I had a complete clog of the sewer line in a house that I own. With water backing up into both bathtubs while also not being unable to use the toilet, time was of the essence. I called and they answered on the first ring. That alone is a godsend when you are in that sort of difficulty. Within an hour, he had scheduled a technician who was at my house within two hours from my phone call. When he got there, he immediately acted and was able to identify the clog and clear it and also made a video in a wonderful email that I was able to share with the city. Everything was clear and concise. You could not ask for better. I highly recommend this business.

We called AAA to help our mother-in-law with a drain problem. When the worker arrived, he demanded to be paid before lifting one finger. When I asked them to perform the work and then be paid upon completion, he walked off the job. Does AAA not stand behind its work?

Steve is the best drain rooter person and service person I've met. His customer service, professionalism, and experience is very commendable. He worked on a drain at my parent's house for 2 days but only charged for one day. He didn't charge extra for a Saturday or ""Show Up"" charge like must plumbers.
He also cleared a drain at my wife's dental practice and costs half of the last plumber who couldn't finish the work.
I saved his contact and will send all referrals to him. You will not be disappointed.

Over the last 9 years we've been dealing with tree roots clogging the main sewer pipe. We simply accepted that we'd have to get it cleaned out every year. The last time was a year ago and that well known company charged us several hundred to run a camera down the pipe after running a tree root cutter down there. To my eyes, about 70% of the tree roots were still in the pipe. So.... a year later, same problem... someone recommends AAA Drain Cleaning. He shows up at our place in NE Couch St in Portland ... on time ... and runs the camera before snaking it.... nearly 100% blockage..... this guy spends about an hour running that root cutter head through the pipe, in forward and reverse... until 99% of the roots were gone. He ran the camera down the pipe and showed us.... literally NO SIGN of roots in the pipe. AMAZING quality service. Really knew how to get the most out of that machine. Locally Family owned. Highly recommended!

Steve (owner) was great to work with in every way. I had a completely plugged kitchen drain with standing water. I had worked on it for a couple hours to no avail. I left him a message in the morning, he managed to fit me in the same day, arriving around 10:30am. Flat fee for the service, $125, plus any parts. He kept in touch via text messages letting me know when he was arriving. He arrived on time, covered shoes with booties to not track in dirt. He didn't mind pulling out all the cleaning supplies under my sink because I have a knee injury so I couldn't. He put them all back afterward, too, very nice. Pleasant conversation while working. He quickly found the blockage, removed and showed me, also showed me broken gasket which he replaced for $2.50. It was a small job for him and probably a lot of travel, but it was very important to me to get the drain cleaned on the same day. I had started the morning going through some internet service and getting barraged with calls and emails from various large plumbing companies telling me they couldn't come out same day anyway (even though I had put that in the search criteria). I managed to find Steve by calling Zach of Everlast Plumbing (whom I would also call back again in the event of a larger job) who was kind enough to return my call and refer me to Steve.
