Our technician Cody was awesome! When my hot water stopped working I ended up calling to a few places. Cody was not only the nicest person I talked to, but he could also come out the soonest. He was nice and respectful of my belongings and household! Cody charged me a great price and I was amazed at how fast he did the repair. My water heater is working great again! Very happy customer here! :)

Soo glad we used them! There were a few other places we almost tried out but they did an awesome job. We were making an investment in our new home so we were looking for someone trustworthy and reliable. I definitely appreciated that they weren't too pushy with up selling their products but they gave enough info so we could make our own decisions. I was worried about delivery and install taking up my whole day or them not showing up on time but they were on time and it only took 2 hours to install, which was a life saver! Their plumber came in and replaced my old water heater no issues, We are happy campers!

It's been over a week with our new water heater and man it's been awesome! Hotter water that lasts longer, life is good! Overall, I'm happy to give credit where credit is due and I really appreciate when a company goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with their service, def give them a call.

Excellent, all aspects!!!

After reading the many great reviews for AAA I decided to call Cody and give him a try.
He was very cordial and patient on the phone. Asked me key questions about the water heater and had me send him pictures of the data label so he could see how old the water heater was. Turns out this water heater gave what it could and time to replace. Thermocouple had been replaced 6 months ago by someone else. And went out again in March 2019.
We scheduled an install day and his tech Sam arrived right on time.
Sam a did a great job on the install. Experienced, smooth and efficient. He was very informative on the questions I asked him and gave valuable tips for those just-in-case situations.
Within an hour and a half it was all installed. Waited a bit for water to heat up then tested it out. Works great!
But most important I have the peace of mind of a professional install!!!

My husband and I really only have good things to say about them. When our water heater stopped working unexpectedly we decided to find someone good through yelp. We mainly went with them because of their rating and good reviews. I have to say I was worried we were going to confuse them because my husband and I kept calling in on separate occasions and asking questions but they always knew who we were and didn't mind talking to both of us. It's nice that they keep track of who you are and what job you are discussing even before finalizing an appointment. When we finally felt like we had all of our questions answered we moved forward with them. We made an appointment to get our water heater repaired that following Sunday. They were professional, on time, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. It was a great experience and they got the hot water working like before. Thank you to AAA Water Heater Company for making it an easy process and always keeping track of our information!!!!

I would definitely recommend AAA to all my friends and family. From the first call I made to them I felt very confident that i made a good decision in choosing them to help me with my water heater. I assumed i needed to replace my old one because we were only getting cold water in the house. I was already getting ready for the price tag shock on the new water heater. I was pleasantly surprised that when AAA came to my home and told me that I don't need to replace it at all. It just needed a quick repair and we were back up and running with hot water. AAA was very professional every step of the way. They helped me and my family save some money and i appreciate the honest service they gave us. I will never use anyone else but AAA. Theyre the best!

They are the best! Customer service is on point. They had same day appointments. Cody was my plumber and didn't have any problems repairing the water heater. As far as cost, a little more expensive than the other guys but well worth it since they could be out there the same day as calling them. Would deff recommend them to anyone.

I had no clue what was happening to my water heater when there was a big leak. I asked friends if they knew of someone that could help and recommended Jason. I called the number I was given and they were able to help me immediately!
Jason came to our home which was not far from him and did small work on the water heater when he realized it needed to be replaced. I had no IDEA water heaters went out! Since he was recommended, I trusted his judgement and a day after the problem was fixed.
I love jobs like these where you cut the middle man and you are helped directly. Thanks again!

Need a water heater repaired or replaced? Look no further.

Scheduling was easy! Unlike the businesses a little closer to my place, the staff was super helpful when it came to working with my super busy schedule. They were open to coming to my house at just about anytime of the day. They didn't ask me for large blocks of time like some of the others.

Their prices were great! Theh were more affordable than a couple others that I called. They seem to be honest when charging customers because the quote didn't change after they arrived.

Their service was quick! The repair only took about 20 minutes which was much faster than I thought it would take. 

I'm glad I found this place! I highly recommend them for water heater services.

Look no further if you need a tankless water heater installed. They were able to tell me everything I needed to know when it came to getting a tankless system. They did a great job taking out my regular water heater. Even the area around the new tankless unit looks good. Couldn't be happier.

I needed help getting my hot water heater fixed, so I went on Yelp and saw that this company had good reviews and figured I'd give these guys a try. Their service bypassed my expectations. If I could, I would give them more stars just because of their service alone. They are amazing!! Especially a gentleman by the name Bill. He was extremely patient with me. I had no idea what was going on with my water heater. I was trying to answer his questions to my best ability, but I just wasn't sure about of a lot of the questions he was asking, let alone where it was on the water heater. Since this area isn't exactly my forte. Bill walked me step by step on where everything was, he even walked me through how to shut off my water heater. He was able to give me a general quote over the phone for fixing my hot water heater and I thought the quote I was given was quite reasonable. He gave me a time frame of when he would be able to come to my place and he was on time. When he came over he was super personable and had great manners. He told me he would be done fixing my water heater in less than an hour and sure enough he was! Thank you Bill for the great customer service and for fixing my water heater. I'm going to recommend this company to everyone I know.
