Rockstar service. Called in the mid morning and by afternoon a new one was installed. All over phone as it is a rental. I gave wrong size tank and they went and got correct one. Great service and fast, Thank you guys save the day and even made me look good to my renters, highly recommended! Oh and best price I could find!

When my water heater died, I was looking for a local company who could replace it the same day. This company has great reviews, so I called them. I spoke with Bill, and in a half hour I had an estimate that was reasonable. Bill did not try to ""sell"" any extras and in fact discouraged me from adding things I didn't need. His technician Sam came that morning and was finished with installation and haul away in less than 2 hours. Sam did an amazing job and was so courteous and good natured. My experience with this company was amazing!

where do i start ? bein under da weather past few dayz, i was faced with a lil catastrophe this morn that added more stress: our water heater started leakin all over da garage panicked & upset, i naturally start YELPIN 4 quotes, hopin it wouldnt hurt my wallet 2 badly ~ some companies wanted 2 come out & take a look but not all quotes r free

thru-out my day, bill followed up tho i ended up buyin a unit from HOME DEPOT & havin our neighbor install new unit he seemed understanding when i explained my situation, unlike some of those other not-so-friendly companies; it showed that he wasnt just bout makin $$$ but that he cares bout his clients & shows compassion bout diff situations ~ i would want 2 work w some1 like him inda future, wouldnt u

I have two water heaters at my house and a family member was able to light one of the units after the pilots went out but couldn't get the second one to light after several attempts . So, I call AAA Water Heater to see if they could repair the unlightable unit. Bill was very responsive, he gave me an idea of typical repair cost over the phone, he came out the same day, looked at the unit and was able to light the pilot for me without any repair. I offered to pay for the service call but Bill refused, saying customer service is their first priority. I really appreciated his philosophy and will not forget the first class customer service provided, even without reimbursement. I own income property and routinely have a need for water heater repair. AAA Water Heater will definitely get all of my future business. Thanks Bill!

I reached out to a few companies last week because my 20 yr old water heater had been leaking and needed to be replaced. Bill was easy to communicate with and gave the best pricing overall. My Daughter's water heater went out on a Sunday. I called several plumbers on Yelp and very few called back. Even the plumbers that advertised seven days a week did not respond quickly and when they did they wanted ridiculous prices.
AAA Water Heaters had excellent reviews and when I called Bill answered immediately. He was friendly and the lowest price competitively speaking.
I scheduled it for the next morning and Sam the technician called ahead and arrived right on time. He was just as friendly and professional. If you're in need of a water heater or repair I highly recommend AAA Water Heaters.

I am really glad that I came across this company. Recently I noticed a water leak in one of the supply lines to the water heater. I twisted the red valve on the same pipe to cutoff the water to the heater. Quickly realized it didn't work. So I started looking on Yelp for plumbers, and came across a few of them.. I messaged them on Yelp, and some refused to give a quote and insisted on coming home to give an estimate even though I had shared photos and video of the leak with them. I didn't want to waste my time and theirs. Others provided a quote, which was ridiculously high. AAA responded on Yelp with a quote, which I thought was fair and reasonable. Bill, the owner, was very helpful and patient in answering my questions that I had regarding this issue. He sent one of his plumbers the day before yesterday, who replaced both the supply lines (I requested both) and the red valve, and finally no more leaks! There was some misunderstanding about the service date, but we worked that out easily. Thank you Bill so much for fixing my water heater!! I'll definitely keep you in mind for future plumbing needs. MUST, must call AAA Water Heater Company for your water heater services. Also, thanks to the Yelp reviews, knowing other people's great experience with AAA Water Heater Company. I gave them a call and spoke to Bill, I was feeling at ease after speaking and texting some pictures of the leak to him, he is very knowledgeable and follow through with the scheduling one of his crew to come over. Sam, texted me when he was about 30min away, and arrived shortly. Sam was also extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He did a tremendous job on installation, cleanup, and saved me lots of money on advising what's not necessarily needed and what's needed. You can feel that Sam is like installing his own water heater at his own home, he was very meticulous and thorough throughout. I usually don't write review, but this time is a MUST, I hope my review can help those who are searching for a water heater company, look no further and experience for yourself like I did with AAA Water Heater Company. They deserve more than a 5-star. Thank you, Bill and Sam.
