DO NOT USE!!! They charge $78 to evaluate the issue. If your appliance works and then stops but is the same issue.... their service is only good for 39 days... that's right .... you have to pay another $78 for them to re evaluate THE SAME THING !!!! Scam!!

UPDATE: So we found out that this company in NOT Samsung certified, the part they replaced is an old model number and there is a new version that has been updated because of recurring issues and one of the things they ordered to be fixed when they came out wasn't even for our model dishwasher!! This company does NOT know what they are doing. My advice is to call the manufacturer of your appliance and find out who is CERTIFIED to work on them~!!

I was very disappointed when I called AAA to service the Air and Furnace in my new condo. They did not have a ladder to get up in the roof to check the air and recommended that I call the company that installed the air conditioner originally because it should be under warranty. They then charged me a $78.50 service charge. I did not have any information about the service fee when I made the appointment. I checked with the company that installed the unit originally and was told that warranties don't transfer with new owners. I called the AAA office to complain and they wouldn't do anything. I feel this was unfair. Beware!

I cannot say enough good things about AAA Appliance repair! I called about 8:30 AM today (05/02/17), and by 11:15 AM thier electrician was here, fixed the problems, and gone!

It was actually two problems that were detected. A water feature pump that was shorting out, and two defective GFI's. I would have NEVER isolated all this, much less fixed it on my own.

Jeremy was the electrician, and how smart, pleasant, and informative he is! Just a super nice guy!

AAA is now my go-to place for such things, bar none!

They have several locations, and we used the O'Fallon one.

Jeremy was very professional and thorough - explaining why my garbage disposal did not work (operator error by dropping in measuring spoon!). I have used AAA for years for various appliance malfunctions and have never been disappointed.

I ordered brand new appliances from AAA. I not only had my delivery date changed TWICE, they put off my delivery time on the actual day of delivery. The gentleman that I have been dealing with at the St Charles location was nice and accommodating in the beginning but, then became short and snappy towards the end. I feel I could have received better customer service from another company. The appliances are brand new, so there are no problems with the items just the service. I was not even given a discount for my inconvenience. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I also will find another provider for any future services or purchases.

Jeff the owner treated me like a piece of dirt under his foot when I complained about the fact his technician (lee) failed to properly repair my fridge. Lee was out two months ago, ordered parts, installed them and STILL the fridge doesn't work. When I complained Jeff (the owner) treated me like shit. He ended the conversation by hanging up on me. He doesn't care about dissatisfied customers and will not care on the world about the review. Folks use this review as you wish. I will not support this company now or in the future. I hope you will not either. Does anyone know of a REAL appliance repair center? I still need one. Peace out. Gater.

A month ago I needed to fix my shower. the faucet was leaking and it needed a new cartridge. The problem was compounded by the fact that the shut-off valve (located in the closet) was broken and it would not spin. That had to be fixed before the man could work on the leaking shower. Moral of the story, this is the estimate that I got from the AAA repairman:
- Replace main shut-off with a new regulator: $ 1,050
- Permit and inspection: $ 150
- Mexit shower cartridge: $ 199
Total cost: $ 1,399.00
Now, customer beware, that is TOTAL RIPOFF: dishonesty at its best. Why? Because the same day I called a couple of others plumbers and I got the job done in two hours at a total cost of $ 490.
Go figure.....

I can't help but think that if my appliance WAS OUT of warranty, that this company would have been happy to do whatever it took to repair it! In fact, that was not the case, and as such, after multiple attempts to repair the appliance, decided, without telling us, that they were not going to make any additional repairs. They just disappeared! It was only after a week had passed since they had been to our home, that I called to learn that they were done working on it. THEY QUIT! And when pressed as to why, they had no answer other than they didn't want to work on it any longer. No apology - no sorry for all the inconvenience - just ""crickets"". AAA Appliance gets a FFF from us.

Excellent service!! We had a great experience using this company for an electrical issue. We purchased a fixer upper home and discovered some concerning electrical issues. Jeremy came out and we were his last call of the day. This guy worked so hard, the issue was hard to find, but he checked EVERYTHING in the house until he found it. He stayed past normal business hours to ensure our home was safe. I offered for him to come out another day to finish, but he refused and said he wanted to stay and finish what he started - AWESOME! He answered our millions of questions and explained everything he was doing. I am so happy we called this company, such a great experience. I am a very picky person and generally find a reason to complain, but AAA Home Service was perfect, no complaints!! We will be having them back out to do some more work for us. I highly recommend them!!
