Do not use this company, they completely screwed us over. Sold us a cheap garbage disposal after paying extra for the "top of the line" . It broke after a year. Extremely rude customer service on the phone and the plumbers. There's so much more but too much to explain here. There are better companies in SA, any company would be better than this one

I had a broken sink and tub shower handle in my guest bathroom. They charged $19.99 for an estimate. They provided three different option/ estimates after looking at everything in the house but the water heater. They were disappointed that the water heater was barried in the garage behind storage, and said it probably wasn't to code. The first estimate was for $4,286.01, the second was for $1,410.06, and the third was for $694.63. We decided to go to home depot and follow Stanley's Plumbing Homeowner's Guide, and fix it ourselves. The really sad part was that we told them we were on a very fixed budget because of the Covid-19 Pandemic. They talked about other repairs that could wait, yet did not tell us what needed to be replaced for our shower/bathroom. We spent $11.23 on the part at home depot. I had the opportunity to follow up with the owner, who was very receptive to making adjustments and appreciated the feedback. He takes pride in his performance and works hard to meet his customers needs. It's a difficult time with many adjustments during the Covid Pandemic, and I feel confident that he will evaluate customers feedback to improve his performance and customer service.

ABSOLUTELY the BEST plumbing company in our area (IMHO)!

Four years ago, they replaced and upgraded my water heater.

I hired a company that asked me for white bread ( Mrs Beards) to help stop the leak...SMH.

HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS LATER, when the meter was replaced, my back spicket leak, turned into a blazing waterfalls!

One of my neighbors turned me in to the water company! Not knowing I was already in contact with them! Attempting to rectify the problem!

A&A not only took care of my issue AGAIN, but they CARED! TOOK CARE OF ME, and even sent me flowers, because of my health issues!

Who does that now a days??? THEY DO!

I came home to a water heater leak and wanted to make sure I got the right company to take care of the issue. Justin and his teammate came out early and gave me great options. These guys are all about the customer! I had a new water heater installed in under 2 hours!

I was really upset when I was made a fool in front of the whole neighborhood. The whole front yard was flooded n midst like the swamp... I also think it killed my kitten because I haven't see him in a few days but I hear him meowing... it's a really sad situation to be honest

They have a great team and system going. I appreciate the texts they sent with instructions for covid procedures and I always appreciate it when they send a photo of the technician so I know who to expect. I ended up not having a plumbing issue and they actually lead me towards the right direction. Great going y'all! Thanks for your excellent service

Called A&A and they were able to get a plumber out the same day. Service calls are $19.99 Mon-Fri during working hours (I think it's more on nights and weekends) and they are excellent about communication, they send you a text and email with the photo of the plumber who is set up to come to your house.

During these strange COVID times, they were great about screening homes and emphasized the use of protective equipment (including masks and shoe covers) which was a nice addition.

They also take pictures of the issue and their work. I've been so impressed with the communication, I'm sticking with them. I've been looking for a plumber in SA for a long time and I'm glad I finally found them.
