My A/C goes out yesterday. I call and leave a message at 9 pm last night to this firm (found through yelp). Received not one, but two, follow-up calls by 8:30 this morning. They schedule me between 1 pm - 3 pm on the same day. I get a call at 1:45 pm that my guy is on the way!!! By now it is 87 degrees in my house. The next few days are supposed to be brutally hot. I am worried about my old dog who can't tolerate the heat and my houseguests who are arriving on Sunday.

Bryan shows up with a big smile and little booties and he gets right to work! Diagnoses my problem. Has the part right on his truck. Brings the old part in to show me exactly what was wrong, uses his meter to show me how dead my capacitor is, quotes me a reasonable price, and my A/C is now cranking!! What a delightful experience this has been from start to finish!!!

This is a wonderful family business and I am now a customer for life. You should be too!!!!

What a great company! This was my first time using AA Atlas. I am very happy with the service I received today. Brain the technician took a few seconds before getting started to introduce himself & tell me about the company & how many years it has been in business. He was very respectful, knowledgeable and worked quickly. Brian had the parts on his truck to fix the AC and had it running within an hour. I defiantly will be calling AA Atlas in the future for any of our plumbing, heat or AC needs and would highly recommend them. On a side note the office staff that I spoke to when scheduling my appointment was very pleasant and helpful with excellent customer service!

I was recently in need of A/C tech.
I have rental property and have usually taken care of everything myself, however I am not able to recharge my A/C units.
Since I hadn't used anyone in the past I wasn't sure whom to trust, so I turned to yelp for help.
Of course this happed to be one of the hottest weekends in resent memory. I was expecting to be put on a waiting list. However, much to my surprise they were able to send a guy out that afternoon.
The Techs name was Bryan. He was very professional and courteous.
If all their tech are as good as Bryan, I would highly recommend them.
The only thing that still has me puzzled is, why he would want a Studebaker Avanti?

At first I was a little put off by AA Atlas plumbing because they were 2 hours late getting to my house because Mike R was called earlier that day out to an emergency call. The company called me twice to give me updates as to when Mike would arrive at my house and they were very apologetic about him being late (no discount was offered).

Once Mike R arrived at my house I was a little on the cranky side but he was very apologetic and in the end made everything right! He was extremely professional and seems to really love his job. He took the plumbing issues we were having seriously and took the time to talk us through the problem and exactly how he was going to fix it. His quality of work is excellent! He was respectful when coming into my house using shoe covers and he didn't leave a mess after he was done repairing our plumbing. The repair took longer than estimated but Mike stuck to the estimate.

Mike was great and I know now I have a plumber I can depend on.

We've been using AA Atlas for servicing on our heating and air for some time. Also for plumbing issues. Randy performed our current annual checkup. Service was professional and thorough as always! Wouldn't look elsewhere for excellent service.

Highly recommend! They gave me a 2 hour window as to when they would arrive. Damien and Ian are super nice guys! Fixed my clogged drain and also fixed my faucet that was operating incorrectly. Will definitely call again if I run into to any future plumbing issues.

Mike was very upfront about the costs and how long everything would take, and once arrive did a great job fixing and replacing my broken shower and sink faucets/handles. They even give you a 15 minute warning before they arrive. Thanks for doing a great job guys!

We just moved in our house, were exhausted and all the toilets, tubs and showers backed up with water. Of course, this happened after 7pm on a Sunday! I called and they answered right away, discussed the problem and the cost over the phone. The nicest guy came late in the night, found the problem in the main sewer, fixed it, and the cost was no more than we discussed on the phone. Well worth it - so impressed with the kindness and professionalism and good clean work.
Can't say enough nice things. Grateful they were there.
