After we agrreed on a price, they were able to send someone out Easter Sunday to replace a union joint in a gas line in garage ceiling. The technician had a difficult time getting it to loosen up but he was very persistent and finally got it undone. He had to go to home depot to get the correct size replacement piece but shortly after that he had it repaired and tested. I appreciate everything he did to fix the problem.

After I talked to the plumber I told him it was for the insurance and I need the invoice with his license number now he wants to charge me more for the license number and the next day he try to charge me more than what we agreed

Alex and Ray were great! Ray came out on a Saturday evening to try to snake the clean out drain, but it was too clogged for the snake. He and Alex came back first thing the next morning to hydro jet the clog and made short work of it. They will be my go to company whenever I need other plumbing services!

We called late the Saturday before Easter when our water heater went out. They came by with an hour despite the bad weather to look at it and see if they could get the pilot going. Unfortunately, it needed to be replaced but Alex and crew showed up ON Easter Sunday as promised and replaced our water heater! We are very thankful! Will use again.

Alex showed up late smelling like alcohol, was supposed to send me a quote outlining his work assessed, but didn't. This was likely because it was going to an HOA board that would have determined he wasn't fit for the job. It also turns out his verbal diagnosis was way wrong and it would have been detrimental if I opted to do his quick cash deal offer. Beware of using this business.

I have a few issues -
1- I was told several times Alex would arrive at noon, and he came at three
2 - he came saying if I needed my pipes pressure washed, while my appointment was to change stems. He didn't even know what he was showing up for.
3 - He came smelling of alcohol and looked like he was on medication. I should have sent him away then.
4 - Once he changed the Stems, the pressure to the shower was much much less than what it was.
5 - When I mentioned the pressure was lower he got agressive and tried to bully me in my own bathroom, and also tell me my shower head was dirty and thats why.
6 - Alex took off the Shower Escutcheon on the wall and did not put them back.
7 - Alex took off the Chrome Sleeve to the handles and did not replace.
8 - Alex did not give me a receipt for the work.
9 - he left the top tile off the place where you get access to the mains open and did not clean up after himself
10 - My wife called him and I left him messages asking him to return and he did not get back to us.

On the plus side he did fix the dripping faucet.

Would Not recommend, I will have to get a someone else to bring back the shower pressure and now I will pay twice. If this is backed by a Yelp guarantee, maybe I should look into using it.

I sent out a request for quotes for a reconfiguration of my bathroom plumbing for a new vanity & sink. Alex came out the very next day at the agreed upon time, got right to work, and did a fantastic job at a price lower than others quoted by just looking at a picture. He also let me know about an additional service I might want to consider in the near future to keep my pipes cleaned up, but did not try to upsell me or cause a panic. I plan on using A&A Plumbing in the future for some additional work in my garage. Very impressed!

Alex was amazing. I went to Yelp and requested quotes for a leak under one of the units on my 4-plex in North Park. He was the most responsive and gave a fair quote.

Once hired, the issues were worse than originally thought (normal with plumbing when pipes are underground, or behind walls etc.). But he kept me appraised the entire time with photos and texts/calls. He even did a few things free of charge (not that people should expect plumbers to work for free), but Alex could tell how stressed out I was with the big expense for the project.

Alex went above and beyond every step of the way. He was great with the tenant. So much so that I not only trust him to do whatever is needed, but he's ethical and won't try to add on other ""things"" just to make more $. He is my go-to guy for the rest of my units and any other plumbing issues I need.

Christmas night, the kitchen sink clogged. Early the next day, I searched for a plumber using Yelp. I received a few quotes, some as hi as $350. A&A was one of the first to respond. They gave a fair guote and were at the house in 30 minutes. Cleared the drain using high-pressure water. The pipe running under the house had gunk from years of use. He was set up quickly, cleaned the drain, then all was fixed and finished in 20 minutes. Great team and a really friendly person who really did a great job when I really needed it. Thank you.
