I just had AC installed in my house by Ian and Bryan. It was a big job and they worked efficiently for 2 days. They showed up when they said they would, communicated about what they were doing and how long it would take, and made sure to show us how to work everything when they were done. They were also very clean and thorough, not leaving any mess at all. I am thankful for my new AC!

Mike and his co worker were great they were able to put a natural gas line in to my kitchen from
My water heater. I was able to trust him with a key to my home as I was not living there he cleaned up really well after himself. He saved the drywall and put it back in place with tape so I didn't have holes until my drywall could be fixed. He was knowledgeable and fixed the repair in a short amount of time. The cost was more than I expected but worth it.

We've had AA Atlas out a couple of time for plumbing service. Recently they did a repair on an outdoor sprinkler line near the main inlet to the house. Although the repair was done properly and service was timely we had an issue with the pricing. Chris called and talked to my wife about the issue and was more then fair about the situation, she even gave us a larger refund then we expected. It's obvious Atlas is all about putting their customers first and making sure that customer service is still alive out there.

We are so pleased with our American Standard A/C System. Our townhomes built 23 years ago have a hydronic system for heating and air conditioning, which is rare today. The people at AA Atlas Plumbing Heating & Air really understand what needs to be done.

We received several estimates. As we interviewed each company we found AA Atlas to be the most knowledgable. Bryan explained the work to be done in detail. Every question I asked he answered. The estimate was not the lowest, and we went with them because we felt comfortable with a fair sized company with knowledgable staff that will do the job right and be here in the years to come when we need them.

During installation, Bryan and Ian were considerate of our home and cleaned up everything. They even finished up the area around the A/C with white rocks that matched what we have in the garden. Looks great and the A/C is so quite.

As you see we gave them 5 stars. We would highly recommend them!

We have used Atlas before and will continue using them. Bryan showed up on time and was very professional and personable. He needed to come back the next day with the parts needed to fix the heater. Showed up on time again, was very careful moving around the house. He did a great job and the cost was reasonable. Would definitely recommend Atlas!

This was my first time using AA Atlas. They really provided the 5 star service.

I happened to have a toilet clog and a thermostat issue. AA Atlas came over and fixed the both issues at a time. The technician Bryan came in on time, quickly found and cleaned the sewer pipe issue, then fixed my furnace fuse and got the power back on the thermostat quickly as well. Bryan fixed two different issues for me at a time, so I didn't have to get two companies to fix two issues. Saved me a lot of time and money. He is very knowledgeable and provided the professional service. I have to give him a 5 star rating. I'll definitely them again when I have any issues next time. They are great.

This is the second time we have used AA Atlas, once for our air conditioning and once for a plumbing leak. They were nothing but great both times! Got the job done without having any reoccurring problems, as well as thoroughly explain what's going on. Will absolutely use them in the future.

Thank you Ian-you were great!! So my AC went out in August and I called out a different company to fix it and they said that part of the air duct was detached in the attic. Long and short, their first quote to fix was $10k, second quote was $6.5, and on a 3rd visit, the quote was $5k and they told me a patch job/partial replacement could not be done because the fiberglass ducting was old and would fall apart. Also, my $5k quote was a ""Black Friday"" special and I needed to commit within a week. I declined. Got a referral from my neighbor for AA Atlas and so glad I did! Ian came out, I explained what they told me, he assessed and determined it could indeed be fixed (not full replacement) just by replacing about 7 feet of ducting. Cost was minimal and I am good to go! So glad I found this company, I will be calling them back again next time I need service. Nice to know there are some honest companies out there. Also AA Atlas' quote for total replacement was less than 1/2 of the ""Black Friday"" special offer.
