We had an emergency with a broken shower faucet and called several places. No one picked up or they said they couldn't be here until tomorrow. Alex picked right up and said he would be here in an hour. He figured out what we needed. Even made a last minute run to Ferguson so that we could have water for the night. He got things working. He would also call me to give updates and would often give me options for certain decisions that I am confident other plumbers would just do without asking.

He answered the phone right away and came the same day. It started out great. We needed water back in our house. He did that. Where things went wrong. He did not use all copper like he said. Also when he reconnected to our landscaping line, he put it on crooked. We wanted to get to packing for our trip so we paid him and said goodbye. Got home from our trip and called to have him make it right. He said he would. Ok great I gave him an extra day. Then nothing no communication. I text him towards the end of the day, to find out he is out of town until next Tuesday. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Do not recommend.
