My first experience with ABC was with the Pest Dept. I bought an antique table from CA and I realized something was eating it. I called them thinking I had a bettle since Texas termites don't eat furniture indoors. They sent out an entamologist (WOW) who told me they were drywood termites that came from CA in the table. He was able to treat my table! Thank you so much - I love this table!! I was so impressed with his knowlegde and greateful he could save my table! He also checked my home to make sure there weren't any other termites. Impressive!
My second experience was with intalling a tankless water heater. Over the years in different houses we have changed 3 tank style water heaters to tankless and each time we used a different company. Out of the 3 I was most impressed with ABC. They were honest (not everyone out there is) and the price was very reasonable. They were also able to tell me about the rebates etc. I wish I had used them on the first tankless we installed and not the last one - I would of used them to do all 3. My husband and I were so impressed with them. It was raining the day they installed the tankless and they laid down floor covers so they didn't get our floors dirty. My daughter was even abel to nap while they were there - quiet. I highly recommend ABC and plan to use them in the future!!

I've had a lot of problems with other pest control companies in the past including theft... So I won't allow another pest control company to come to my home without me being present. That presents a problem when working during the week.

No other pest control company at the time offered weekend schedules, except ABC... They had no problem with a normal Saturday schedule. We've been using them now for 4 years.

My doorbell was broken & a previous handyman couldn't remedy the problem. Louis came on sight and triaged the problem. He was patient and took his time to find all the components of the doorbell as they were in odd areas throughout the house. We laughed along the way but I felt confident in his ability to fix it. 1 year later my doorbell is working & I would surely request Louis' services again. Thanks ABC.

Always shows up on time. Checks with us on each visit if there is anything he should know about; are we experiencing any new issues etc. Remembers our family pet along with allergy concerns. Very nice seeing the same tech each time they come out.

Squirrels were eating electric cords in my attic....not good!! ABC scheduled an appointment the same week I called even though I live 40 miles from their office. Two representatives (one owner and one manager) came and did a complete evaluation and scheduled the rodent control person the following week. They were polite, knowledgeable and effective. I am very pleased!

ABC Pest Control claimed to service my home. However I witnessed the technician park in front of my home for 30 minutes, eat his lunch inside of his car, then drop an invoice at my door step and leave.

I used ABC Home for the first time to replace a converted garages two sets of French doors leading outside with an insulate wall with three energy-efficient windows and a stone facade that matched the exiting rock; remove a billiards-style light fixture inside the room, repair the popcorn texture and replace it with a ceiling fan and light, and convert the long wood attic hatch with a smaller hatch door with pull-down ladder. We bought the house with the converted garage which we learned was not originally permitted. The bid came in exactly where we had hoped and budgeted. Ron Chestnut, our contractor, was extremely professional, honest, timely and great to work with. He is very knowledgeable of the permitting process and was able to obtain the needed permit within 3 hours of going to the permitting office. The construction process was very easy and everyone who came out was professional. All we had to do during the thing was let them inside the house. They took care of the rest. I like that everyone who worked on the house was an employee of ABC, except the mason who they said is one of the few contractors they use. They also accept credit card which made it very easy for us to proceed immediately. The end result is exactly what we had envisioned and we could not be happier with the entire experience. I highly recommend Ron and his crew at ABC for your home repair/renovation needs.

I have had mixed experiences.The phone schedulers are really helpful and polite. I have used most services and most have been satisfactory. The two exceptions have been tree and lawn The tree people did an excellent pruning job EXCEPT for the trees I asked them not to cut unless I was there and OK'd the trim. They cut without approval when I was dealing with questions on the other side of the house. The other exception is the lawn service. Blow and go is fine but really expensive They were supposed to pull weeds not spray. Six months later I was around when they were here and they had no idea they were not to use the root killer. Maybe that is the reason our Crepe Myrtle is half dead? Contrary to the sales person's assurances that the lawn crew has access to homeowner's requests, they do not....or they do not read the info.The big complaint I have with critter capture and removal is not sending the same person for the same problem. You have to be there and explain the problem and what had already been attempted. As far as emergency help.....one experience was great, one was not great,

My wife and I have been using ABC's pest, handyman and AC/Heating services for several years. They are very dependable and good at what they do.

Last weekend we got received exemplary service from Marc Dziac. Our heater went out on a Friday night where the temperature dipped below freezing. I called at 9pm and Mark was at our house within the hour. It ended up taking until after midnight to fix the heater. With a 3 year old and a 6 month old in the house I'm not it sure what we would've done without Marc's incredible service.
