It's Friday night, I've had a long day at work and was getting ready to meet up with some friends for drinks. My kitchen sink had been intermittently draining slowly the last couple days but I didn't think much of it. As I was getting ready to leave I hear the sound of water gurgling as my neighbor ran her disposal. I ran over to the sink only to see the water backed up nearly to the top.

At this point I knew it was an emergency and I needed professional help. I happened to find A&A in Yelp and they did not disappoint. Within 45 mins Alex had the drain apart and had cleared the clog. He also offered a synopsis of what the issue was and what the next steps are if it were to clog again.

I was impressed by the responsiveness, promptness and value offered by this company. If you need a plumber and you're in a bind, A&A is the team to call!!

Just had my first experience with a slab leak and Alex G./A&A helped to make it not as bad as I thought it was going to be! Discovered the leak after 9pm and Alex responded to my yelp query within an hour! He came out the next morning and explained everything as he located the leak (free of charge) and quoted us a fair price to get it fixed same day! I had been so stressed the night before and couldn't believe it was already fixed! His team even tightened/replaced some other drippy and loose nozzles in our laundry and upstairs shower while waiting for him to run out to buy our repair supplies. Thank you, A&A!

I needed this main water valve done same day ASAP and Alex came thru in less than 30 min! Not only did he switch out the water valve he always switch out the regulator since he was going to be doing the repair. Price was very reasonable & not over price like other companies! After we agrreed on a price, they were able to send someone out Easter Sunday to replace a union joint in a gas line in garage ceiling. The technician had a difficult time getting it to loosen up but he was very persistent and finally got it undone. He had to go to home depot to get the correct size replacement piece but shortly after that he had it repaired and tested. I appreciate everything he did to fix the problem.

After I talked to the plumber I told him it was for the insurance and I need the invoice with his license number now he wants to charge me more for the license number and the next day he try to charge me more than what we agreed

Alex and Ray were great! Ray came out on a Saturday evening to try to snake the clean out drain, but it was too clogged for the snake. He and Alex came back first thing the next morning to hydro jet the clog and made short work of it. They will be my go to company whenever I need other plumbing services!

We called late the Saturday before Easter when our water heater went out. They came by with an hour despite the bad weather to look at it and see if they could get the pilot going. Unfortunately, it needed to be replaced but Alex and crew showed up ON Easter Sunday as promised and replaced our water heater! We are very thankful! Will use again.
