AAA was referred by my home warranty company. They nicely called at 8a and gave me a 4 hour window 10-2. I asked if they could narrow and they could not and indicated I could get a call 30 minutes prior.

I called them after waiting until 1:45. They indicated another hour and half or two hours. They didn't know that earlier???

After expressing my displeasure that the time frame -- not rudely at all, Phil told me he would not come at all. He was arrogant and unprofessional and hung up on me.

Phil the owner of this company is an absolute jerk. He was at my house at least 6 times to fix the same valve. When he said it was fixed, I paid him. However, when I examined it, the valve was crooked as were all of the devices in the shower. AND he scratched the new faucet cover. When I called him to return and fix it properly, he avoided my calls (10 to 12 of them) and never picked up...... Then I blocked my phone # and he picked up and we made an appointment for the next morning. He was a no show. He proclaims himself to be an excellent plumber..... Which is opposite of the truth. Whoever posted that he's a good honest plumber must be related to him, because this guy is a total rip off artist. Unskilled, negligent, incompetent and unprofessional.

We had a great service call from Phil addressed every concern we had with our home and fixed what he could at the time the rest he had to call into the home warranty company for the bigger repair. Was very professional and helpful with additional advice he had for us. Thanks Phil great job

Horrible experience with this company. They were assigned to me by my home warranty insurance. Bad service from the initial phone call, I had made an appointment in the morning from 10 to 2pm. When he finally showed up around 4pm he stated that because my home did not have a clean out drain he could not fix my problem of a slow draining drain.

He was literally at my home for about five minutes looked at my clogged toilet and told me he could not fix my problem because he did not want to get on the roof where the main drain pipe was located. He still had the nerve to charge me $65 dollars for his ""services. "" AGAIN HE ONLY LOOKED AT MY TOILET AND TOLD ME HE COULD NOT FIX IT, STILL CHARGED ME $65 JUST FOR COMING OUT.

I then called my friend who said he had a friend who was a plumber. That plumber came over that same night, moved my toilet and snaked my drain through there. About 30 minutes later my problem was fixed and he charged me $20.

Oh I almost forgot, AAA PLUMBING wanted to charge me $1,200 to add a clean out drain to my home.
Wow when all he had to do was was remove two screws from my toilet and snake my main drain pipe.

I highly recommend this gentleman and his professional opinion.
I did find him through my home warranty plan, but if you need a good honest plumber He's the one to call!!

This is by far the absolute worst group of people you could EVER have come to your home! They where sent over by the home warranty company to fix a drain in my tub ( the tub my 2 baby girls use ages 3 and 6 ) not only did they not fix it he left it a TERRIBLE mess not only did he leave what he took apart undone he thought it was OK to leave black smelly water in a tub that won't drain and when I asked him about it he said that it wasn't his problem and gave me attitude about it. If you have a family and care about them and there well being I would stay as far away from this group as possible. I actually have a picture of the mess they thought was ok to leave behind I hope I can figure out how to post it in hopes to save as many people as I can from this awful group!

If it were possible to give negative stars to this company, I would do it. Of course he was sent by our home warranty company. Of course he didn't show up on time. Or on the right day. He diagnosed our problem and left an illegible piece of paper behind. I called for a report of his diagnosis (needed by our insurance company) and he said he would drop it off the next day. Of course he was a no show. And of course he stopped answering our calls. I finally got him on the phone (by calling from a # he didn't recognize) and he answered. Once he heard what I had to say he hung up on me. Now I get to start the process all over again (and pay again). I thought this loser would be upset by a bad yelp review, but in reading what his customers have to say I can tell I have lots of company in my dissatisfaction with him and the company.

As I read the other reviews on AAA I am SHOCKED this man is still able to do business. I would give zero stars if it was allowed. He was referred by my home warranty company as well. I have had this disaster of a human at my home on two separate occasions. The first visit several years ago, should have been an easy unclogging, as it had happened before and the previous plumbers had no issue. Phill however, wanted to make it a major job and said it can't be fixed. This visit ended with him leaving without fixing anything and yelling expletives at me as he left.

Second visit, this past January, I have a leaky bathroom faucet. Shows up and it needs a part that has to be ordered. Water has to be shut off to faucet. Phil says should be back in a week. Several weeks go by, still no call. I call, he comes out and it's the wrong part. Another several weeks I call and he's on vacation. Mid March still no faucet and no water. I call warranty company and tell them this is unacceptable and that they should send someone out. I'm told he has to complete the job. He shows up and starts to take apart the faucet to be replaced and tells me he can't be responsible if he damages my counter top. At this point I have no faith that he wouldn't damage it, so I call the warranty company to tell them I'm uncomfortable with him possibly destroying a $1000.00 counter top for a $80.00 faucet. While on the phone,
Phil leaves the job with all the parts taken off and the bathroom unusable. Refusing to finish the job. This after I gave him a check for the service fee. Long story, short after multiple complaints, a new plumber came out and removed the old faucet without any damage and repaired the faucet with no problems. *side note AAA Plumbing then stated they never received a check for the service fee. At which point I had to scan and email proof to warranty company, they in fact did! Horrible plumbers and bookkeeper! DO NOT USE THESE PLUMBERS!!!

Triple A Plumbing is the best there is.

I was given a different plumber by my home warranty company. The two other plumbers that came here did terrible jobs.

My problems began as backed up toilet overflowing. The first plumber came out and found an obstruction cleared it and left. A few weeks later it overflowed again a second plumber came out said I had tree roots ( no trees anywhere around my house) and problems that were My fault no warranty coverage.

Well the third plumber that came out was Triple A Plumbing he found an obstruction cleared it but told me that I needed a better toilet. This House that I bought had an older toilet he said that may have been fine for the previous owners but with my larger family and a lot of use I needed a better toilet. The toilet we had was not a great model. In fact it was an obsolete toilet with not enough flow.

Phil the owner told me he could sell me a toilet or I could buy it off of Amazon and he was sure I would be happy with another product.

I bought a Toto toilet off of Amazon.com I decided against installing it myself and decided to call Phil and see if he would do it for us.

He installed it for me and we have never had a blockage again in the house.

He proved his value to me with that. Later I decided I wanted to install a water filtration system and a laundry sink. I turn to Phil again because I knew I could trust him.

I am very thrifty/cheap person. So I shopped around and bought all the equipment myself from various people and locations.

When it was time to install the entire system I called Phil out again he gave me an incredible price and I couldn't have asked for a better job.

Whenever I have a water or a plumbing issue there's no one I trust more than Triple A Plumbing.

Phil runs the business by himself with family members to help when needed he is a small operation ---no smells good fancy advertising---. And he has always been available to me nights, evenings, weekends whenever We've needed his help he finds a way to get to us.

For my family and friends I recommend Phil and AAA plumbing.

Oh I just remembered another time I called Phil when the drinking water would not come out of my Fridge. They came out tested my equipment and found out my Fridge's Electric water valve quit working!!

After cleaning up the fridge and kitchen packed up his tools.

!!!!! No Charge he says!!!!!

He would not let me pay him for all their time.

Now that's AAA plumbing.
