They were able to squeeze me in bright and early the next morning after I called from a ruptured pipe in my front yard that caused me to have to shut off my entire house line. They identified the problem promptly and gave me a few options in different price ranges, and had my line fixed within an hour. I absolutely will call again for future problems.

Needed an emergency plumber on a late Sunday afternoon. I called up Abe Lincoln Plumbing and spoke to Paul. Paul agreed to come out within the hour in which he did and provided me a quote. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was very professional and the workmanship was great.

Definitely will use Paul in the future if I need anything else done.

Abe Lincoln Plumbing has provided exceptional professional service, considerate communication and a great value for high quality work. I had to have a huge, unexpected plumbing project done on my 1940's bungalow. I got 3 bids and Abe Lincoln came in with the low-middle bid. But, the difference maker for me (having done quite a number of home improvement projects over 18 years) was how good at communicating David was. I am often faced with contractors that talk to me like I am an idiot, simply because I don't have expert knowledge about all the systems of my home. David and Paul instead both assumed I could and would understand whatever they needed to explain, were available to answer questions in clear plain language and were very easy to work with. The whole crew listened well and made great expert suggestions to solve problems. I would recommend Abe Lincoln Plumbing to anyone, for any size job.

What a difference a day makes. I posted a review just yesterday that wasn't bad, but did relay what I would consider a mediocre experience. I stand by that review as fair and accurate, but this update is a testament to how impressed I am with their follow up and investment in their reputation.

The very next morning, David (the plumber who provided me with the original service) contacted me and even offered to refund the $45 service fee I was charged. He didn't object to anything I said in my review, admitting things could have been better, and offered the refund as a way to make it right.

In my mind, this brings them back to the lofty level I held them before. Abe Lincoln is a company that wants to do better than their competitors, and for the most part they do. I said it in my last review and will again - I still consider them a top plumber in Sacramento.

The water supply line to our toilet randomly broke off and flooded our bathroom, and these guys made it out in about an hour. They quickly replaced the line and made sure everything was working as it should, checked the rest of the house for any other possible issues, and were very knowledgeable in answering all of our questions about our pipes, water heater, sinks, etc. Super nice guys, and they're good with dogs! I would definitely use their services again and would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

I called today and they came today. There was a leak in the outdoor spigot. They called to let me know they were about 15 minutes away. Great customer service and friendly. I texted them a picture of the problem and they gave me a cheaper price than first quoted. I asked about another plumbing issue and they gave me a quote and said it was up to me. Not something that needed to be done. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I will be using Abe Lincoln again if I need other plumbing repairs. I would definitely recommend this company.

So I cannot review these guys on their work since sadly they were booked up. However when I called frantic about a broken water line flooding my yard & my inability to find the main water shut off, Dave went out of his way to stop by and show me where it was and what to do. It literally bought me the time I needed to find an available plumber. It was beyond nice, I cannot say thank you enough! It's hard enough to deal with a broken pipe, but not being able to stop the water spraying out is beyond frustrating. Again thank you guys

These guys have amazing customer service and are very knowledgeable! Called and was able to get them to look and assess within a couple days. We had a leak from our house drain and it was repaired/fixed within a couple hours. They were keeping me educated on what the issue was and how it happened. Highly recommend and would use them again if I have any other plumbing issues.
