I called A&A because they have a high rating on Yelp. I stated that I needed someone to do a simple solder on a very small pipe. They sent two people out and I showed them the small area with a small water leak. He said the had to use his ipad to find out how much it cost. Then he said it would be over $300.00!!!!!! It was only like a five minute job and he wanted so much money.

These guys are professional and courteous. The work they did for me (replaced a small piece of leaking copper pipe) was satisfactory. The only problem I have with them is the price. When they told me it would cost just under $400 for a job that took less than an hour and required very little materials, I couldn't help but feel like I was overcharged. I think the problem may be that they use "flat-rate menu pricing" instead of actually considering the amount of work and materials needed for a particular job. That may be beneficial to the customer in some cases, but in mine, I ended up feeling overcharged.

I will likely use them again, but if I get the same overcharged feeling next time, I will likely resume my search for a plumbing company I'd want to have on speed-dial.

Only had to wait two days for an appointment. They called the day of to confirm and again 30 minutes before they were to arrive. They also sent a picture and bio of the plumber that would be coming...David. He arrived in uniform with name tag and shoe covers. He was very polite, knowledgeable, capable and professional. Got the work done quickly and I didn't feel that the price was too bad especially after the military discount! Would recommend this company/David, and will use them again.

Very pleased with A&A Plumbing and David E. We needed a plumber for work with our kitchen remodel. David E came out and got the job done in a timely manner. He was very informative and professional. He explained everything and was very friendly. The prices were reasonable and they offer a military discount. Definitely will use them for all my future plumbing needs in the future. I chose A&A Plumbing based on their 5 * rating on Yelp. They performed above and beyond my expectations. Ryan showed up as scheduled with my 30 minute advance notification. I appreciate A&A's practice of sending a photo and bio before dispatching their plumber. Ryan quickly identified the core issue of many of the problems as my dead water softener pushing media into the water lines. He discussed my options and his proposed solutions. I believe the quote of all the work to be done was quite fair.
I will use them for all my future plumbing needs and have talked them up to friends. Absolute top notch service!

Randy & Ryan came to the rescue!

I tried to change the cartridge in my tub faucet and did well until I couldn't get out the cartridge.

He said "wow" and got to work.

They did a great job-fast, professional & friendly. If I could give 10 stars I wouldn't hesitate to do so.

First of all, they were here when promised! I loved that they send you a bio of who is coming over prior to their arrival and called ahead of time! Secondly, Ryan was awesome! He gave me options of how I wanted to proceed with the needed repair of my toilet! They (Ryan and his assistant, David) allowed me to choose the best option for my budget with full disclosure of what each option would cost and how long it should last! They did the needed repair very quickly, wore shoe covers, were neat, very friendly and provided DISCOUNTS!! YEAH for discounts! I did not have a plumber prior to this experience, so I looked here on Yelp! Due to the great ratings, I decided to try A&A Plumbing...guess what...they are my new GO-TO plumber! Will ONLY use them from now on! Great customer service at a very fair price!!

David and Matt saved the day!!!!! There was a leak at my parents home in San Antonio and no water in the home. A plumber was called out to fix it. LONG story made VERY short, I ended up "firing" that plumber and called A & A Plumbing. From the moment Kerry (Customer Service Rep) answered the phone and I explained the situation I was immediately relieved. A & A was EXCELLENT at communicating with when they were coming out and followed through with exactly what they said! So happy that I choose A & A Plumbing, they literally saved the day!

My dad called them to their house this morning. Last night we noticed a leak in the pipe at the front of my parents' house. Based on the good reviews on yelp, I told my dad to call this company. They didn't disappoint. They said they would be out within 1 1/2 to 2 hours. They arrived as expected. They quickly fixed the issue as well as a water pressure issue that my parents have been having. Which they were previously told by another company that it was common in there area. We are grateful for the good work, good timing and additional fix to my parents plumbing at their house. Showed up on time, and got the job done quickly. Kyle fixed the high pressure value and leak that was turning our yard into a muddy mess. Saved us over a holiday weekend. Would definitely use them again!
