Stay clear of these crooks. They did 10 min. Work on my sink drain and charged $375. I called and wanted a receipt and got a very nasty woman on the phone. Please get someone else to do your work. This should have costed no more than $125. However i was under pressure to get this done and they knew it

$650.00 to fix a leaking toilet. Look elsewhere if you need a plumber. This business is a total ripoff. Do not call them, and definitely do not let them into your house.

WAY WAY WAY over charged me. Its my fault as I didn't say """"NO"""" They charged $436 to replace a small outside leaky valve to my house. 15 minutes tops to change it. They got me good and PLEASE don't let this happen to you.. $15 part .. so $421 dollars in labor and service call.. OUCH. THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN & PLEASE DONT LET THEM DO THIS TO YOU !! I spoke to another plumber afterwards and he advised $75 top to do the same job.. I really screwed up on this one... Honest plumber said $15 for the part and $60 service call. THIS MAKES ME SICK !!

Called them to replace a toilet. The worker quoted $1200 for 1 toilet and installation. I had 2 previous estimates from other plumbers for less than $600. Don't even ask them for an estimate. They charge $49 just to show up.

The technician was very nice and polite, but I would not recommend the company the bid to fix our A/C was 4 x higher than anyone else we were quoted for almost $1200 and I knew this price was well above what it should be so I called another company for a quote and they fixed it for $330 and that was with changing other parts not included in the bid from abc , I told them my parents are retired and on a budget but that didn't stop them from trying to take advantage of them, NOT HAPPY!!!!

I called this company because of a stopped up kitchen sink drain. The plumber cleared the drain in 15 minutes and charged $403. This is excessive and outrageous. Beware!

Avoid this company at ALL costs. A home that I purchased had been re-piped for water. All faucets and fixtures worked perfectly prior to their repair. This was documented through a home inspection and me personally. After the job was completed one of the shower valves did not work properly. After notifying ABC about the valve issue they refused to make the repair. They had the service technician Mark call me who basically just wanted to argue with me that they are not responsible for the repair. Mark was reluctant to provide me with the name of the business owner which he eventually did. I left Brian several messages to call me so that we could resolve this issue. To date he has yet to call me. Customer service stinks. Craftsmanship is worse. Do yourself a big favor avoid these guys.

just not good - guy didn't know much. saw water and my trap and said I had an underground leak. I said water is supposed to be in the trap. He then said yea, everything looks good. probably a clog past the trap. then told me it would $600 to snake a 10 foot section of the pipe. I said no thanks...$47 dollars, 10 min, no real answers. terrible company

I called ABC Southwest to get an estimate on a faucet installed in my lanai wall backing up to the kitchen pipes on the inside of the wall. They made me an appointment for May 27 between the hours of 11am to 3pm. They arrived late at 4:10pm. The very first thing the guy asked if I wanted to sign a maintenance contract. I said no. The next thing he looked under the sink at the pipes and asked where they go to (he knew) and then pulled my refrigerator away from the wall and said I have a leak (there was no leak). Finally he addressed the installation of putting in the faucet. I asked """"can you do it now?"""" . He said he needed to go to his van to see if he had the proper tools. After waiting 10 minutes or so (I could see him talking on the phone in the van) he came back in and gave me an estimate of $729. I looked at it and replied """"that's crazy!, I'm not paying that!"""" . He left the house immediately. They should be ashamed of themselves asking for that amount of money! I contacted """"Plumbing Pros"""" and they came out and did the job for $260. I needed to post this to alert people to do their homework before hiring.

We inherited ABC Air Conditioning & Heating from the previous owners when we purchased our home in the Verandah in November of 2020. They would always forget to bring the correct size filters during maintenances and end up at Aces Hardware store purchasing them. And last week -- our heating system just stopped working after they just serviced our home in late 2021. After four attempts and two crews-- they would just temporarily """"fix"""" our system. We paid over $700 dollars and yesterday they informed us to find another company and they'd reimburse us. We did so and the new company fixed the issue in a matter of hours and informed us that they didn't connect a part that eventually could've caused water damage in our attic. We've never encountered a company wish such a lack of empathy and the rudeness of their customer service is appalling. Do not ever hiring ABC Cooling and Heating. You will regret it.
