Mike & Drake came out to my condo to check on a possible slab leak. On their initial visit, they confirmed the slab leak and started work that day. They came back the following day and re-routed my hot water line, since the leak was under my neighbor's garage. They were early each time they arrived at my house and were extremely professional, knowledgeable, never made me feel uncomfortable in asking questions and were very clean in leaving the house. I would highly recommend that you request for Mike & Drake to do the work when you call All American Plumbing. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased in how smooth the entire process went. Mark was great! He called and asked me to take a picture of the water heater so he could have parts ready when he arrived. He let me know the problem and had it resolved quickly. Very friendly. I'm happy to recommend Mark.

I am giving this company a 5 star! I have had some piping issues in my house due to old pipes. I called this company and they send out a plumber named zack. He fixed my leak within a few mins and I couldn't have asked for a better plumbing experience. I will def. be using this company again and will ask for zack to come back. Love trusting a company especially as a lady. ;)

Wow all those great reviews. I can't say I agree. I called asked to have someone come out to find a leak. The lady said it would be 90$. I said fine send the guy but have him call when he's on the way over. Well he doesn't call ahead and he shows up wanders around but without any equipment he can't find the leak. Says they didn't tell him but he will send one of his guys over later. He leaves calls back later says he has the equipment will come over around 4. I say call ahead. I never hear from Zachary again. I""m busy so I call the office the next week I say, what happened to your guy? They say he called you but no answer. Of course my call log shows no calls. So I say send another guy. We set up the appointment for Friday and bam I get a call this morning at 10:30 they're not going to make it..too busy...would I like to use another Company. LOL You guys suck. Ok so I read your reply and you are a liar. I was home all day in fact I'm home practically all the time. . Nobody ever called period. Let me tell it like I see it you guys didn't want to find the leak for 90$ because you never intended to find it for 90$ instead you wanted to come out and quote me for a big fix it job which is what you did. Sounds like bait and switch. When I told you I'd fix it myself while you were wandering around my house without your tools that's when you knew you weren't coming back.

AAP- All American Plumbing is the absolute best plumbing service around. I will not use anybody else but them. The customer service is exceptional from the secretary to the owner and the technicians themselves. They are honest and kind. 100% certain they are the best out there.

WOW..SINCERELY IMPRESSED! I was VERY worried about dealing with plumbers but these guys are AWESOME! They spent lots of time reviewing our options...completely understood our situation and never once became short or bothered by our relentless questions and uncertainties with what was best for us. They are hard working empathic home owners with families of their own.. I sincerely appreciate that when I have to place my trust in someone else's hands. All I can say is great job Anthony. You have put tohether an amazing team that keeps the integrity of your name and company, before their paychecks. They are coming back tomorrow to do the work! I will let y'all know how it goes!

I've used these guys a few times for my rental property in Riverside, CA, and they are always on time and very friendly! The jobs I have had them for (broken water valve and toilet seal) they always finish in no time at all and for a reasonable price!

I am not one to write reviews but I always read them before going somewhere or calling a company. People need to know about this company and my experience with them. It was after midnight and we were unable to turn off our shower. We turned off our water main and tried to take apart the shower handle to try and turn it off manually. We didn't know what to do. I started searching on-line for an emergency 24 hour plumber. I read through reviews on a bunch of different sites and started calling. The first 2 24 hour places I called had no answer. I cam across AAP and they had several 5 star ratings. Im always hesitant and assume they are ""fake"". I called and lo and behold Anthony answered. We explain the situation and even send a text pic of the inards of the handle to insure a more acurate estimate. We were quoted $235 over the phone. Michael came to our house at 1:30AM about 40 mins after we called. Impressive!! He was super professional and personable. He knew exactly what to do and we were back up and running in about 30 mins. He did not seemed put out at all to have to get up in the middle of the night to help us and was not disheveled. We were also charged the amount quoted over the phone. No Games!! Also a point I want to mention is they do not charge an after hours fee!!! Unbelieveable!

I am so glad I now have a plumber in my contacts that I trust and can call. All of my friends and family in the area will be calling when needed.
