I call Ben every time I need to get the back-flow test (Once a year) I manage several properties and they have been helping me out with all of them for almost 5 years now . Their system is super easy to use to book online, they are always on time and they are quick and efficient. Ben is super nice and very professional. I would not go with any other testing companies. And their prices is totally aligned with the market.

My backflow preventer was leaking, and a plumber told me it was going to be $1800 to replace the entire unit. I decided to call an expert and reached out to AAA. John answered immediately and offered to come out and repair it, but mentioned that based on my description of the problem I could probably just do it myself so he wouldn't have to charge me. He spent time on the phone with me walking through the fix, and 10 minutes later my problem was solved using a wrench and a screwdriver--without even needing any new parts!

A business that wants to save you money and doesn't simply charge you as much as they can is so rare -- it takes real integrity. Needless to say I will be calling John when I need to have my annual test performed, and highly suggest you do the same! Thanks again John!

My former testing company stopped doing testing; I had used them only because they were contracted through the sprinkler system after installation a few years ago, so off I had to go to the city website to find a new one - weeding through company names, locations, etc. - no substantive information for making a choice. It was great fortune (and perhaps an obviously clever company naming choice) that AAA Backflow was in the batch of the first few companies I looked up here on Yelp, and the reviews clearly pushed me in their favor. Even though I couldn't connect directly with John when I called, their online scheduling process was seamless and I was able to schedule to my convenience. Ben who came for the service call was spot on-time, courteous, clearly knowledgable, pleasant, friendly, familiar with my monitoring company and service, fast, efficient...I could go on and on, but I think enough said. Can't recommend highly enough; have suggested to my former service they should refer their customers directly. They likely won't, but I sure would.

This is an excellent vendor for completing the annual SF mandated backflow testing. I have been using AAA since my building was new (8 years) and they are prompt and efficient and easy to work with.
