A&A Plumbing were 'no-shows' to provide the service they quoted for the two hour time frame they specified. They didn't advise me of this until I contacted them near the end of the time frame and indicated they wanted to reschedule for another day. I terminated the service agreement and sought another, more reliable service contractor.

Our kitchen sink in our rental was backing up, Alex was out same day to help fix our issue. He found out sump pump was broken and the pipe was dragging. He mobilized quickly, purchased parts and fixed the drain. He was extremely responsive, quick and thorough. Alex was great to work with and would definitely recommend him.

Just had our hot water heater go out and flood the garage. I called and Alex answered right away, we worked out for him to get one at Home Depot and come to Ramona to get it installed Same day with a price set. Nicholas and Carlos showed up and were very polite and got to work right away. Alex the owner came by to make sure the job was finished and done well. They are coming back tomorrow to replace our old copper pipes. Super grateful for these guys and will definitely use them for any of our plumbing needs!

Honestly would give way more stars if possible! I've had a horrible leak at my house and could never figure out how to fix it. Water bills have then through the roof! I contacted A&A and they were quick with a response and worked with my busy schedule to set up a perfect time to get it looked it at! Super kind, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Leak problem was solved and no more crazy water bills. Would highly recommend to anyone with plumbing issues, what a great experience!
