A group of kind and experienced people!
I called them on Saturday asking for help to fix a leaky sewage pipe in the crawl space.
Sent a couple of photos and made appointment the next morning.
There they are the next day, pipes cut, new joint installed within half an hour. I can use my rest room again in another hour!
They even helped me to fixed a leaky outdoor sprinkle pipe along the way.

I'm happy to say they are my prime choice for my plumbing problems now!

Like so many others who wrote reviews here on Yelp, I had a great experience with Mr. Kahn and his helper Leo.
I woke up on a Saturday morning to find that a sewer vent was running over. I found Mr. Kahn's number on Yelp and gave him a call. He said he had another appointment near me but had a little time to spare and would stop by in 15 minutes to see if there was something he could do quickly. He showed up on time and immediately got to work. In about 30 minutes the clog had been cleared and they packed up their equipment.
Both men were polite and explained what they were doing and what outcome they expected. Mr. Kahn explained what he thought was causing the clog and what they would do if the snake was not able to clear it. Luckily they didn't have to go to the backup plan. I had expected a higher price because of the weekend work but the cost was reasonable. It doesn't get much better than this!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! My tub, toilet, and garage sinks clogged up. I found Mr. Khan here on Yelp, messaged him for a quote, and he got back to me in about 15 minutes (This was on a Wednesday night). He messaged he could probably come Saturday or Sunday, and I asked if he could come sooner. He did. He promised to come Thursday afternoon, but he actually managed to get here 3-4 hours earlier (perfect for me because I wanted this dealt with sooner than later). Even with the initial wait time, he called me back and told me what to do to temporarily allow me to use my tub and toilet overnight. When he and his partner go here, they proceeded to run their ""snake"" through my sewer line. Sure enough, it was roots coming through the joints clogging my line. He then offered to just run his camera through the line, free of charge, just to show me what was the underlying problem (This is usually a $70-80 job to use the camera, but he did it free). He showed what the overall problem was, what to watch for in the next few months, and offered me an estimate for that future solution. He explained his philosophy to me: He didn't want to sell me a more expensive solution when a less expensive one would do, and he gave me the information to make a smarter decision on how to proceed in the future. It was a $175 job but he gave me the $25 discount mentioned here on the Yelp site. So glad I found him on Yelp. Five stars!

My water heater went out last night. Called Khan, as I completely trust not only his expertise, but his honesty. He and his team came out today. They had the job done in a couple of hours. I've got hot water again! Thank you Khan! You and your staff deserve 10 stars if it was possible on Yelp! Great customer service!

I glad I called Khan this Sunday morning. He is very professional and get things done. There is a blockage somewhere in my draine where my toilets and bathtub gushing out water. I was so horrified and Khan return my call after I left him a message. He gave me a fair price and promise to get it fixed. Khan and his team were very prompt, they run the snake machine and fix it within 20 minutes. He explain what had clog my drain. All I can say is Excellent...I will recommend him to everyone I know.

Called these guys because of their Yelp rating. Had an appointment that worked for me. The time window comes and goes, no plumber. Call the guys they cant find any record of me calling, but a few minutes later say the guy gave me a later window of time and will be at my home even later than that. I got things to do too. What is my time worth to them? Evidently nothing. I'll call someone else.

Gotta give Khan credit. He was very apologetic. He even came to my house to talk about the mix up. VERY COOL MOVE, but in the end once the genie is out of the bottle you can't put him back in. I wish he and his company well, just not with my business

Most flawless service that we have seen in Fremont so far. We called because of issues in the pipes, and how it was broken. Because we have had experience prior to this incident with AAA, we called them. This was at 8 in the morning. Just at 11:30, we got a call from Khan saying that they would be right there. Khan and his assistant (I don't know his name), worked diligently and with an amazing work attitude. They got right to the task, and focused on fixing the problems. Before we had people that helped us fixed problems in our house, but they usually went out for about four hours to get supplies, and came back usually quite late. Khan and his assistant came prepared. You can see in the way how they handle their job, that they don't just do it for money, they do it to help people who are in need for a quick fix. His price is for some reason, unusually sensible, and doesn't overcharge like many Plumbing companies do. Khan is our immediate call when we have plumbing problems. He gives you tips, and shows that AAA cares for you.

Awesome experience with Mr. Khan and Leo! We noticed on a Saturday morning that we had terrible water leaks in our water main. We quickly called a few plumbing companies but none of them worked on weekends. We then called AAA Affordable Plumbing and they quickly arranged an appointment with us on Sunday. Mr. Khan and Leo came to our home Sunday morning. They carefully examined the leaks and let us know a few ways to fix the problem, the pros and cons of each way and the corresponding cost estimate. They didn't push us to go with a certain way like other plumbers usually do but let us decide which way we would like to go with. Once we made up our decision, they also offered a reasonable price for the work. They then came again on Monday and finished all the work, which was 90 feet water main replacement, in just one day! After they finished the work, our yard looked just the same clean as before, no sand, no roots, no debris, I didn't need to clean up anything afterwards, i really loved it! I remember that was a very hot summer day, and they were all sweaty when doing the work under the sun, and they didn't ask for any water or borrow the bathroom. I would definitely recommend AAA Affordable Plumbing to my friends!
