A complete rip off regarding the price! They charge me $225 to snake a bathroom drain! It took all of 10 minutes of the workers time?! I could get an engine repair, or four new tires for that price, I definitely would not recommend them?

Paradise Plumbing came and not only unplugged my guest bathtub drain...Jeremy, the Operations Manager, explained WHY it kept happening even though I had hired plumbers for the same problem five other times over the past four years!!!

I will do exactly what Jeremy explained to avoid having this same problem over and over again. I felt like they cared and were out to help me in the long run.

Both Jeremy and Richard were very professional and knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

We had a random leak in our garage during the evening and I called several plumbers in the Ventura area but Paradise Plumbing was the only one that would come out that night. They gave me a time window and to my surprise, they showed up 20 meetings early. They were able to fix the leak which was awesome and the plumber they sent over was very professional and courteous. Since it was emergency work outside of regular hours (though they do services 24/7), I thought the price was reasonable. Highly recommend recommended.

I had a leaking main line pipe that was losing about 100 gallons per hour. HELP!!! I called two plumbing companies that advertise 24/7 emergency service. This was on a Friday morning. Both companies said sorry, they had no one to come out until next week. Then I called Paradise Plumbing, and they said someone would show up in 45 minutes. Right on time, Henry was there to the rescue. He shut off the main line to stop the leakage and then was able to improvise a clamp so I could have water until a Fire Protection Service could come out and replace the unit. Henry is the greatest.

I hate to write bad reviews but I feel compelled to warn others about AAA Paradise Plumbing's unscrupulous pricing practices. I called for a water heater replacement and was told there was a $49 consult fee that would be applied if I used their services (not an issue). Luckily I had done my research and knew roughly how much the new water heater should cost. Their estimate was $2600, which was at least $1000 more than I expected. I paid the $49 service fee and declined their ridiculously high bid. I ended up hiring another local company do the installation for me. Their fee was $1350 (which even included a higher hourly charge for weekends). I understand that there may be a few hundred-dollar difference between plumbing companies, but the fact that Paradise's bid was almost double the other company is dishonest and unethical in my opinion. There is no other reasonable explanation for such a huge discrepancy. Buyer beware: If you want to use AAA Paradise Plumbing be sure to get at least one other bid for comparison!

If you're unfortunate enough to have a weekend plumbing emergency you might get lucky if Henry answers your call. Prompt, polite, efficient, works with a great sense of urgency and performs with great care and expertise. When he pulled out a hand ruler to cut into the drywall I knew I was in great hands. He also made it very clear that he respects COVID precautions and was very sure to wipe down all surfaces he came into contact with while inside and outside our home. Very thankful for Henry and AAA Paradise Plumbing.

I had my water heater replaced today by Paradise Plumbing. Henry was my Plumbing Technician. Henry was on time, extremely polite, very informative, maintained proper social distancing and wore a mask. Henry did an excellent job, he kept everything clean and I can tell he takes pride in his work and the company he works for. I highly recommend Paradise Plumbing!

Called them to replace the rubber gasket between the tank and bowl. Because my bad back, it was difficult fir
Me to get on the floor. I drained sponge out the water fr the talk. The tech I Ian from Paradise came and look inside the talk and said the screws were rusty and he would have to replace the entire commode. And he quoted me $300 for a toilet and about $240-260 for labor, which sounded too expensive. I told him that Lowe's has toilets for $100, but he said that those don't flush well. So, I told him that I had to the k about it and he left. I end up getting the parts, gasket and 3 screws myself and fixed that commode myself. The parts cost me only $8 and my time. I called them back and told them that they are completely a rip off. The only screws he needed to undo, were located under the tank and those came
Off easily.

Bert came to our rescue when my Mom's kitchen sink backed up and it was leaking under the sink. He did a great job with the repairs. Bert was very nice and easy to work with and left the kitchen spotless.
