I gave the company a 5 star review because they offered a discount if we did. Paul was an excellent plumber and I have no issue with his work, I thought the $350.00 for changing out the flapper unit in a toilet was excessive since I had the entire thing dismantled before he arrived. The only reason I couldn't finish the job is I have arthritis in my thumbs and couldn't get the water line free (I installed this unit originally years ago). Not a hard fix and doesn't take a lot of time. I think they should reserve these ridiculous fees for the hard stuff. Just disappointed.

Honest, knowledgable, and skilled! Paul came to fix our drainage sump that was installed by a different contractor, came up with a simple and effective solution, and got it done quickly. They were considerate of the neighbors, and kept the muddy mess neat and contained before thoroughly cleaning up after the job was done. The drain works properly now, and looks much better, too!

Paul came out to inspect a leak. They were quick to respond and very professional. Although, we ended up not needing a service by them Paul went out of his way to help me find contractors that could help me out and was very kind. Overall great experience.

Paul showed up on a Sunday with short notice to clear our kitchen and laundry room drains. He did not require payment up front for the service call which would then be applied to the bill if we hired him like so many other companies quoted me. While not the cheapest, he also didn't bait us with a $77 special. Instead, he provided a free estimate and told us what he would recommend. We chose the full service including jet spraying the lines and camera in the pipe and we got to view the blockage. He even informed us of two ""bellies"" in our pipes which had never been discussed before even though this is not the first time these lines were blocked. We were impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. We highly recommend them!

Amazing service to get an RO system installed and fix a leaking faucet/pipe in the backyard. I was so impressed with how quickly they scheduled an appointment to come assess the work and then complete it! Really great to work with. Very reasonable cost as well. Will work with them for all my plumbing needs.

We had a sewage pump that broke and we had no idea we even had a sewage pump! We are first time home owners and had no clue who to call. But we were sure thankful that we found Paul from Abe Lincoln plumbing! He was amazing and diagnosed/ fixed everything up super quickly. He was prompt to texts and phone calls and even gave us extra help when he didn't have to. He will now be our go to plumber! You guys are in good hands if you go with Paul for your plumbing needs .

I hired Abe Lincoln Plumbing to replace a thermo couple on a hot water heater. They did a great job - fast and friendly.
They charged me $600!
They offered to replace the 40 gal water for $2600!!!

I wish I would have got a price before hand. My bad.

I was able to get an appointment right away with Paul. He showed up on time, was very nice and professional, quickly diagnosed the problem and most importantly, didn't try to oversell me on anything or Jack up the prices. The price was very fair and (after going to the store for parts) he fixed both of my toilets in about 30 minutes. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them.... 5 stars!!!

My go-to plumbing company. I call them because I know I can rely on them to fix the issue (whatever it is this time) for a fair price. The employees are always friendly, helpful, and respectful of the house. And I really appreciate that they take the time to answer my questions and explain things so I can understand what needs to be done.

It was expensive and they did a poor job. They were also late. Overall I would not recommend if you're looking for a company to actually fix the problem.
