UPDATE: Hummm, I was very happy initially, but then realized how much I had been gouged and his employee didn't do a good job. My project was under the house, so I had no idea what was actually going on down there. When I found out, I was not happy. I will never use Ability Plumbing again. Sky high charges and inferior work. UGH.

Quick, efficient, and easy to work with. I found a leak in my ceiling on Saturday, called them Monday morning, and had a tech out by Monday afternoon. The tech, Jordan, was professional and very courteous of my home. I will definitely reach out to them again for any future plumbing needs.

Very professional! I had a great first experience with Ability Plumbing. I have a slipper tub leaking due to rambunctious bathers (grandchildren). The pipe connecting to the drain had come unattached. When I called because it wasn't an emergency, I received a time that was a day away. (When an appointment opened up earlier, they called me to offer an earlier appointment, but I stayed with my original time.).
I was texted a photo of the technician coming to my home before the appointment. Upon arrival, he introduced himself and immediately put booties over his shoes. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done, had the needed part on his truck, and made the repair within the hour. Polite, Professional, Efficient,
and Effective visit! Thank you! Ability Plumbing will be my next choice when I need services again.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Mike and his team came to our rescue after being totally taken advantage of by another locally owned plumbing company when we had a leak in our garage. After spending $4,400 to have pipes replaced we were told there was a clog and it would cost an additional $1,800 to unclog, and potentially MORE if pipes (or whatever) needed to be replaced. On top of that, they were not able to complete the job, leaving us with no water for another day (with two small children). When we questioned the pricing and timing, we were yelled at and argued with. As a young family, we want to trust the experts and I started to doubt that I could trust another contract worker as I realized we had been taken advantage of...but then a friend referred us to Ability Plumbing! We explained our situation and they were so empathetic and thoughtful. They explained everything that they were going to do very clearly and concisely and were transparent with their pricing and potential costs (which by the way ended up being like 1000x less than our original work). They were here within 20 minutes and solved the issue within another 20 minutes! This was the sweetest surprise, I have so much confidence in Ability Plumbing, this is the absolute best company with amazing customer service (which means so much in unfamiliar situations)! If you have to call a plumber or know someone who does, please call and share Ability Plumbing with everyone you know...you will not be deceived, you will not go broke, and you will be happy to see the smiling and friendly faces greet you at the door! They were professional, friendly, honest, and efficient... I cannot thank them enough for helping us...I feel like we're friends now! They are our go to for all things plumbing from now on, and they truly should be yours as well! Do not let another plumbing company take advantage of you, trust the experts at Ability Plumbing!
