WAY WAY WAY over charged me. Its my fault as I didn't say """"NO"""" They charged $436 to replace a small outside leaky valve to my house. 15 minutes tops to change it. They got me good and PLEASE don't let this happen to you.. $15 part .. so $421 dollars in labor and service call.. OUCH. THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN & PLEASE DONT LET THEM DO THIS TO YOU !! I spoke to another plumber afterwards and he advised $75 top to do the same job.. I really screwed up on this one... Honest plumber said $15 for the part and $60 service call. THIS MAKES ME SICK !!

Beware! No justification for severe overcharging. The work quality was fine. Their pricing, however, equates to about $750 per hour. Could not, after multiple tries, get a reasonable explanation for their billing practices. Seems to be a model that preys on the unsuspecting. Not to be trusted.

The previous reviews are spot on. Good service, WAY OVER PRICED! I needed my kitchen sink snaked out. In the real world, this is a $100-$200 job. The guy arrived on time (actually early, which was very nice) and snaked the drain in about 30 minutes quite easily. The charge was $400! Seriously? They need to get their prices in line or they won't be around for long. They are on my """"do not call"""" list.

Very high priced, wanted $700 to do a $200 to $300 job Before they gave us the quote they came in saying you can save some money on this if you take our AC maintenance program. We did not feel comfortable with that, don't like people pushing another service to justify the high price of installation. We felt totally ripped off, Like they were taking advantage of us because our water was off. They have new trucks, Many employees, numerous people setting up appointments, so they have lots of expenses that you pay so much more for their services. I have no doubt the work is good, just get ready to bend over. Update. Just got the part installed and it was $250 total Compared to $722 from ABC plumbing

First time with abc and David and what a nice guy and explained everything .They were great to do business with and David explained to us why we need to have air checked twice a year so we signed up.Also e-mailed a picture of David prior to them coming out.

ABC Southwest plumbing & A/C is now our go to plumbers. We had a water heater installed by service technician Jonathan. He is professional, courteous, informative and left the work area clean. Jonathan is an asset to this company. We recommend ABC Southwest Plumbing & A/C.

Avoid this company at ALL costs. A home that I purchased had been re-piped for water. All faucets and fixtures worked perfectly prior to their repair. This was documented through a home inspection and me personally. After the job was completed one of the shower valves did not work properly. After notifying ABC about the valve issue they refused to make the repair. They had the service technician Mark call me who basically just wanted to argue with me that they are not responsible for the repair. Mark was reluctant to provide me with the name of the business owner which he eventually did. I left Brian several messages to call me so that we could resolve this issue. To date he has yet to call me. Customer service stinks. Craftsmanship is worse. Do yourself a big favor avoid these guys.

The technician was very nice and polite, but I would not recommend the company the bid to fix our A/C was 4 x higher than anyone else we were quoted for almost $1200 and I knew this price was well above what it should be so I called another company for a quote and they fixed it for $330 and that was with changing other parts not included in the bid from abc , I told them my parents are retired and on a budget but that didn't stop them from trying to take advantage of them, NOT HAPPY!!!!

After unclogging my pipes I had the same problem again. They came back and did not have the camera on this truck to check the problem. I had a third appointment between 11-3 and verified they were coming. They never showed. I called again and was told they were very busy. They finally came at 4:45 and I was told he did not have the right equipment on the truck and he left.
