BEWARE This company came to my house and gave me a quote for around $400 to fix my clogged drain. They gave me a 30 day guarantee- they broke the snake off in my drain., Then they charge me $1680 THE NEXT DAY to come and fix the drain that they broke a snake off in my drain and they had to cut a hole in my wall!

I really wish I had read the Yelp reviews on ABC Southwest before I requested the company send a gas line tech to come to our home and charge a $49.00 service fee to inform us, he could not connect the gas line to our newly delivered gas grill. The customer service is totally rude and inappropriate. This company does not rate a single star, but there is no lower rating on this review. Larry

I called this company because of a stopped up kitchen sink drain. The plumber cleared the drain in 15 minutes and charged $403. This is excessive and outrageous. Beware!

Never again ABC SW Plumbing & Air I had a new toilet installed some weeks ago. This went very well. I scheduled a follow-up service. They said the tech would call me. I ran some errands close to my home. Timeframe passed, and no one was there. Called them, and they stated he had called but I checked - no missed calls. Yesterday's appointment: Had a time frame between 9-12. Received a text at 8.15 a.m. that the tech is on his way. Called ABC at about 12.20 p.m. for an update. Was told he had an emergency but service would happen the same day. Called them again at about 2.10 p.m. about a time frame. Very unfriendly answering service, once they hung up on me. After 3 more calls, I was told that I would receive a call from the tech. Called at 2.45 p.m. I was told the tech got my message and would call me. At about 3.30 p.m I had given up and I ran some errands close by. Being back at 4.30 p.m. the tech showed up with no call-up front. I assumed that happened the other week too. I guess it only happens when there is money to make and it is no warranty call. COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY TO GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

We inherited ABC Air Conditioning & Heating from the previous owners when we purchased our home in the Verandah in November of 2020. They would always forget to bring the correct size filters during maintenances and end up at Aces Hardware store purchasing them. And last week -- our heating system just stopped working after they just serviced our home in late 2021. After four attempts and two crews-- they would just temporarily """"fix"""" our system. We paid over $700 dollars and yesterday they informed us to find another company and they'd reimburse us. We did so and the new company fixed the issue in a matter of hours and informed us that they didn't connect a part that eventually could've caused water damage in our attic. We've never encountered a company wish such a lack of empathy and the rudeness of their customer service is appalling. Do not ever hiring ABC Cooling and Heating. You will regret it.

They charged me over $ 400.00 to snake my drain and still didn't clear the line. Then said I would have to pay $1100.00 more to power spray my lines to fix a grease issue. I rented a snake the next day and cleared the drain in 5 min. And spent 65.00 to rent the snake. Talk about shady

Our A/C went out on Tuesday night September 7th(very hot in Florida). ABC came out Weds to help us assess the problem. Unfortunately our motor had gone out and needed to be replaced. Greg gave us several options on replacing the motor and options to just replace the entire unit( since our unit was about 8-9 years old). After checking everything outside( connections,capacitor,compressor etc) he went into the attic and took apart the heat pump case, and sure enough the motor was not on and the squirrel cage was not moving, so of course no air inside the house. We decided to install a new unit. We did our own research on A/C units and the average prices. We spoke to Greg on Thursday to discuss the pricing and time frame to install. ABC's pricing was very comparable to what we found online and he had the one we wanted in stock. At first Greg told us he couldn't install the unit until the following Monday( due to a very heavy install schedule). Greg's boss was able to make some adjustments to their install teams schedule and staff, so we could have our unit installed on Friday sept. 10th. Friday morning Greg showed up with a team of two young men( Tyler and Jaryd). They worked hard all day in our hot attic to remove/replace the old unit. The guys were always very polite and professional while in our home. They even offered us some of their pizza they had purchased for lunch. Greg told me later that day he actually really didn't do the install part, but him and his boss both decided to jump in the trenches to help get the customer load taken care of. That's what I call great customer service. We will also be using them to come and do our maintenance checkups on our new unit as well. We thank you for all your hard work. Called them to replace a toilet. The worker quoted $1200 for 1 toilet and installation. I had 2 previous estimates from other plumbers for less than $600. Don't even ask them for an estimate. They charge $49 just to show up.

Rip off in pricing--simple fix not even there 40 mins & cost $243!! Called company to come out and look at my shower because the water pressure sucked in my shower and also the water didn't stay hot long in my shower. company came out on time-responded quickly BUT I am not happy with the cost. They charged me $243 dollars just to adjust the knob in the water heater to make the water hotter and also they just removed my shower head and, took a rubber piece out that was blocking the water flow and also removed my filter that was on my shower  head which he also said was blocking the water flow. I feel like this is a rip off because they gave me no pricing up front, the guy just got there and started looking at everything and fixing the issue which is not the problem, the problem is after he started doing everything he then tells me oh for this its going to be $243!1 I'm like woah wtf? but at this point i feel i have no choice but to pay it cause he already started doing things. I was under the impression they would come out look and tell me what they think is going on and give me a price but that is not the case. So i feel like i have been  ripped off of $243 and am upset that they didn't tell me this upfront ALSO this was something simple it should have NEVER cost that much. Not happy although my shower pressure is way better now and the water is hotter but this was a simple fix and they really ripped me off.
