There's a saying that the two certain things in life are death and taxes. Plumbing issues should be added to that list. Two years ago I had a plumbing issue and used Khan, and recently some other faucet leaked and thus I called Khan again. Both times he answered my voicemails and texts very quickly, came as soon as he could, and did a fantastic job. He's professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommended.

Khan and his guys do exactly what a good plumber should do... they are experts in plumbing and do nice work. No nonsense, no guessing games. They came out as agreed, looked at the problem I had with my tank, gave me a fair quote, and then came the next day to replace it. This was a tough job since the tank needed to be put in a hot attic, and the old tank had to be wrestled out of the way. They did great, and didn't make it an all-day dirty project. They knew what they were doing, had the right parts and right tools, and just got it done.

Khan is a great plumber but has trouble with time management. Two people I have recommended him to said that not only did he not show up when scheduled, he did not even call to say that he was running late or needed to reschedule. In one case, my friend called him twice and was twice given an apology and a new time, and he still did not show up or call. Once he does arrive, he is very knowledgable and does a great job.

Khan and his apprentice Leo came out to our home located in Newark yesterday to complete a tough new faucet install. This had started as a DIY project but we soon realized old bolts and new high end faucets really require a professional install. Nice guys, great price, great work, fast and reliable. I've been fortunate enough to utilize Khan's plumbing services on three separate occasions over the past 5-7 years or so. Luckily, none of the plumbing issues I've experienced were very serious, but all of them were a hassle (clogged pipes, busted toilets, etc.) and all happened at extremely inconvenient times like Sundays or on national holidays. Every single time, without fail, Khan has proven himself to be the most responsive, totally reliable, and very reasonably priced. He is also an extremely friendly, personable guy and offers excellent customer service. Highly recommended! I can't believe I haven't posted a review for him yet. My bad, Khan - here is my review as promised this morning after we chatted about Ramadan and you fixed my toilet. :)
