They came out of an estimate. The person said they send me a quote by noon and I never received a call or an email for 30 hours. I called to let them know and ended up hanging up on me before I could even finish. Very rude!!!

Had a clogged drain and they were able to quickly get to my house to resolve the issue. The plumbing was prompt and friendly.

When I called, they were able to schedule my estimate for a few hours later. The tech was prompt and polite. I watched as he inspected the issues, and he gave me a verbal quote that was about 1/3 more expensive than a quote from another company. He also mentioned that xyz might happen and if so it would be an additional $1200. I asked him to write up the quote anyway. The written quote he gave me was double what he had said in the verbal quote. In addition, the quote wasn't itemized, except for the note that I was aware there might be an additional $1200 expense if xyz happened. From the way he was talking then, I got the impression he'd make sure xyz happened, so the job would be as big as possible.

Needless to say, I decided I won't go with them; even though I haven't decided who I will go with.

Stay away from this company! Richard came out to give me a quote and was very rude and a sleazy salesperson. Tried to tell me I needed to do outrageous upgrades that would have cost me a fortune and were completely unnecessary. I called the company to tell them about Richard and they didn't care. Luckily I had two other plumbers out for quotes so I knew what he was saying was dishonest and just trying to make as much as he could from us. It was very uncomfortable to be in that situation. His final quote was over double the other estimates I received. Beware! This company is extremely overpriced and based on the other reviews doesn't do a good job either. We ended up using Miguel who owns Ventura County Rooter! He was amazing and was even there to get us through inspection.

Richard arrived quickly was quite knowledgeable and efficient on my water heater replacement. The unit had a recirculating pump, no problem for Richard! The job was done quickly, everything working well and his clean up was outstanding! He is a blessing for the company! We will be calling Paradise in the future!

We used their rooter service. I found them to be very professional and friendly. I've used them in the past and have always been satisfied. Once, we used another plumber and they were expensive and tried an expensive up-sale technique.
