My mom who is 89 years old, called these guys to replace a 1"" ball valve. This is about a1.5 hour job. They charged her almost $600. I spoke to the manager supervisor and he defended it by saying they didn't have the parts on the truck and had to go buy them! These are standard parts every plumbing truck should have a 1"" ball valve and a few sticks of 3/4"" copper pipe. To say that's a special non stock part is just foolish nonsense. Or ignorant. So they charge my mom 3 hours at $135 an hour and $170 in parts. This is a $400 job at the most. I call this senior abuse!!!

Eric does not return call and will take up to over a week to respond and when you tell him about it he'll tell you ""you are playing phone tag"" which is a lie.

My heater went out, someone came out and I was charged $135 for the man to say that he connected two loose wires. A couple days later I had the same issue and they didn't come out until over a week later to check it out. they were at my house for less than half an hour and billed me for an hour and 15 minutes. all he said he did was sand paper a fuse. said that that MIGHT fix the issue. aI called and questioned the charge and yhe woman check his GPS and saw that in fact he had only been there for thirty minutes. She said she did not know why he changed for that time and refund the 33 dollar differennice. I asked why i was even charged since it was the same issue. she said that the manager would call the following morning. It's Friday evening, I've been waiting three days and still I call. Would not recommend unless you like throwing away money and being taken advantage of.

This company met our needs in a professional and expedient manner. We had a wedding at our house and on the same day our plumbing needed attention. They arrived at our house within 15 minutes and resolved our problem! The office staff are very professional and the technician was very knowledgeable and hard working. Can't thank ABC enough!

Had Jim and Eric at my mothers house to repair her hvac system getting ready for summer. Her system was low on Freon and a possible leak. Eric the lead tech was very informative every step of the way. When finished my mothers AC operated colder than before. Eric was professional and answered my questions with ease. A+ Technician.

I hired ABC to come and service our AC unit, routine maintenance and I was super happy with the job! I had the privilege of dealing directly with the owner, Jim. He was super knowledgeable, very kind and professional. He took the time to explain what he had done and did an excellent job. My friends have used ABC for several jobs as well, and we have always been satisfied with their work. Highly recommend ABC for your AC/Heater and plumbing work!

This is not an honest business, period. (Jim) The manager of this business (who has a wonderful personality) has been my Moms long standing hearted guy for some time. So one ( a while ago) time, we asked for a check (ducked check) underneath the house. And informed us ""your ducked needs to be replaced"". WRONG, my brother an HVC guy, said ""wrong"" someone is trying to fleece you.I'm sorry, but, right is right. And wrong is wrong.

With all things considering and this pandemic going on, Adam was quick and nice repairing a leak we had in one of the bathrooms of our house. Our fault on our end, but he even came back to give us our change back. Thank you so much for all your help!

This company is awful, I had an appointment yesterday between 9am-10am. I decided to call and confirm the appointment after sitting on hold for 25 minutes they answer and tell me the guy is going to be late. When I made the appointment I told them that the heater is in the attic and to bring a ladder. The guy shows up late in a little car without a ladder. I am a little upset, i go inside and let my brother talk to him. Then I get a call from the company rudely telling me that I needed to be present when the guy showed up. I told them that I was present but the guy showed up without ladder and was not able to do his job. They gave me another appointment for the next day(today) between 1-2pm. I woke up this morning and decided that I don't think i should do business here. I tried to call the company and cancel my appointment. Again placed on hold by automated system with no way to leave a message. I sat on hold for about 5 minutes hung up. Its now after 1pm and i have tried to cancel two more times and still just get placed on hold. ITS 130pm and the company just called to tell me that a guy will be here at 2pm. i advised that I have been trying to cancel my appointment all morning with no luck. Then the doorbell rings and the guy is here, He was on time and seemed very nice ... unfortunately I am afraid to do business with a company that I can not get hold of. Sorry guys, This new system you have is not working. I really wanted to find a good local company

Do not trust this company they have horrible customer service. I've called on multiple occasions for a leak under my sink and every time they send someone out it gets worse. They over charge for prices I can get better somewhere else. I've also made a phone call to the owner himself and he is the biggest pervert I've ever met and super unprofessional and rude like his customer's opinions don't matter. Please I WARN you this place is a SCAM!!!
