Had to call for a clog in our kitchen sink. They responded within an hour, and the tech, Carlos, was friendly and knowledgeable. Ended up choosing to have him install a new garbage disposal, too, and am very pleased with the cleared drain and new disposal. I'd definitely recommend them, and will use them for any future needs.

Steve Reeves is awesome! My 10 year water heater was giving me problems. Pilot was not staying lit and after two days of cold showers I contacted AAP. I left a message at 9:30pm thinking I wouldn't get a response until next day. To my surprise I was contacted within 15 minutes! AAP offered to send someone out that night. I declined but appreciated the service offered. So they scheduled Steve to come out between the hours of 8-10am. Steve was at my door at 8am with a smile. After Steve patiently explained my dilemma, I decided to have a new water heater installed. I didn't feel I was given a sales pitch. Steve pretty much laid out my options based on the condition of the water heater and my budget. I had already dumped money into my water heater for a minor repair that didn't solve the problem. Google can't fix everything,my issue was much bigger. Steve was very professional and answered all my questions. Steve got the job done in a very timely manner. Oh, and a bonus he installed a new kitchen faucet I had purchased over a month ago that was on my ""Honey Do List""

Great service from aap but A bit of hassle getting referral to fix dry wall.

We just had Daniel come out and check out a water stain I recently noticed that was right below our laundry room. He was very polite and thorough. Asked lots of questions and was attentive to the job. After opening up the ceiling and checking all of the fixtures upstairs for leaks he determined it was an issue with our pan and or washer very slowly leaking through a gap. He also had to great tips on how to seal the pan and what to buy. He explained everything to me and my husband and let us know that they don't repair dry wall but they have someone they can refer.

I would give Daniel five stars as his service was excellent.

Now I just need the hole in my ceiling fixed... Here's where I encountered a little bit of trouble.
I called the dry wall guy that was referred me to and the guy quoted me nearly double what Daniel said the cost Could be. Daniel gave me a broad range and made no promises about what the cost could be. It's about a two by one patch and the minute I told the guy it seemed high for such a small repair and he dropped his price but was annoyed about it. I called aap back and asked for another referral because I didn't feel comfortable with Ernesto doing the job. They gave me the number to someone else and that guy quoted me on the low end of what Daniel said the repair could cost. A little bit of a hassle but I don't feel ripped off like I would have if Ernesto did the job.

We had a hot water slab leak that we had to get fixed. William came out to identify the problem and came out the next day and it only took one day. He explained everything he was going to do. He told us that we only needed to replace one water line. He and his helper cleaned up after themselves. I feel this is an honest company and will call them again if needed and will recommend then to friends snd family.

Saturday afternoon in 100 degree weather. All 24-hour services advertise but none could deliver until I found this company, All American Plumbing. They promised to come out between certain times, and they did! Assessed the outside water leak and fixed the trouble promptly and courteously! Fair price too! Glad to have prompt and reliable service when some 7 other 24-hour devices could not! Really thankful to this company! Will keep them on our referral list....

We had a water pressure issue.. I called AAP and they sent out their man for an estimate the same day... When William showed up he was professional and thorough in his inspection and analysis of our problem... It turned out we were getting back pressure from the hot water heater that was 13 years old... To fix the problem we had AAP set an appointment to replace the water heater... We also had a very old pressure regulator for the house feed and the shut off valve was also very worn and sloppy ... And we had those items replaced as well... I would certainly recommend a APP for home services ... We certainly appreciated William for all the extra effort he put into the service... He was very helpful in explaining all of the things that we didn't understand about the new hot water heaters and their pressure relief tank... Their prices seem very fair and their customer service is impeccable ... Good job AAP...

I called AAP because one of my tenants had a clogged kitchen sink. Their technician, Josh, came out well within the time frame I was given. He detected the problem right away and fixed it just as fast. My tenants and I love this company because they arrive quickly, diagnose and fix the problem fast and never leave a mess. Today I called AAP Home Services and the operator was able to schedule for someone to come to my house and evaluate my water leak. Carlos Rocha, came promptly and on time. He accessed the pipes, valves, water pressure and water tank. He was honest, courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and I was very pleased with their services. I highly
