I called on a Thursday when my water heater went out. They scheduled a tech to go out to my house the following day. They gave me a quote for a new water heater and installation and had it installed the same day customer service by the tech was great.

I used AAA city Plumbing to repair a faulty shower on/off valve. Waide and Joe who was in training took care of the situation in a timely manner. My Shower on/off valve work great. It was a little on the pricey side for the work done but I was pleased with the service. I would recommend there service. Thanks Waide and Joe.

We had AAA City Plumbing Inc come out for some simple plumbing needs. We had two other companies come out and AAA City Plumbing was $983 higher than our highest quote. This job included resetting a toilet and replacing a cracked T fitting in our cross base. The work took one hour. The total repair ended up costing $285 and that was with an added service not mentioned to AAA City Plumbing. Stay away

I contacted AAA Plumbing because my AC company found a rusted out drain line under my house and it was causing my crawl space to stay flooded. The AC company took pictures and showed me the leak. This company came to my home and informed me that they found it and it would be $650 to repair. I told them to fix it. The plumber spent 30 to 45 minutes under the house and was done. I gladly paid the $650 because I thought the repair was done! I went to work and returned home 6 hours later only to find my crawlspace flooded again. The same problem! I contacted AAA, in which I was informed that they were closed and the work done 6 hours ago had nothing to do with my flooding. They sent the after hours technician around 5:30 pm and he refused to even look under the house and repair the problem. His first comments to me were """"We want to go home to our families"""" and """"I want to get paid."""" The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! The after hours guy was super rude and obnoxious! He got in his truck and left, leaving my crawlspace flooded and water continuing to flow from the Real Leak. Some guy contacted me claiming to be the owner, apologizing for his technicians behavior. He claimed he would have a truck at my home, the first thing in the morning. The same guy from the original """"REPAIR"""" went under the home and said it would be another $7500 to fix the """"Original Leak."""" I contacted their office for financial information, but my wife said to get a second quote, in which I did! The second company comes and goes straight to the leak and repairs it. If you can avoid it, PLEASE DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY! It is a MONEY PIT looking to take your hard earned cash! Full Spectrum Plumbing Services (803) 366-1200 did the second repair! They were courteous, on time and reasonably priced! they actually fixed what they were called for! AAA Plumbing is the worst company in Rock Hill! Their customer service is horrific and pray you don't get the guy that """"Wants to get paid"""" and """"Wants to go home to his family!"""" I got taken to the bank for $650 by AAA Plumbing! I had a water leak, a 3/4 inch nipple had rusted through. I oked them to go ahead and change the gate valve with a ball valve. Good was quality work in less than an hour. The price for one hour of work and 30 dollars in parts. 469 dollars. VERY expensive in my opinion. If you don't mind overpaying great company to call. I will not use them again.

We called at 9:30 am for service on Saturday June 1st. They kept calling to let us know the service tech was running late. He didn't show up until 10:30pm. That's 13 hours later. He said he was really tired and asked if he could just cap the leak off and call it good. Five minutes later he was done and charged me $200.00. He also gave me an estimate to re-plumb my entire home due to faulty fittings. He quoted me $9,100.00. Thank fully I got a second opinion. The job is done at $5,600.00. This vendor needs to learn about customer service and fair pricing practices. Good luck to you if you need a plumber!

Nobody shows up. You have to call them to find out why you're standing there waiting. If you want to make an appointment, work your whole family's morning around the probability of having no water until your leak is repaired and end up getting totally blown off on your only day off work you can be there to meet a plumber, enjoy that. Won't call again even if I wake up swimming. What kind of business can't maintain a schedule and make phone calls if there are changes? Normally not one that survives. Edit: (If 'constant contact' means that no one shows up and I CALL YOU at 9:38 and 10:11 about a 9a appointment, then sure.) I also work in service, but I show up, or I make my new arrangements AFTER standing appointments.

I made my appointment about a week in advance, then, two days before, I had to adjust the appointment day. They were very accommodating and rescheduled for my next available time. The day of the appointment, I was called around 8:15 to confirm that a technician would arrive between 9 and 10 am. Frank arrived in the promised window of time. I explained briefly, that I'd like to create a half bath in an existing closet. Within minutes, Frank took all of the current plumbing into consideration and was able to quote the project. Luckily, the closet is in a very central location and neighbors and kitchen and master bath. My parents have used AAA City Plumbing several times, so I know they do great work. I will still do a little research and estimate gathering prior to selecting a contractor, but overall, pleased with the initial experience.
