Whoever the old, grumpy person Aaron's Plumbing sent to fix my bathroom sink was horrible, unprofessional and very rude. He continuously dropped his heavy tools on my ceramic floor even after I asked him not to do it. He was supposed to replace the missing stopper and I ended up with a leak under the sink. He did not clean up and left his shoe marks on my newly installed bathroom doors, left splotches of whatever he was using to install the stopper all over the sink and walls and the base of the vanity was soaking wet.

He did not fix the other issue with the tub which was the stopper didn't work, He couldn't fix it and told me that if I am not using the stopper then why fix it and to keep taking a shower.

This was a vendor from American Home Shield, so if you call them for a plumbing issue, make sure they don't send anyone from Aaron's Plumbing.

Please go to any other company They don't return a phone calls they show up when they want A-day early in my case . So I had to call back and reschedule and no one answered the phone for over a week.. Is extremely unprofessional stay away also check out their BBB rating

Good luck contact them. American Home Shield will set them up to go out and repair your home. There's no way to contact them. They use a call center to handle their calls. The call center has no access to what's going on with your service request, and will only ""pass on your message"". Aaron's Plumbing never gets back to you. You're stuck dealing with a middle man and never getting through the actual company or a technician.

Worst experience ever. I guess there's no need for quality when you've got AHS paying your bills.

Edit: After further communication with AHS, Aaron's Plumbing is NOT open on weekends. Yelp needs to update this, and Aaron's Plumbing call center should know this and let callers know rather than just saying they'll pass the message on.

Put in a work order with my Home Warranty company on a Wednesday. Aaron Plumbing finally called me Sunday evening around 430pm and said they could be at my house the following day, Monday between 10am and 1pm. No call, no show. Had to wait another hour plus on hold with my warranty company to request someone else.
Check out their Better Business Bureau page. Enough said.

I was having difficulty with my water heater so I requested service through American Home Shield. I received a call to set up an appointment and Sam came to my house during my designated appointment window. He was very nice and fixed the problem quickly. I am very happy with the service I received.

Worst experience in my life. I initially called American Home Shield. I had a previous tenant staying there and my plumbing was clogged. i wanted to know what was covered by AHS, and what I could hire the plumbing crew to do. AHS said they needed to come and do an assessment. Jerry cam e to my house and before even going in said my scheme will not work. Telling me i bought a home warranty and then renovated my home which is none of his concern. He then refused to give me an assessment and spoke over me. Rudest man I ever met. As a woman, i was deeply disrespected by the lack of regard to information provided to me. He was so very unprofessional and proceeded to send me threatening text messages about calling the City and having someone inspect my place. I have NEVER dealt with such un-professionalism in my life. I am repulsed by this company.

Highly unprofessional. They came once for an assessment, took their money and left the kitchen sink with lower pressure than when they started.

They claimed they came to our place for a follow up appointment but in fact they just never showed up.

After calling, they said the plumber (Jerry) may or may not return our calls because ""he's really busy"" and that they ""couldn't force his hand"" ...whatever that means.

Do yourself a favor and avoid giving Aaron's Plumbing your hard earned dollars because you may not ever get the job addressed

I want to give zero stars. Just like the MANY reviews below stating that they don't return calls and cancel orders that is what happened to me as well. I had to cancel our original appt. due to a death in the family and was told I could call back to reschedule when back in town. They left a message the next day asking to reschedule. I then called, and called, and called and left multiple messages to reschedule after the funeral and they ignored all of them. Today I left another message asking for a reply and again, no response so I called back. This time I got a live person who informed me that they canceled my order and I'd need to call American home shield because ""they can't help me"". Through the multiple calls and message I left I never received information that they canceled my order! When I ended the call and told them thank you for ignoring my calls the woman replied ""anytime."" Nice. ?

If I could give negative stars then I would. I was given this plumbing Company by American home shield as everyone else has been. The first time that I call for my whirlpool tub the technician stated that it was a simple fix by just resetting the GFCI outlet. The GFCI outlet was set but it still did not work he then stated that the motor had to be repaired. He took a picture of the motor and then left he also stated that within two days he will be back with the new motor he never came back. I then contacted America home shield again this time stating that I did not want that company back because they did not do anything. What is the American home shield sent them again this time it was another plumber that stated that he did not have the right tools for the job so he stated that he would by the correct tools which was a common Wrench that all plumbers should have. He stated that he will be back two days later he never came back I contacted the company again and stated that they never returned. American home shield contacted them yet again to tell them to return to fix the problem. They then came back with an empty box stating that the box contained the motor. I kicked the box to the side and found out it was empty. He then pulled the old motor out and stated that he had the wrong motor. I told him to put everything back so that we can still use the tub. He stated OK and my wife watched him put the motor back in but he did not connect anything unknown to my wife. He then stated that he had to remove tile from the side to connect a clamp. The clamp should not of been removed. He stated that he will be back in two days but he never showed yet again. I have contacted Better Business Bureau I will also contact the state of Illinois Attorney General to have their license pulled

Could not have been more satisfied with the knowledge, neatness and great results given by technician Angel in doing a reroute. And on a Sunday no less. Great job Angel!!
