SFPUC requires annual backflow testing at our home. Bob and Kelly at AAA Backflow are professional, show up on time and get the job done. I book appointments using AAA's online calendar, which is very easy to use. Each year I get a reminder e-mail from AAA when it's time to make an appointment. The results are submitted to the city right away. Great service.

AAA Testing. This expenditure is an excuse for water dept to squeeze dollars excessively for customers. But if we're back into a corner and have to pay, Bob Stalling is a guy i can trust and would call him again. He has done my backflow test for 3 years and we're happy with his service.

Bob was very helpful over the phone and he came by in person to follow up. When it comes to getting Backflow information and requirements, Bob is a wealth of knowledge. Other testers might not show up on time or at all but Bob is on top of his game.

If you don't know what backflow testing is and really just want to deal with that letter you got from the city as quickly and easily as possible with a minimum of hassle, you really should just call AAA Backflow Testing. Bob returns calls, responds to emails, will give you an invoice over email and will show up on time. I called multiple places listed on the dept. of health's website and wasn't called back by any of them. Then I called AAA Backflow Testing, got a call back, exchanged emails, and the next day the test was done. It really couldn't have been easier, that's why everyone including me is giving 5 stars.

Bob was very flexible with scheduling my back flow test. He was prompt and was also very efficient with his time (and mine). He filed all the necessary paperwork for me and sent me a copy via e-mail. The guy is quite knowledgeable and even offered advice on an unrelated problem I had which proved very helpful.

I 100% recommend AAA Backflow Testing. I called Bob on a Thursday afternoon, and he was able to come out the same day. He's a nice guy and walked me through what exactly ""backflow testing"" was, since I had no idea. He ended up explaining to me all about my plumbing and radiant heating system, gave me contact info for folks at the San Francisco Water Quality Bureau to get my contact info updated. All-in-all, he went well above and beyond the call of duty. A great experience.
