Not responsible, not on time call to arriving the services. Many miscommunication between the workers to owner. Because of homeowner's warranty association (HWA) order, this company did very cheap job to replaced heating pipe in under the sink and still leaking. After confirmed this service will re-fix what they did their shady job: recalling through the home warranty's company after 3 days - no calls responses
""This work order came from HWA.. ( cheap work expecting) not much money for us"" -- that's I heard from worker.. that's SAD !

Steve 408-840-5885 responded to my call and came out immediately. He and his son snaked out our household pipes that were clogged (probably kitchen grease) and then used his high powered pumping truck to blast out the sewer line between the house and the street. Such a kind, generous, nice guy. Price very low.

Abjdd did a very good job. They technician Steve really knows his stuff and cleaned out the blockage and fixed what needed to be snaked out from the drainage area from the house to the street. He did the above and beyond what every client should be pleased. Its good to have him part of the ABJDD team. GREAT JOB GUYS!

I called AB/JDD to look at my bathroom faucet. They sent out a plumber who checked the water pressure and said it was fine and that I needed a new faucet. The guy then started checking my shower and said the water pressure which was fine in the shower. He then takes apart the handle and breaks the off the cartridge inside of my shower handle. He new he'd blown he because he called the company and told them what he did. They called a week later telling me they had replacement cartridge. Guess what, if I can't get a special ordered piece I will need a whole new faucet. Too bad they can't receive a negative star rating!

From the initial call to the completion of work AB/JDD and crew made the project go smoothly. Nick and his crew took care of the install with no issues to report. I called this company to install drainage for bath addition and help me pass inspection. They made sure I had everything I needed completed to do so. Last month I had to replace my tankless water heater due to the old company was no longer in business, I called AB/JDD and talk for first time with Jan they send Mike ( great guy) to replace and install the new tankless, after instulation we had some issues, I was very impress with the company they did everything I can ask to fixed the issue and I can not say enough about Jan and Mike they were more concerned about the problem than I was, also I thank the owner to have a very professional staff. I have a tri plex that needs 3 heaters replaced. AB/JDD came out a few months ago to inspect for a quote. I got a very vague bid and requested more detail. After 2 phone calls I got an email saying the job was too big. They are under new ownership. If you have a larger job, don't waste your time.

Late one evening we had slow bathtub drain which turned into the toilets receding and the bathtub completely clogged. We managed to last until the morning and had AB/JDD come out to take a look at the problem. They arrived and decided what was the best course of action. One tech started to snake through the sink as they said that was best way since our toilets in the 2 bathrooms were back to back. The other tech was assessing the exterior of the house to locate the cleanout. Unfortunately, our house did not have a cleanout. The pipes were snaked but they were unable to reach the clog and I was provided with a quote for their team to dig and create a cleanout.

We thought the quote was an outrageous amount of money and reached out for a few others. Our concerns were validated. The company that we hired to do the work had sonar equipment to locate the pipes and provide the quote. They placed the cleanout in an inconspicuous location (not in the middle of the front yard) and charged us 1/4 of what AB/JDD quoted.

Buyer beware, it's always in your best interest to get multiple quotes before getting any work done.
