My son had a problem on his bathroom sink. This guy spent about 20 minutes from the time he got here to the time he left our household. 9 minutes trying to fix the problem and approximately another 10 minutes in his truck. He charged us $348.00, When I asked the guy why so much??? His come back was that the gas is more expensive, that food is more expensive, that everything is more expensive!!!!! YES! So, if my math is good $34.80 per minute approximately, working on the sink!!! Stupidly, I didn't check other places before calling this company. I feel this guy/company charged me that much, because of the place where we live, NOT for the problem with my sink. After this man left our house, I went to check online, called 3 different places, one charges for the same service $99.00...a different place $75.00 plus $39.00 for diagnostic. So, YES!! It was a stupid mistake to NOT check other companies before making the call. So please DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE!!!

Excellent customer service, super responsive! I called with a non-emergency, expecting to be scheduled for an estimate several days later, but was delighted that they said they would try to put me on schedule for same day, and that they'd call me back within a few hours either way. Well I got a call back 20 minutes later that they had availability and a technician was en route!
Wendell was the plumber, he was friendly and professional, and was able to fix my issue within 10 minutes! Imagine, and I had been expecting to wait at least a week!! I highly recommend AAA Auger, and will use this company again!!

We needed a small plumbing repair...just the pipe behind the dishwasher cut off and capped. The new dishwasher could not be installed with the pipe in the way. The dishwasher installer told us it should cost around $75 to $150 max.

These people came out and gave an estimate of $683.00.

We ultimately got it done for $80.00.

If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I called today. This morning. To see if someone can come over and have a look. I had a leak coming from the sink.
Over the phone. The fella was very nice and professional.
He assured me someone will be there in 3 hours

20 min after. Israel the plumber contact me to say he is on his way , so way early then we expected. Perfect

Then he arrived. Honestly. I expected him to say this and this and this and ripped me off.

But no. He didn't. He look. Hi tight it up simple. Explain me the issue. And didn't charge me anything because it was a minor issue.


I can assure you guys. This is an act of honest business. I will save them and recommended them to everyone.


Well done. This is how you do business. With been honest.

Had a leak in our shower and they were able to come out within an hour's time. It was simply a faulty connector from the shower sprayer to the wall, making it appear as if the leak was coming from the ceiling. There was no charge for the visit, which we can repair with a new connector from Lowe's. Thank you AAA Auger Plumbing and especially the technician, David! You are awesome!!
