They intentionally created their billing process in a way that is so confusing and honestly feels like a scam. They hounded me for months for services that I'm 100% sure I didn't receive. I finally paid $200+ to get rid of them. 4 months later I receive a $50 bill for some mystery service that I apparently received AFTER I cancelled!! Do yourself a favor and use another company.

I've used ABC for the last 9 months. They installed grass sod in my front yard, and have provided ongoing lawn mowing and fertilization since then.

First, when they came to install the sod, I was not home (which they said was fine at scheduling). But they never reached out to me by phone to tell me they finished the work, nor to tell me the best way to care for the sod. They actually forgot to do a few things that were on the original quote. But since they never told me that they were finished, I assumed they would come back to finish the work. After a week, I finally called them and only then did they come to finish the work.

First, my sod never took, so half my yard is dead. I have been working with them for two months to try to get a warranty replacement for the sod, but they keep saying "it will happen soon."

Finally, when I had them install the sod, I also purchased a fertilization package, which I paid for the next six months, even though half my lawn was dead.

At this point, I paid $3k for the new sod + $600 for ongoing maintenance, but my hard looks worse than it had before they started.

I wish I hadn't made the replacement at all. Yes, my yard was 100% weeds, but it was still green and lush. Now it is just dead.

ABC has been great! We use them for their pest control services. Jihad is professional, timely/prompt, cares about the work he does, and has a wonderful and friendly personality! Great customer service all around from scheduling to service provided . Treated all pest issues well and I have no complaints.

Around February 2020, my next-door neighbor and I noticed gnawing, scratching, and running noises in our ceilings and walls. Live traps confirmed that it was rats.
We contacted the condominium management company, who contracted with ABC to control the pests. Different strategies were tried, including trapping, baits, plugging holes in the building exterior, smoke tests, and some exterior remodeling work. The strategies would work for one to several months and then the rats would return. It is coming up on two years now, and ABC still has not been able to come up with a permanent solution.
The folks there seem to be nice but are not very timely in their responsiveness; I do not know how much of that is due to working with/through our condo management company. I would give ABC Home & Commercial Services a B for effort, and a D for finding a permanent solution.

ABC Home and Commercial Services Houston DO NOT stand behind the services that they provide (and talk you in to) and they lie and twist the events of happenings to get out of trouble!
They show no evidence, just a lot of talk.
All is good when things are working but the second something goes wrong, the tone changes.
I will NEVER have anything to do with them again!
On top of that they are one of the more expensive companies out there! They even admit to that in the initial meeting with them, but they claim they would always stand behind their services and make things right. What a joke!

I worked with these guys for years and some of their employees were the original ones that put in my spa. I requested that they come out and do a thorough check out of my spot for the coming winter season. They sent out the smart A kid. That did about half the job. When I called and complained they sent him out again and he was a total jerk to me the whole time. He personally insulted my house and my neighborhood which was Travis Heights (my small home is now worth over $1 million) just because he personally didn't like it. He messed up the controls on my spa so it would not be available to us through the holidays. The spa did run prior to that but not as it was supposed to. When I complained about it they just dropped me. They utterly supported the little arrogant a and supported him and insulting me, my home and the Travis Heights neighborhood. Furthermore, a couple years previously I asked them if I should do thousands of dollars worth of upgrades on the spa, and understand I've known these people for 25 years, and been a good customer. They advised me that it was a good idea to do the upgrades, which came to thousands and thousands of dollars. And then very soon there after I'm getting feedback that they can't get parts for this anymore and they can't get parts for that anymore and they're reluctant to come out and fix anything. I go to another few more honest spa repair guys and and I was told by multiple techs that I never should've done the upgrades. That the spa was not going to have parts for it anymore and that they just ripped me off. Don't go to these people they're arrogant, often cruel, way overcharge you and support their staff abusing customers. I constantly had to call them to finish a job because they would do maybe 1/2 to 1/4 of it. When I did do the upgrades at big cost, it took them more than six months to replace a few things. Not because they couldn't get the parts but because they just didn't want to bother with it, and made that quite clear.

Called ABC about their handyman service to replace some drywall in our garage that was damaged during the winter ice storm. Bill in the handyman area called and we set up a date within 5 days of our conversation. Floyd arrived on time, if not earlier than quoted, and did a professional job on the repair. Was courteous, professional and cleaned up after his work

We had them out over a year ago and they repaired our HVAC. Same day, we signed up with a service plan to have them come out for a checkup every 6 months. We never EVER saw them again. I called and called. Nothing.

Then we had our HVAC go out and in a panic we called the only number we knew, the idiots at ABC again. The guy came out, said that he needed to look into it further but felt confident about what it was, but then never got back to us. Again, I called and called. Nothing. We had to call someone else eventually. Then they sent me the bill which I refused to pay. After sending me 16 more paper copies and never being able to get a hold of someone on the phone or via email, I caved and paid it.

But, I'm disputing the payment through my credit card company. The people that work here are pure evil. Top to bottom.

Outstanding service! the staff is great, knowledgeable, cooperative, and kind people.
I apprecaiet outstanding customer care I have received form Mr. Ed Szymanski, Ms. Veronica Balderas, and Mr. Steven Aguilar. Ed is very informative of the products and the process and was very attentive and responsive to all my questions. you sure want to talk to Ed before making final decisions in any pest control services you need to get don. Veronica provided the best most convenient schedule for the buildings' termite treatments. She is full of energy and gets the job done! Steven was the initial technician who came by the house and provided the estimate and explained the scope of this work. He was very courteous and took his time to get the best evaluation of the homes for the treatment.
Much thanks go to Mr. Jenkins to have such outstanding staff!
