Worst experience in my life. I initially called American Home Shield. I had a previous tenant staying there and my plumbing was clogged. i wanted to know what was covered by AHS, and what I could hire the plumbing crew to do. AHS said they needed to come and do an assessment. Jerry cam e to my house and before even going in said my scheme will not work. Telling me i bought a home warranty and then renovated my home which is none of his concern. He then refused to give me an assessment and spoke over me. Rudest man I ever met. As a woman, i was deeply disrespected by the lack of regard to information provided to me. He was so very unprofessional and proceeded to send me threatening text messages about calling the City and having someone inspect my place. I have NEVER dealt with such un-professionalism in my life. I am repulsed by this company.

Highly unprofessional. They came once for an assessment, took their money and left the kitchen sink with lower pressure than when they started.

They claimed they came to our place for a follow up appointment but in fact they just never showed up.

After calling, they said the plumber (Jerry) may or may not return our calls because ""he's really busy"" and that they ""couldn't force his hand"" ...whatever that means.

Do yourself a favor and avoid giving Aaron's Plumbing your hard earned dollars because you may not ever get the job addressed

I want to give zero stars. Just like the MANY reviews below stating that they don't return calls and cancel orders that is what happened to me as well. I had to cancel our original appt. due to a death in the family and was told I could call back to reschedule when back in town. They left a message the next day asking to reschedule. I then called, and called, and called and left multiple messages to reschedule after the funeral and they ignored all of them. Today I left another message asking for a reply and again, no response so I called back. This time I got a live person who informed me that they canceled my order and I'd need to call American home shield because ""they can't help me"". Through the multiple calls and message I left I never received information that they canceled my order! When I ended the call and told them thank you for ignoring my calls the woman replied ""anytime."" Nice. ?

If I could give negative stars then I would. I was given this plumbing Company by American home shield as everyone else has been. The first time that I call for my whirlpool tub the technician stated that it was a simple fix by just resetting the GFCI outlet. The GFCI outlet was set but it still did not work he then stated that the motor had to be repaired. He took a picture of the motor and then left he also stated that within two days he will be back with the new motor he never came back. I then contacted America home shield again this time stating that I did not want that company back because they did not do anything. What is the American home shield sent them again this time it was another plumber that stated that he did not have the right tools for the job so he stated that he would by the correct tools which was a common Wrench that all plumbers should have. He stated that he will be back two days later he never came back I contacted the company again and stated that they never returned. American home shield contacted them yet again to tell them to return to fix the problem. They then came back with an empty box stating that the box contained the motor. I kicked the box to the side and found out it was empty. He then pulled the old motor out and stated that he had the wrong motor. I told him to put everything back so that we can still use the tub. He stated OK and my wife watched him put the motor back in but he did not connect anything unknown to my wife. He then stated that he had to remove tile from the side to connect a clamp. The clamp should not of been removed. He stated that he will be back in two days but he never showed yet again. I have contacted Better Business Bureau I will also contact the state of Illinois Attorney General to have their license pulled

Could not have been more satisfied with the knowledge, neatness and great results given by technician Angel in doing a reroute. And on a Sunday no less. Great job Angel!!

I wish for one no star, they are total frauds... cannot even get someone to come back out and check out faulty sump pump they installed, basement is sill flooding and never did before my old one went out! CYNTHIA who apparently wants to keep calling herself the answering service will not put me through to anyone or send anyone over! Please stay away from this disgusting business!

Great customer service and very satisfied. They fit me in their schedule when I really needed it. Thanks to Patty in the office, Sam came out on a Saturday afternoon on short notice to look at what needed to be done. And then thanks to the hot water tank installers, Wade and Brandon Bell who worked until 10pm to get everything right!

When i called they were eager to come out. My window of wait period was 1-3 ,so at 3:30 I called no answer. I waited an hr., called back and got what I believed was someone from an answering service. By the way who should not be considered an advocate for your business. Her response to my inquiry as to where the technician was,or was in route, HER EXACT WORDS ,Ill check and see if he still plans on coming out at all.Now its 5:30 not only is your tech 2 1/2 hrs. late, now I have this person telling me he's probably not coming out. Who does that? And you expect a 5 star review. Well let me tell you I called U S A Plumbing at 5;35 they were at my home by 6;30, the gentlemen they sent to do the job that AARON'S stood me up on was amazing . By the way the phone # for USA Plumbing is 815-5073995 ,Call them they'll do the job and do it now JPC

This company is a scam. They wanted an additional payment of $497 to put in a water heater. Their own plumber said it was a routine slide in without additional charge. Have witness to prove it. Then I received the call from a rude woman who said modifications needed. In my opinion, they are scam artists. They did not come when they said and refused to answer calls for 3 days. I called AHS and received a new plumber who installed the hot water on a Sunday with no modification charges. Put in just to prove my point. Time for AHS to dump this contractor so they will not look bad.If you are a AHS customer ask for Water Solution Plumbing.

Hate to pile on, but I'm piling on.

Usually, I give companies the benefit of the doubt, but not this time. Aaron's Plumbing was assigned to me, like everyone else, by American Home Shield. They reached out to me ONCE and left a message, and I returned their phone call and left a message as well. Then I waited.

And waited.

About three days later, still no call back. So I called them again. And left ANOTHER message. And again, I waited for another couple of days. No call back.

So I decided to log on to my AHS account to see if there was anything going on. Sure enough, Aaron's had marked that they were unable to reach me and were canceling the service call, which was totally ridiculous as this was completely untrue.

I called AHS and told them that I still had the issue, but that I wanted a new contractor assigned to my case based on all of the reviews and my experience with Aaron's, which they happily obliged.

TL;DR: If AHS assigns Aaron's Plumbing to you, call them back a demand a different contractor. These guys are a joke.
