Prompt, honest, and skilled service from Jeff who came to repair my water heater . Only to discover parts were hard to come by and the maker was misleading us with parts that weren't needed.
So, I decided to go with an American made water heater recommend by Jeff. In my experience as a retired contractor this is an ongoing issue dealing with foreign made products.
All was installed in a short time to my satisfaction. Also, Thanks to Troy for making it all happen. I will call on Abe Lincoln Plumbing for all my future pluming needs.

Jeff and Tony came over to check on some issues we were having. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. They also both always had their mask on and were very safe regarding covid. I learned quite a bit about my plumbing from their visit. Paul, the owner, also came out to quote us on a larger job. He was also a pleasure to work with. I've had a lot of companies in my house for renovations lately and I have enjoyed working with this team the most. I would highly recommend them based on their professionalism, quality of work, and laid back style.

I got in touch with Abe Lincoln plumbing to have a toilet and garbage disposal installed. Jeff showed up right on time and, after a quick assessment, he let me know that I had bought the wrong size toilet. He went ahead and put the garbage disposal in and after calling the office let me know that someone could come back the next day to install a different toilet. I specifically requested Jeff because he is very personable and professional. Jeff came back the next day and installed the toilet and Abe Lincoln did not charge me for a second service call. I couldn't be happier with the service Jeff and Abe Lincoln provided.

Abe Lincoln plumbing was Fantastic! Literally placed a request on home advisor for a quote and Troy called me in seconds. He was upfront, honest and timely. He had someone out to my place the very next morning; every other company said it's be days and quoted me 3 times the cost for running a camera through a pipe! Jeff and Pedro arrived earlier than initial time estimate and got right to work. They gave me a quote that was over $1000 less than the competition and then blew me away when they said they could start the work right then. I couldn't believe they didn't make me reschedule the job for another day and then they were done in a couple hours. I've never had an experience this good and I had many plumbers out for the issue. Sincere thank you to Jeff and Pedro your service was outstanding!

This is a long overdue review. My landlord called Abe Lincoln about a year ago to fix a clogged pipe that was causing some water to back up. They arrived promptly and was able to snake out the drain within an hour and even charged me less than quoted because the clog was so easy to fix!
Super friendly, professional service. I will call them again if there are any problems with the plumbing!
