We hired AB/JDD to unclog our kitchen sink. The drain out is in our laundry room. Above the drain out is an open drain which my washer drains into. It's very obvious, not hidden or covered.
After AB/JDD snaked our drain out apparently there was a blowback of everything in the pipes through the washer drain that blew all over my laundry room. I was told it was cleaned up. When I went to check, it was not cleaned up. I had to uninstall my washer and dryer in order to clean them, clean underneath them, and get to the walls behind them to clean. It took about three and a half hours of cleaning. Because now it was dried crap all over. We we had already called the young guy back out because we had a leak underneath our sink after the drain was cleared and thought he should fix it. Once he came back out I confronted him about the mess he left and he's just sort of laughed and said yeah that was my bad. I pointed out that he left a tool and was so mad I left the room because I didn't want to be rude. My husband discussed the leak that wasn't their prior to his visit and he said that he would have to get it quoted and it'd be approximately $295 to fix it, but he would added for a discount. I've never heard back from him. I've been a loyal customer to abjdd and I know many other people who do business with them. But I just have to say the service is gone down and the quality of work as well. Who leaves a huge mess for a customer to clean up?

AB/JDD is awesome! As a property manager I use them anytime there is a plumbing or hvac issue. They are always quick to respond, show up on time, do excellent work at a fair price and follow up on their service if there is ever an issue after they finish. I've used them for over 25 years and although ownership changed a while ago, their commitment to service and doing the job right has remained the same. Dave and Robert are easy to communicate with and as honest and trustworthy as you'll find. I just had an issue at a home I manage and they responded initially on a Saturday, then followed up on Monday to take care of flushing out the plumbing lines and tankless water heaters after the water softener failed and started pumping sediment into the lines. One of the tankless water heaters needed to be replaced and they ordered it promptly and had it installed immediately once it arrived. I can't say enough good things about them! Highly, highly recommend them.

We still depend on AB/JDD to solve the plumbing issues that arise when you have a 75-year-old house. Junior came both times to fix things related to our kitchen sink and he explained what the problems were and how he was going to fix them (which he did quickly and effectively). High-quality work and professionalism all around.

I had an issue with my bathtub faucet and my landlord called AB-JDD in. In the initial visit, I was left worried as the two guys that came didn't seem to know what they were doing. They didn't bring in any tools and had never seen a claw foot tub before! They didn't explain much but said I was going to need a replacement part and that I'd get a call to schedule a new appointment. I wasn't expecting much after that, thought I'd probably need to follow up with them. But I was surprised by how quickly I got a call back to get me scheduled, and the follow up calls as well. On the day of my appointment, Junior showed up and he was even early. He was ready to work and explained everything to me, I was relieved to see that he knew what he was doing. He ran into issues due to the age of the pipes and type of bathtub, which the previous guys didn't note. He thought he was going to need to come back to complete the job as it was a little more complicated than anticipated. After some explanation and thoughts, he decided to try. He worked up a sweat moving the tub, and he was able to complete the job! Junior did a great job, including cleaning up as if nothing had been touched.

Jr. was very communicative throughout the process, he showed up exactly when he said he was going to, did a great job and was done quickly. Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish and I definitely recommend this plumbing service and Jr. in particular.

My kitchen sink, master bathtub, and upstairs bathroom were clogged up. My kitchen sink would not drain for an entire hour, and it would just get full very quickly. Ab/Jdd came in and figured out where the drainage problem was located.

Frank and Junior master plumbers were awesome! They solved my drainage problem and left everything clean!

I highly recommend these guys as they were super respectful, responsive, courteous, friendly, and fixed my drains. They also patiently answered all my questions. Super cool guys!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE from Robert and Chase. The guys called ahead of time because they finished early on another job so they could get to us sooner. The both were polite and knowledgeable. They walked us through the possible problems ( and we had a few ). They explained what they we're doing as they went and worked at each issue one by one and found the solution to all of them.
They took the time to check everything and cleaned up after themselves. They both seemed sincere in their customer service. They explained what our expectations should be and what follow up we may need.
I would highly recommend and use them again.

Unfortunately, I can't base my review off of their work. But the way the driver in van number 4 was driving, I wouldn't use them. The guy was tailgating people and punching it everywhere he went. Maybe he was having a bad day, but he sure was abusing that van.
