Thank you Jason!! He literally saved me hundreds of dollars. I really wanted my hot water to work better. I feel like no matter what it just wasn't getting hot enough for me. I really just wanted to have super hot water for my baths and soaking dishes. Well Jason sat on the phone with me and walked me step by step on how to turn up my hot water heater thermostat. He didn't try to come out and make money off me, he genuinely wanted to help me. You can't just find companies like that anymore!!
Like I said, he saved me so much money and took time out of his busy day to help me. If you ever need a hot water heater repair you have to call these guys!! You know they are genuine and trustworthy. Best experience ever!

Can't thank these guys enough! I was hesitant about getting a new water heater but Bill answered all of my questions. I really wanted a good brand of water heater that would last me a long time and not give me any issues. They also had a good warranty program, which really sold me on going with AAA Water Heater.
Installation was fast and easy(less than an hour), which was perfect because I was on a tight schedule the day they came.
I don't expect to have to replace my water heater anytime soon, but I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone who asks. Finally a company I can trust; thank you AAA Water Heater Company!

The AAA team are water heater heroes!! Our water heater was acting up and we called out a larger Co who had 5 star reviews. The tech discovered that we had a gas leak within the tank and he immediately turned off the gas/pilot. Then quoted us this insane amount to replace. Immediately we started shopping around. AAA was my first call, and it turned out to be the best call I could make.

I spoke with Bill, who listened to our situation and asked for photos of our tank. He confidently said that they could replace our tank and quoted a fair price. Bill patiently talked us through our brand options - which they only use top brands! We set up an appointment for the next day - since it was already 7 pm.

Leading up to our appointment, their communication was fantastic. Sam arrived and he was super friendly and professional. He had our tank installed in no time!

Bill followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied. AAA is the place for caring, efficient service. 5 stars all around.

Tony is definitely the man! I rarely post a review unless I have a great reason. Last week, Tony helped me get a new water heater replaced in my home. He was able to answer all my questions and kept in communication with me the whole time. I called several other places in the area, but nobody impressed me like Tony. What an amazing team! My water heater stopped working and I was worried about a huge expense of a new water heater. AAA came out and all I needed was a small part! They had my water heater up and running within 30 minutes. Saved me hundreds of dollars!

I woke up to find I had no hot water one Saturday morning. I found there was an issue with my water heater, so I quickly did a Google search and contacted AAA. Within the hour, I had a quote and an appointment. Jason was able to come out the next day (ON THE WEEKEND!!) and replace the water heater. The service was great and the cost very reasonable. I was given very clear instructions and warranties and when told to call if I had an issue, I really felt they meant it. I wasn't looking forward to cold showers all weekend and they saved me from that! Would highly recommend that anyone call AAA first when they have a problem.

I have to share how happy I am that I found this company. It is hard being a single mom and finding honest companies to assist with maintaining my house. Jason was amazing from start to finish. He spoke to me about options with what I would need to maintain the heat with a water heater by the size of my house. I was stressed on what to do and how much. It was amazing how Jason was able to explain the options and cost with new heater. I had to figure out how soon to get this whole things done. It has been hard with covid and felt so respected with AAA water heater. They were very professional and very hygienic when coming to my home. I promise you will not be disappointed with using this company. I am not easy to work with but again Jason talked my off the ledge.

I can for sure say I'll be using this company as long as they are around. They treated me well and made sure to get my hot water back on later on that night when I called them in the morning. I can tell they care about their customers and have integrity. Their plumber Jason kept stressing on the fact that he would never overcharge us and at the end even gave me a small discount since I found hin through a friend. He said he wanted to help me out and knows times are tough right now. Couldn't ask for a nice guy. He was never pushy about anything and just wanted to genuinely help me get my hot water back on. I'm telling you I can't stress how awesome these guys are. Like I said, I'm a lifetime customer now.

Amazing people for a hot water heater repair!

They are five stars for many reasons!

First of all when I told them I needed hot water and that I had a kid they made sure to put me on a priority list! I was telling them I really needed to get my daughter a bath that night and they completely listened and understood. They agreed to come repair the water heater around 6pm and I was surprised at how fast they did it. Thanks again Tony! You killed it!

Not only that but I appreciate them not only keeping me up to date with where they were on their route but also giving me a set price before coming over. I was worried about a plumber trying to scam me when he got in the door but that's just not the case with these guys.

On top of all those amazing things they said if I have any problems in the future or if it stops working I can call or text them and they'll help me out at any time. I just can't believe the awesome and fast service they provided.
