helped us. I was on my 3rd plumber and was so nervous about the guy that was coming (cause he sounded inexperienced over the phone) that I called Ability as another backup on my neighbor's recommendation.

The woman who answered the phone at Ability was so understanding and patient as I told her our plumbing situation. While I was on the phone with her, my plumber (not from Ability) showed up and Mike from Ability came on the phone. He took the time to listen to my story and he even talked to the plumber that was here to make sure that he brought the right tools and could handle the job.

I could tell by the conversation between the two plumbers that Mike asked a lot of questions to make sure the job could get done.

Time is a commodity and being that I did not use Ability for this job, Mike had no obligation to come on the phone and take time out of his day to help me and calm my nerves. But he did. I could tell that they really care for people and truly just want to help.

I will surely use Ability in the future (hopefully I won't have to) but if you are looking for a business that really is looking to help people and do good work. Then this is it!

Definitely one of the best plumbers out there. Had a leak in my ceiling they were very helpful over the phone about how to shut my water off (great office staff). Had someone over with in the time frame I was given. Would recommend them to all my friends.

Ability Plumbing is the best!

I've had two fairly significant issues with my plumbing in the last year... the first time I had them come out was for a slab leak and the second time was a sewer line clogged with tree root.

For the slab leak, Mike and his team made the case to re-pipe our hot water lines rather than going through the slab to our association's management company (we live in a condo). The remedy was quickly approved and the work was done without a problem.

Then almost a year later we called them back out thinking we had a run-of-the-mill toilet clog, but turned out to be a line clog with tree roots. Once again, after consulting with the management company, the line was cleared in accordance with the management company's approval, they cleaned up afterwards on their way out and everything is good again.

Ability is outfitted to do any job including going through the slab if you really want them to, but Mike and his team always exercise good judgement and won't try to run your bill up unnecessarily.

If I have ANY plumbing issues big or small, I'll definitely be calling Ability Plumbing. Thanks Mike!

Can't do ten stars but if I could it would be justified. Mike (owner manager) of Ability is the kind of guy I would always want to work with during my 30 year military career. This guy is just unreal. Takes my call on Sunday afternoon as my rental condo is being flooded from the unit above it, says ""I have to see this!"" and comes right out. Coordinates emergency access, finds the problem, secures the flooding, starts helping both units out, coordinates with the HOA, next thing I know the flooding is stopped and a Restoration Company is also on its way. Mike is the contracted plumber with my HOA for a reason and I'm very lucky to have him on my side. Competent, decisive, man of action. What a great company... yes this is a real YELP review and BZ Mike super job saving my (behind) on a Sunday afternoon!
