The owner charged me $90.00 for a technician to help me operate an appliance they had just installed. I was never given an estimate of the charges before the product was installed.
This is UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, ILLEGAL behavior.
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM OR RECEIVE SERVICE FROM ABC PLUMBING HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING.
ABC Plumbing will back stab you in the back and rip you off. They provide cheap products and do not support their work, their products, or their technicians!

Beware and STAY AWAY from this company!....If I could give them less than one star I would. We had scheduled someone to come out and help detect a sprinkler leak with leak detection equipment. I was quoted a price and confirmed that they could do the job with Desiree. My husband didn't want to dig up the whole front yard. Steve showed up without the equipment because ""he wasn't told to bring it."" In addition, he said it would be $150, not the $90 quoted. I said I had confirmed the price and would pay what I had been quoted. He said he would come back the following morning at 8:30. He kept hanging around for 20 minutes or so turning on the sprinklers and looking perplexed...Wasn't sure why he did this since we had requested leak detection with equipment which he didn't have. After he left I called their office and spoke to Desiree again to confirm our understanding. She said the price to do the irrigation leak detection was $90 and said Steve should have brought the equipment and would be back at 8:30 a.m. Steve no showed. I called the office and a different woman answered and said I needed to speak to Jim the Service Manager. When he returned the call 90 minutes later I couldn't answer so my husband took the call.

Jim began the conversation by saying ""we're done with this job as we did what you hired us to do."" My husband tried to explain what they were in fact hired to do. Jim did not let him finish and expressed irritation that we would accept the dispatcher's offer to have a plumber bring leak detection equipment when that is not their protocol for yard sprinklers. When my husband tried to respond Jim again spoke over him and when he asked to speak was told ""you can speak as much as you want."" Predictably, Jim listened for only a few seconds before loudly speaking over him again. At that point my husband had taken enough abuse from the ""service manager"" and hung up. With this type of service, of course we would never hire them nor recommend them. Not sure what is going on here but BE AWARE.

Had ABC out yesterday to work on my kitchen sink drain as it was moving really slowly. After three hours I was left with a sink full of water and a $242 bill to pay. Now the sink doesn't drain at all. I'm in worse shape than I was before they worked on my drain. I waited four hours for the plumber to get here. When he finally called to tell me he'd be here in 20 minutes he arrived in a half hour AND I was charged for the time it took to get here from his job in Woodbridge. They called it a ""portal-to portal"" charge. Wouldn't it be nice if we were all paid plumber's wages to drive to work. I'd give them no stars if it were an option.

Steve Reiswig arrived ahead of schedule and quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem.
Steve was friendly, courteous, professional, and the pricing was very fair. We couldn't be more satisfied. Highly recommend.

We are in Galt and used ABC and have to say they were the worst plumbers we have dealt with. They bumped us a couple times, overcharged us and never fixed what they were supposed to. The plumber was a chain smoker so our house stunk and he was unhealthily over weight. He left during the appointment to grab a part he did not have, was gone an hour, charged us for that hour and I'm pretty sure that means we paid for his smoking and fast food break. We were really disappointed with the company.

We called ABC plumbers for some minor work on a washing machine drain. They were out very quickly to do the repair, and the cost came out below the original estimate. They were honest and friendly as well. What more can one ask for?

Steven, one of their service men, came out and did a great job installing a dishwasher that a deliver service failed to do. Again, fast service and fair price.

Words cannot express how important it is to have your toilet flush when it's supposed to. Equally important is finding a company with expert employees, flexible schedules, and an understanding of the seriousness of the situation. After calling around and being told, ""We can be there tomorrow,"" or, ""It's $95 per hour and it could take 1-4 hours,"" speaking to ABC Plumbing was a breath of fresh air! The phone was picked up after just one ring and we were assured that they could solve our problem today. And before 5!
The plumber was there within an hour and was done within an hour!! We can't say enough good things about ABC Plumbing!
On a side note, the plumber was professional, got right to work, and was great with our dog! He was actually the plumber our rental company used when we lived in our duplex, some 10 years ago. That speaks volumes about the quality of this company!

Still waiting - 2 hours after appointment time!!! Tried calling office - many times - couldn't get through. WOW if this is the way they do business - I guess I will call someone else.

When you need air conditioning don't call abc plumbing in lodi because they will be 5 hrs late and a commercial business will be first priority then you...they have poor customer relations they also have flaked 2 times already and still the air condition is not fixed.. dont waste your time call someone else

TOTAL DISASTER!!! DISHONEST, ONLY WANT MONEY!!! The air conditioner wasn't working so we called these guys to come out, keep in mind they have the same number for Lodi and Stockton locations, a guy named Josh came to inspect and charged us 106 to come and to give us an estimate, they said the estimate would be ready the next day, NOT SO, it took them 3 days!!! And he said the unit was completely shot and damaged by pet urine, which we haven't had a pet in almost 11 months. When we finally got the estimate, they told us it would cost about 5,000 to fix. So we called another company, ZuZu Plumbing and Air Conditioner, they came and spent 2 and a half hours fixing our unit because JOSH BROKE IT!!! HE PINCHED THE WIRES AND TOOK OFF SCREWS AND LET OUT ALL THE ANTI-FREEZE!!! AND we were told that for a unit it wouldn't cost 5,000, it would cost from 1,500-3,000 at the most!!! IF you're thinking into calling ABC please dont, all they want is just your money!!!
