Sink was backed up. I thought I was being careful and slow deposing of leftovers with the garbage disposal. I called AAA Drain Cleaning first for local location and second because of his positive reviews. He personally answered the phone, said he would try to get by that evening on his way home (I could have waited a day) and called me again to let me know his schedule. He came by at the end of his shift. Super fast, knowledgeable and reasonabley priced. I would always use AAA Drain Cleaning in the future. I'm sure I'll goof up again and put too much food down the garbage disposal and I will call them. I'm glad I did.

First time using AAA Drain Cleaning and my experience was like that other reviewers. He was on time (on a rainy Friday afternoon) - I was late. On his own initiative, he found the problem drain pipe, excavated around the pipe break and was cleaning and was scoping the pipe by the time I arrived.
He was pleasant, professional, gave good information, and demonstrated what he was doing. Occasionally (not often enough!), I have the experience of working with a service provider who does a good job well. Steve was one of those experiences. I will definitely call again if necessary.

These guys were AWESOME. Steve answered my call immediately and even came out the same day to unclog a shower drain at one of our rental properties. They were on-time and courteous. After they unclogged the drain they went under the house to check everything. Unfortunately they found a leak, but then again, if they didn't go under the house, we may have never known about it. Great company. I WILL use them again and will recommend them.

Had a clogged kitchen sink, which backed into the dishwasher, and also prevented our washing machine from draining...but did allow the water to spray everywhere into our laundry room. So, we had no clean clothes and no dishes and no kitchen sink. YAY!! We had no money to spare for such an emergency as we are paycheck to paycheck. Fortunately, my mother-in-law was able to help. She said to call Roto Rooter....I wanted to see if I can find a local company. I found AAA Drain Cleaning. Since I was taking the day off from work to deal with our lack of clean clothes (did not want to go to work stinky and dirty...not professional). Got a hold and Steve and filled him in. Immediately, he knew what was going on and knew what to do. I asked if it was possible to come out today as it was already past 3:30pm. I let him know that we were in the Rockwood area. He said that it was no problem and that they were already in the Rockwood area and that they should be here in about 9 minutes. Approximately, 9 minutes later, he and an assistant (did not get his name) were here. They were very friendly and very confident that they could fix this. The assistant went up on the roof...thank God he did not fall through...and, within minutes, the clog was clear. The clog was nearly at the end of his 50' line. The quote of $125 was exactly what the price was. Super happy with the results and am super happy with the AAA Drain Cleaning. I highly highly recommend them.
Word of advice from Steve...I am paraphrasing here...IF YOU USE YOUR GARBAGE DISPOSAL EVERYDAY.....STOP IT!! Most do not use the high end disposals which grind things up very fine, so he bets dollar to donuts that the disposal is the cause of the problem as it does not typically grind things up finely but large enough to collect and become a solid mass that will clog the drain up pretty good.

Our downspouts began overflowing very badly during a recent rain deluge. Every corner of the house had flooding around the downspout drains that run under the property and off to the storm drains down the street...but nothing was running anywhere. Water was shooting up 18"" out of the drains.
Steve answered my call even though he was obviously on a job. He made an appointment for a week later, as the rain had filled up his schedule. The next day I got a call from Steve. He was finishing up a job close by and wondered if he could come work on our drainage since he was so near to our home.
Twenty minutes later, they were working the problem. A couple hours later, he'd found the issue. Two feet behind our property line was a clog that turned out to be a broken pipe that had been invaded by solid roots. We cut that pipe and water drained like a river.
The next day, the hard work already done, I ran to Home Depot, bought a couple of ferncos and 10"" of pipe. It was a ten minute fix after Steve had spent hours finding it.
I couldn't be more complimentary of Steve and his son....great people, hard-working, and he stayed on his price...even though I'm sure it took longer than he estimated. These guys are good.

I found AAA drain cleaning on craigslist, was a little uncertain as I did not take time to review them prior to hiring them. Steve, the owner of the father-son team was very nice on the phone taking my call despite the fact I could tell he was in the middle of a job. We scheduled a time several days later and he was very prompt arriving 30 seconds prior to our 8:30 meeting time.
Their work was excellent, great communication, kind, clean, thorough and very affordable especially when I compared prices to other people who are posting.
Highly recommended, 5+ stars, no reservations, thank you AAA Drain Cleaning!!!
