Don't ever use this company. Now to be fair they were on time, but that was the best I can say. The two young men that arrived, one looked very hungover and I smelled weed too! They didn't speak when greeted and we're not knowledgable and I felt like I was pulling teeth to get an explanation of what may or may not be the problem. I called dispatch not once but twice and their boss (I'm guess) defended them and was unapologetic, so those calls were pointless. Don't use these people, you'll regret it and have to pay too!

I had to break ranks with ORHP and All American plumbing (Robert) . I called him but he wouldn't return my call. Robert listed the things he would ""address and correct issues related to the plumbing system "" I actually had a pipe that was leaking and a bad closet flang.
After not hearing from the company for more than a week I called to find out that They had closed my work order, stating it was pre existing.
I would strongly suggest you not do business with this person. I'm considering contacting consumer affairs!!!!!!
After all this, I called ABC Sewer and Drain Plumbing...to fix my problem! I explained the problem I was having ..... The ""Kopp "" (David Kopp) showed up early with a smile on his face and ready to work! He handled my problem in a professionally manner. I was concerned whether or not the flange could be repaired/replaced.
Thank you for your patients and answering my questions. David, if I call again, I want you!

I'm writing this review for my mom. She was recommended to them through one of her friends. She was very happy with ABC. They returned her call promptly (some places didn't even bother calling her back). Paul came out right away to look at the leaky pipe & fixed it. Price-wise she found they were very reasonable!

the new onwers are so rude, they didn't clear the first clog, then we called for them to come out the next day and they never showed up. had to call the next day again for them to come out. then after two days it clogged up again and we lost water pressure called a plumber in this company said he knew nothing about it and told us to call the city. then we he was called out on his shit. we were all type of female dogs stupid black bitches and he hung up. we have been dealing with this company for 17 yrs and the old owners were so informative, helpful and willing. these new lazy owners are rude and racist. the quality has went down hill and i wouldn't spend not another dime with them

We had a seriously clogged kitchen drain from food and grease that obviously shouldn't have gone thru the disposal. Unfortunately, it was clogged down the line so we couldn't fix the issue ourselves. We had another big plumbing company come out. After snaking the line with no success the OTHER company said next best bet would be to get someone to clean the drain from the roof vent. Unfortunately they could not do it due to insurance wouldn't allow them on roofs. I continued to be referred to 5 other big plumbing companies and was told the same thing; couldn't do it due to their insurance. As a last effort, I found ABC plumbing on YELP and also noticed they were mentioned as runners up in the ""BEST OF"" for 2014 for plumbing. I called expecting to get the same response as the other companies I called. Quickly,I was told that they COULD do it and they could be right out if needed. Relieved, I made appt for early the next morning. My husband ended up getting off work early and on a whim we called ABC plumbing back @3:15p in the afternoon and asked if there was any way they could come out today since we were home early instead of tomorrow AM. They said they would be out to our house in 45 minutes! They arrived promptly and the 2 young gentleman sent were very courteous and friendly. They listened to our recount of the other company's diagnosis and they did agree on the issue and were up on the roof at the vent in no time. Long story short, they had the problem fixed in less than 30 minutes! Being a mother with a 3 month old baby and having to wash all kinds of bottles out in bathroom sink, having our kitchen sink in working order so quickly was a Godsend! We would definitely use ABC plumbing again and recommend them to others for their fast service, hard working and courteous employees and fair pricing!

I rarely use yelp, but do believe these guys deserve a five star review. They are fast, friendly and offer very fair and straight forward pricing. I would use them again.

Our condo in Napa suddenly developed a leak originating in an upstairs bathtub, which led to water dripping into the downstairs living room. Yikes! On March 14, I called several plumbers based on Yelp reviews and reached ABC Sewer and Drain. An appointment was made for Thursday, March 19 in the afternoon.
My husband waited and waited. No show. My husband called the company and spoke to a dispatcher, The dispatcher said that the plumber was at another location and couldn't be reached. My husband tried several times more to confirm an arrival time but, with telephone issues and other snafus on their end, he gave up. By this point, it was too late in the day to call another company.

I called this company to fix a leak from my second floor to first floor bathroom. They told me they would be able to send someone out at noon the next day. The next day came and so did noon. I gave them an hour and a half before calling the shop to see where my plumber was. I was told he had been held up at another job and would be there at 3. I was fine with that, I even told him to give the plumber my cell number so he could call me when he was on his way. 3 came and went, again I waited till 4 to call the shop and see what was going on. I called the number of whom i talked to earlier in the day. No one picked up and they had not set up their voice mail so i could not leave a message. I tried twice, then I tried calling the number of the person I talked to the previous night, again nobody picked up and no voice mail was set up. This is all taking place on a Saturday, so I'm basically wasting my entire day waiting for these unprofessional plumbers. Its now 7:30 at night and I called another plumbing company who is sending a guy out within an hour of my call. I still have not heard from anyone from this unprofessional company. Extremely disappointed in the way I was treated and will not be using them again.

I have had a slow clog since moving in to my home a few months ago. This morning it became a full clog. I thought it would be fixed with Drano but that didn't help at all. I finally gave in and called this company at 2 pm on a Sunday. Within 30 minutes their technician showed up. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a sewer blockage, got to work, and less than an hour later everything was fixed. The technician even told me what I'd have to do to mitigate the problem, though he did say it would return eventually (stupid roots in my lawn with a really long sewage pipe). I'll use them again when/if this happens again.

This place has a lot of great reviews, they must do good work but I am the exception. We called this company, they were quick to show up at the job. Nice guys but they misdiagnosed the sewer backup and told me i had to call the City of Vallejo for an emergency Sewer clean out, 2 neigboring houses on the same block were backed up. The technicians looked around but never did test or diagnosed the problem. They assumed because 2 neighboring houses were backing up it was a City problem. WRONG. It was just coincidence that 2 homes were backed up. City came out, they tested and diagnosed the problem and confirmed it was the house sewer lines. I called ABC and ask them to come out again, the person who I spoke too, I don't know who it was told me to go fuck myself, that he already had been to my property and was not coming out again.

I have new tenants moving in, the toilets are not working, I am hungry, I am in desperate need of a plumber and this guy on the other side of phone is telling me to go fuck myself.....he made my day even worst.

I won't be calling this company again.
