Beware if you have an over the range microwave, they don't take it down to look at it unless you pay another 300 dollar service call for a ""2 man appointment"" in addition to their 95 dollar service call. We are out 95.00 and still don't know what the issue with the microwave is. Calling another company to actually service the microwave for next week.
The worst company to go to with for wanting anything fixed. We had them come out and do a service call on our dishwasher in December, ordered the part, and they came out a week later. Well it was the wrong part which happens a month goes by and we still haven't heard from them. I called and was supposed to receive a call back. Called the next day, and they were looking for the part. They come back out in February and again it's the wrong part. We ended up going with a different company that had great reviews. They discovered that they actually broke the dishwasher on the bottom and never told us. This whole company is a scam, and I'm pretty sure they write their own Google reviews because they have 4 stars. After talking to several people they had similar issues with lack of communication, and the wrong parts, and lack of professionalism.
So rude! Spoke with a Brian and he got defensive and rude. Sighed even answering the phone after saying his name. The service tech that came out was friendly, but I will never use them again just having to deal with their office.
Very poor service and customer interaction. Tech came and said they were ordering part. After a month, told by a very rude parts manager that they don't do the work. Do not use this company.

he apparently prefers talking to men, and even had the audacity to hang up on me, his customer. Will never use them again or allow anyone from that company in my home as long as he is still there.

REFRIGERATOR NOT WORKING AGAIN AFTER THEY REPAIRED.
CAME LAST NIGHT TO SMELL HOUSE FROM VACATION
The two technicians came out to replace my whirlpools refrigerators compressor because it was not cooling on 04/14/2023. Refrigerator was now cooling, but started to make a rattling noise that could be heard all the way to my bedroom and living room. The same technicians came out on 05/05/2023 for the rattling noise. Jay was the younger guy that installed the compressor stated nothing is wrong with the compressor And there was an older man that really did not have any good bedside manner. They looked at and the older gentleman said "" Refrigerators make noises, read you owners manual"" and they could not do anything else. This made me so angry, but I kept my cool. So, they left and did NOTHING AND THAT REFRIGERATORS MAKE NOISE!!!! This is warranty work for Whirlpool. Whirlpool sent another company and stated it should not be making such a loud noise. But he did not want to work on the refrigerator after somebodies bad work. Whirlpool sent out a third company out and stated that the rattling noise is not normal. He look at the part installed stated it was NOT THE CORRECT COMPRESSOR and that they pinched one of the tubes on installation. The 3rd Company is ordering a the correct compressor, but not sure when it will come in at is a hard compressor to come by as the model refrigerator is so new. THEN WHEN WE CAME HOME LAST NIGHT FROM VACATION TO SMELLY HOUSE FROM ALL THE FOOD GOING BAD IN OUR REFRIGERATOR AND MOLD IN THE FRIDGE.
I know this warranty work, but if I was paying for this service. I probably would not have any recourse with their company. And they just need to get rid of the older TECHINICIAN, AS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED.

Kendra P.I called to inquire about the price for basic dryer maintenance. I just need the drum vacuumed, just like what you do for your furnace. I was quoted the price of $89. Which is the service call price. I verified with the receptionist that this would be the only charge, since this was maintenance and not a repair call. I was assured of the price, so I scheduled.
The technician arrived promptly, and as I knew it would performed the maintenance in about 15 minutes. ( It took him longer to calculate the bill than to do job). He prepared the ticket and gave me a total of $194.00. I was incensed, as on top of the $89 I was quoted, I was charged $105 for labor. I would not have ever agreed to the appointment if they had told me upfront of the additional labor charge for a basic maintenance call.
I left a message for the manager. It's been about 2 weeks and nothing. I can only assume that over charging is part of their business model, and reputation and good will don't matter to this business. Don't use them if there's any way around it.
This place is a joke. Came out, opened refrigerator door and said, ""bad compressor"". Okay, under warranty he said after a phone call, said 3-5 days to get part. Waited 7 and called. First guy said, Don't know when it will be here, and can't find out"". Second guy said, ""it ships three to five business days and when it ships - should be today or tomorrow""- we will call you, and oh by the way we are sorry for what that first guy said. Third guy calls me and asks why I'm fixing it anyway. Says it's crazy, but if I want the part he will order it - huh? He doesn't even have it on order? Then he proceeds to lie and yell and talk over me until I hang up. My husband calls back - same attitude and says he's the owner (Brian). Good luck! With an owner like that you'll soon be out of business. DO NOT USE!!
