I saw the truck driver R-398 driving on 290 and they cut off multiple cars and were driving recklessly and almost hit a car. Maybe don't have aggressive drivers on your staff? Be more careful. You almost cost a family their lives.

AAA Auger worked on the plumbing in the unit next door to mine, and eliminated water pressure in all the other units (three). Kitchen sink water dribbles out, and toilet tanks do not fill.

At the time the incident happened, I approached the plumber doing the repair. He literally ignored me and walked away, talking in his phone.

In summation, AAA Auger ruined the plumbing in our building, and refused to acknowledge the damage they did. I'm sure the one neighbor's plumbing works great now...

The gentleman that showed up to service our water heater were extremely friendly and they are flexible with scheduling however this is the second time I have dealt with Andrea in the office. Both times she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She actually said "I don't think you heard me" and repeated herself rudely when I heard her perfectly fine lol, she was not hearing what I was saying. I reported it to my property management company as well since they seem to use AAA frequently.

Wayne and Juan were absolutely amazing. They came and dug out a broken main pipe from my house that was flooding our front yard. They were efficient and took the time to do it correctly, where apparently the last people that fixed it did a half ass job.
I would recommend them to anyone! They were super professional and personable! Definitely call them the next time your in need of plumbing services!

I woke up this morning to seeing my sprinkler system running in my backyard. Realized I needed to turn off the water to the system since the sprinkler system itself was already off. I called my trusted AAA Auger to ask for help in shutting off the water. Chris said he could send someone or walk me through it. Chris was amazing at explaining what the shut off valve looked like and how to turn it off. I was able to stop the water myself. I've used AAAAuger in the past for my plumbing needs and have always been happy with their service and prices. This is just one more reason to love this business!
