They were very friendly and helpful. Been having trouble all morning trying to find someone to come and help with my water heater repair. And my fiancé stumbled about Abe Lincoln Plumbing. They were able to come right away. And even called and notified me that they were on their way. They came really quick, and were able to fix the issue and told me what to do for future references if something occurs again. I would definitely would recommend them because they're friendly, helpful, and were able to come on such a short notice.

When I moved into my new house, the water heater was out. I was worried about finding someone 1) on the weekend and 2) in the midst of coronavirus. David responded immediately and dropped by within 10 minutes. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and made time for the replacement in his busy schedule. In addition to the unit, he brought everything up to code. I felt very reassured that I was working with a true professional. I've never had to deal with plumbing issues in the past, but I certainly hope all businesses respond with the professionalism and expertise that David has!

My water heater was replaced for the cost stated over the phone. They are very professional from the beginning to the end. He gave us helpful hints on how to extend the life of the new unit. Most surprisingly of all is my garage was left cleaner than they found it. They even went above and beyond by putting my hose away and connecting it. This was just the extra mile of customer service that will keep me coming back for all my future plumbing needs. Thank you SOO much for the great service.

Amazingly prompt and competent service. They exhibited such caring for their customers. They came over when my grandmother was on hospice in home, and they were incredibly understanding of our circumstances. My shower suddenly wouldn't turn off, I had my neighbor who is usually able to fix anything and everything come over to check it out and he unfortunately didn't want to mess with it because he didn't have the tools he needed to do so BUT he recommended Abe Lincoln Plumbing. I called and the man who answered was extremely polite and helpful and they gave me the first available appointment they had! I had to be at work when they were able to do it so my lovely mother came over and she told me they were in and out in a half an hour and it was so affordable!!

I originally posted a review of Abe Lincoln's Plumbing on 9/27/19. I have to say that when a company does not provide the service that you expected and you let them know that they step up and fix it. That's what Abe Lincoln's Plumbing did. They called explained what happened to my satisfaction and offered to complete the work as requested. During their subsequent visit I had another water issue and they gave me their suggestions on what the problem may be and solutions to resolve. They called to ensure that the work was to my satisfaction. At the time I was going through a personal issue and they were very compassionate and called a few days later to follow up.

My opinion of their company and the services they provide have definitely changed my mind. I will definitely keep them on my list to call when needed, which may be soon.

On Saturday, we noticed that one of our toilets were leaking. It wasn't an emergency, but we called Abe Lincoln Plumbing & Heating. Dave answered our call, and was very informative and courteous. On Sunday, we decided to replace the toilet. We called on Sunday, and sure enough, Dave answered. He said that replacing was no problem, and that when he comes tomorrow, he'd take care of it. We no sooner hung up & decided to replace both toilets, again we called, and again Dave said yes! Today, he came. He replaced both, and he cleaned the areas in which he performed the work, and it looks awesome. Very professional! This is our 3rd time using them in 2 years. Totally Recommend Abe Lincoln!!

Won't be recommending or using this business again. After my first contact with the I scheduled another for last Tuesday. Called the Friday before to see if I could change the scope of work as I had another pressing plumbing issue. No response. Called Tuesday an hour after they were due,no response. Called again 4 hours later, still received no response.guess the amount of money I paid the first time was enough. Called my reliable Bell Brothers to fix my plumbing.
