I reached out to a few companies last week because my 20 yr old water heater had been leaking and needed to be replaced. Bill was easy to communicate with and gave the best pricing overall. The next day, Sam came out and got a new water heater up and running for us. I am so happy I went with AAA because their service and courtesy went above expectations. Thank you so much!

My Daughter's water heater went out on a Sunday. I called several plumbers on Yelp and very few called back. Even the plumbers that advertised seven days a week did not respond quickly and when they did they wanted ridiculous prices.
AAA Water Heaters had excellent reviews and when I called Bill answered immediately. He was friendly and the lowest price competitively speaking.
I scheduled it for the next morning and Sam the technician called ahead and arrived right on time. He was just as friendly and professional. If you're in need of a water heater or repair I highly recommend AAA Water Heaters.

I am really glad that I came across this company. Recently I noticed a water leak in one of the supply lines to the water heater. I twisted the red valve on the same pipe to cutoff the water to the heater. Quickly realized it didn't work. So I started looking on Yelp for plumbers, and came across a few of them.. I messaged them on Yelp, and some refused to give a quote and insisted on coming home to give an estimate even though I had shared photos and video of the leak with them. I didn't want to waste my time and theirs. Others provided a quote, which was ridiculously high. AAA responded on Yelp with a quote, which I thought was fair and reasonable. Bill, the owner, was very helpful and patient in answering my questions that I had regarding this issue. He sent one of his plumbers the day before yesterday, who replaced both the supply lines (I requested both) and the red valve, and finally no more leaks! There was some misunderstanding about the service date, but we worked that out easily. Thank you Bill so much for fixing my water heater!! I'll definitely keep you in mind for future plumbing needs. MUST, must call AAA Water Heater Company for your water heater services. Also, thanks to the Yelp reviews, knowing other people's great experience with AAA Water Heater Company. I gave them a call and spoke to Bill, I was feeling at ease after speaking and texting some pictures of the leak to him, he is very knowledgeable and follow through with the scheduling one of his crew to come over. Sam, texted me when he was about 30min away, and arrived shortly. Sam was also extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He did a tremendous job on installation, cleanup, and saved me lots of money on advising what's not necessarily needed and what's needed. You can feel that Sam is like installing his own water heater at his own home, he was very meticulous and thorough throughout. I usually don't write review, but this time is a MUST, I hope my review can help those who are searching for a water heater company, look no further and experience for yourself like I did with AAA Water Heater Company. They deserve more than a 5-star. Thank you, Bill and Sam.

Had an unexpected leak in the garage this morning from an aging water heater. Called around and decided to give a shot to AAA Water Heater Company...and boy am I glad I did! Bill was super responsive, helpful, and very friendly. He sent out Sam (same day, mind you) and had ol' clunky fixed up in a flash. I couldn't have expected anything more than the service received, thank you guys~

I had my water heater installed by sam end of Aug and he did a great job and the price was good. I had a quote from another company and they wanted almost double what Bill quoted me over the phone for the same water heater. Sam came on time and understood I was leaving town and did not want to leave my mom at home without hot water and help me install first thing in the morning. I would recommend they to my friends and family and i have. Thanks again Bill and Sam.

My water heater sprung a leak at 11pm one night.. I called about 10 different companies and got quotes from all of them. Bill was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions on the phone. Also very reasonable and competitive on his pricing and gave me sound advice. H was able to get one of his technicians (Samuel) out to me later that evening and get my water back up and running! So far so good! Very happy with the customer service from bill and also very happy with the install and service I got from the installer, Samuel as well. I will update the review if needed

We recently noticed our 18 year old water heater not producing hot water like it used too. We reached out to a few companies and we were very impressed with the quote we received from AAA, especially since it included installation of a Bradford White water heater. They were able to schedule us in a very reasonable timeframe and Sam arrived as scheduled. He did a great job!! He was able to drain and remove our old water heater from our basement and reinstall a new one in very little time. He cleaned up like he was never there. We couldn't be happier with the cost and the service. Cannot recommend them highly enough!! Thanks!!

My water heater started leaking after 20 yrs. I called this company and they we're able to give me a quote over the phone. I only had to send them a picture of the broken water heater. The price was very reasonable. They came to the house and replaced my water heater, Sam was fast and efficient. I am glad that I called this company, the job was done in less than 2 hrs.

Bill is a superhero and Sam is both my new church and god. Single mom without hot water for a week - as soon as they heard that, they responded within the hour and fixed a clogged condensation line - which isn't even something they normally offer.

They gave my tired soul a hot shower and I'm infinitely indebted to them. Phenomenal pricing, honest pros.
