Excellent customer experience. Above and beyond to get the job done. I normally don't write reviews but Khan's service impressed me. If you're looking for a plumber who is knowledgeable, efficient and affordable look no further. My appointment was scheduled between 1-2pm he called me at 11am and asked if he could come early. Who doesn't want to resolve your plumbing issues ASAP. Thank you for AMAZING SERVICE and seeing the job through. Saved his number for future plumbing issues.

Awesome service. We had a clog in our pipes that was impacting all of our toilets and showers, and of course it happened on a weekend. First place we called could come out in three days. Luckily, our next call was to AAA Affordable Plumbing who indicated they would be out within two hours. We then received an updated call indicating Eddie would be arriving. He arrived within 90 minutes from our original phone call! He had to snake from the roof a couple of times, and problem was fixed. Didn't leave until we were comfortable that everything was draining properly. Amazing service. AAA has all my future business. Highly recommend!

Rock stars. I broke a pipe in front yard trying to put cap to stop leaky sprinkler system that wouldn't shut off. Net result, I broke pipe to main water supply as it was a 50-year-old corroded pipe. No water to main house.

He showed up hour after i called. He put in new valves so have separate valve going to the sprinklers and one for the main house. Much better. Total cost $450 which for the service and timeliness of it is about right. Super nice guy. Service is fantastic and you get what you pay for.

The pipe near the water pressure regulator on the outside of our house was slowly leaking water. I got several recommendations from my coworker for a great plumbing company. I chose AAA Plumbing because I read the Impressive 5 stars Yelp reviews ----- more than 700 reviews! I called them immediately and Khan answered the phone. He is exactly what I expected -- honest, competent and considerate. Needless to say I am very happy with Khan's work. There is no more leaks. One more thing, now the water pressure from the faucets in the house is perfect. Thank you Khan!

Khan was very communicative in scheduling our appointment and providing flexible times. He sent me a notification prior to his arrival. When my water heater broke I reached out to 10 of the top rated/recommended plumbers on yelp and only 3 responded! Of the 3, Khan took the time to answer MANY of my questions and provided photos of the work that he did in my development which was reassuring.
Fortunately Kahn was able to fix my water heater the very next day! He and his crew arrived early and got the job done faster than expected. He was also able to fix my toilet and only charged me for the part!

The good: they came out within two hours of my call to them, even though the call wasn't an emergency.

The bad: they charge a ridiculously high fee just to show up, that is inconsistent with other plumbers in the area. They were at my house for under 8 mins and charged $79.. and 4 days later I have the same problem. Oh, and you think you can use the $25 off service coupon on their website? Think again. It only works if you spend more than $79. I should have kept calling around to someone who would actually fix the problem, and charge me for a real service performed. Additionally, I asked how to pay and they told me check... But from other reviews, it sounds like they take credit card?

What a huge waste of money and now I STILL have to call another plumber to solve the actual problem. I feel incredibly taken advantage of.

Loved the service. My tenant complains that there was no hot water and I returned and notice that the pipe was leaking and a lot of the heater was rusted. I scrambled on Yelp to find help. AAA replied with a phone number and said text him about the situation. This is my preferred way of contact as well, a phone call can be easily be miscommunicated and I would feel forced to agree to service/appointment. Neither happened. After a few exchanges of text and pictures, we both agree that the heater needs replacing. Asked for a quote, and how to verify whether I am still under warranty, AAA generously provides the information in helping me make the best of decisions even when it might not result in business for them. Anyhow, I find out that I am out of warranty so I scheduled the replacement. They came and I asked if they needed help as my house is a mess, he politely said I don't need to worry and should just relax in the house. Within the hour, he told me it's all done! I took a bath in celebration afterward, but find the water not hot enough. I texted him about it, and immediately received instruction on how to make the water hotter. Excellent after-sale service! 10/10 recommend and would use again.

We needed a plumber ASAP when I realized water was flooding into our garage when we used the shower. I checked out the reviews on Yelp and AAA Affordable Plumbing had an overwhelming number of great reviews. Khan with AAA Affordable Plumbing came to our rescue! I called first thing in the morning and he was able to accommodate our needs with an appointment by the afternoon.

He had to come back to install a sewer cleanout access outside our home. I messaged him to schedule the appointment and he responded promptly. On the day of our appointment, he arrived on time and finished the job even earlier than anticipated. He was personable, punctual, honest, and explained everything he was doing.

We highly recommend AAA Affordable Plumbing and plan to use them in the future for any of our plumbing/water heater needs!

Had to create an account to write a positive review for Khan & his crew - Water heater leaked & we needed help ASAP. AAA Plumbing came in with full force early in the morning to remove & replace our Water heater right away. Can't imagine a more efficient & prompt process; combined with a great personality. If I have any future plumbing issues, for sure they will be the company I call.
