We are the proud owners of an old home and with that comes issues with drains. We use ABC Sewer and Drain to help maintain all of our upkeep. They have excellent customer service and you can't beat the price!

We cannot recommend ABC Sewer and Drain highly enough. We have had to use them twice, and both times they responded quickly and did a great job. This morning, we had nasty, stinky water back up in our utility sink where the washer drains (common set-up in old houses), and I called ABC. They answered the phone immediately, and promised to have someone out within a half-hour, but the van pulled up to our house in only ten minutes. 30 minutes later, the problem was fixed, for a very reasonable fee.

I was enjoying a quiet Sunday until I noticed an awful smell wafting through the house. It took me only a few minutes to realize that sewage was backing up into both my bathrooms. OMG.
I pulled up the Yelp and was dialing one of the nationally advertised companies...and through the third level of phone forwarding when I started reading the review for ABC. I hung up the phone, called ABC and the owner answered on the third ring. They were at my house within 10 minutes of their target arrival time, were professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly..efficient.

Within 10 minutes they had the line cleared. The charge $120. This is now my go to company for these issues!

WOW!! the best called on a rainy Saturday evening they came right out I had a big problem everything was backed up. They fixed my problem hosed down my driveway made sure everything was clean and running. can't beat the price. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you ABC

These guys have always done great work and go the extra mile to complete the task! My house is old and I have been here for 24 years. I have to have them come out and clear the pipes frequently and they always meet expectations and more!

I came home from vacation to discover -- surprise! -- a wet garage caused by a leak at / near the hot water heater. It was New Years Eve and I was not optimistic that I would find anyone to come out on the holiday with such short notice. I started calling around and leaving messages with various plumbers and assumed most of the businesses were closed for the holiday. Just as I was about to get a bit desperate, Paul from ABC responded to my message, 45 minutes after that he showed up, and about an hour later the leak was fixed. Excellent service and a fair price. Highly recommended.

We've tried several plumbers in the Vallejo area and this company is the best. Uncommonly punctual, polite and with fair prices. We ended up going with ABC after CM Plumbing didn't bother to show up for an appointment (not even a call). Dave had to go down under the house in the dirt and mud but was cheerful throughout. A real trooper.

I love Vallejo. Great hard working honest people and workers. We had used this company for years for roots since we live in a neighborhood with lots of trees. The original owner retired. Our sink backed up and we tried drain clear stuff but it didn't work. My husband was ready to have a swearfest and take it apart himself. I said no let's call the ABC. We did. Wow the young guy Matt was here in an hour. He took the pipes apart snaked it and in about 45 minutes it was fixed and put back together. Soo relived and happy. It cost 80 dollars but so quick so I guess that's OK.

Don't ever use this company. Now to be fair they were on time, but that was the best I can say. The two young men that arrived, one looked very hungover and I smelled weed too! They didn't speak when greeted and we're not knowledgable and I felt like I was pulling teeth to get an explanation of what may or may not be the problem. I called dispatch not once but twice and their boss (I'm guess) defended them and was unapologetic, so those calls were pointless. Don't use these people, you'll regret it and have to pay too!

I had to break ranks with ORHP and All American plumbing (Robert) . I called him but he wouldn't return my call. Robert listed the things he would ""address and correct issues related to the plumbing system "" I actually had a pipe that was leaking and a bad closet flang.
After not hearing from the company for more than a week I called to find out that They had closed my work order, stating it was pre existing.
I would strongly suggest you not do business with this person. I'm considering contacting consumer affairs!!!!!!
After all this, I called ABC Sewer and Drain Plumbing...to fix my problem! I explained the problem I was having ..... The ""Kopp "" (David Kopp) showed up early with a smile on his face and ready to work! He handled my problem in a professionally manner. I was concerned whether or not the flange could be repaired/replaced.
