I hate to write bad reviews but I feel compelled to warn others about AAA Paradise Plumbing's unscrupulous pricing practices. I called for a water heater replacement and was told there was a $49 consult fee that would be applied if I used their services (not an issue). Luckily I had done my research and knew roughly how much the new water heater should cost. Their estimate was $2600, which was at least $1000 more than I expected. I paid the $49 service fee and declined their ridiculously high bid. I ended up hiring another local company do the installation for me. Their fee was $1350 (which even included a higher hourly charge for weekends). I understand that there may be a few hundred-dollar difference between plumbing companies, but the fact that Paradise's bid was almost double the other company is dishonest and unethical in my opinion. There is no other reasonable explanation for such a huge discrepancy. Buyer beware: If you want to use AAA Paradise Plumbing be sure to get at least one other bid for comparison!

If you're unfortunate enough to have a weekend plumbing emergency you might get lucky if Henry answers your call. Prompt, polite, efficient, works with a great sense of urgency and performs with great care and expertise. When he pulled out a hand ruler to cut into the drywall I knew I was in great hands. He also made it very clear that he respects COVID precautions and was very sure to wipe down all surfaces he came into contact with while inside and outside our home. Very thankful for Henry and AAA Paradise Plumbing.

I had my water heater replaced today by Paradise Plumbing. Henry was my Plumbing Technician. Henry was on time, extremely polite, very informative, maintained proper social distancing and wore a mask. Henry did an excellent job, he kept everything clean and I can tell he takes pride in his work and the company he works for. I highly recommend Paradise Plumbing!

Called them to replace the rubber gasket between the tank and bowl. Because my bad back, it was difficult fir
Me to get on the floor. I drained sponge out the water fr the talk. The tech I Ian from Paradise came and look inside the talk and said the screws were rusty and he would have to replace the entire commode. And he quoted me $300 for a toilet and about $240-260 for labor, which sounded too expensive. I told him that Lowe's has toilets for $100, but he said that those don't flush well. So, I told him that I had to the k about it and he left. I end up getting the parts, gasket and 3 screws myself and fixed that commode myself. The parts cost me only $8 and my time. I called them back and told them that they are completely a rip off. The only screws he needed to undo, were located under the tank and those came
Off easily.

Bert came to our rescue when my Mom's kitchen sink backed up and it was leaking under the sink. He did a great job with the repairs. Bert was very nice and easy to work with and left the kitchen spotless.

As a first time home owner, hearing the plumbing of my 91 year old house needed a complete overhaul was incredibly daunting. This team is amazing and made the process absolutely as painless as possible.

After several estimates, I knew I wanted to go with them. They explained the situation in a way I could comprehend and exactly what needed to be done to fix it right the first time. Not only did they give a more affordable bid, but offered to do far more comprehensive work than others. They were available immediately and finished the job before expected. They were also extremely respectful of my property and I felt completely comfortable with them in and around my home.

They even added installing a very heavy vanity, which was not initially part of the job and stayed late to do so- always with smiles and positive attitudes.

I would fully recommend their services to anyone!!!

Well I need to explain why one star
In principle they did a quality job with exception of some things. They would not quote by the hour. They only would quote at the job. It was replacing some equipment. In the end for one person it was in excess of 400$ per hour because it was for the job. I bought the parts. As an engineer I told the installer that some of the plumming was very tight meaning things were pulled really tight. He said he'll void the warranty if he put longer one in. First 1 star. Then the price brings another 1 star. Allot of the work was pretty good quality so I give 4 stars there. But after we signed the contract they pulled out a 8 page Mechanics Lean. And told me I had to sign it. I asked to see the release of lean after payment and the Plummer said we do t give those. SoI refused of course to sign the 8 page mechanics lean. In the end i offered to pay cash of I would not hire them because of the redicilas mechanics lean. So the plummet called his supervisor who called the owner who said ok. So for that they get 1 star. So even though a good portion of the work itself was ok this Plummer still gets low stars. It's not only quality it's allot. We won't hire them again. By the way I hired a second Plummer and paid them to fix the right lines and the second Plummer agreed the gas line and water lines were all pulled way to tight. Even one gas line was so tight it was roughing the hot water copper pipe. So maybe not so good quality after all

Living in an old house, I've seen my share of plumbers over the years. Paradise Plumbers were the best! The scheduler was friendly and accommodating, especially as I made my request on a Friday night for Saturday morning.
Henry was right on time. His assessment of my drainage problem was thorough & his explanation to me was clear & detailed. The estimate seemed appropriate based on the work & time required. Throughout the job he was very neat & respectful of my house.
He left the job site immaculate. Though he made a suggestion of an additional correction to the drainage system that could be done in the future, there was no pressure to do it now or even soon.
I will definitely use this company in the future & recommend them without hesitation.
