We had a leaky faucet in our front yard and Juan responded quickly and was able to come same day even though it was a Saturday. Our job needed extra piping replaced than initially thought but it was done in a few hours and professionally and safely (masks were used). When we turned our water back on, the pressure seemed low in the main house but Juan came back to check same day and increased the pressure to medium, noting that it was set to really high before and was not normal. We appreciated the extra care and attention. thank you!

I do not have good experience with this plumbing company, as contract visited the house and after the initial inspection he said your warranty company won;t approve this claim and i have to do it my self, but when i contact the warranty company they said they are still reviewing and will mostly approve it.

here A2Z contractors are trying to get work privately done which they got via warranty companies leaving warranty companies in situation.

The guys showed up on time and with masks on. Very polite and seems to know what they are doing. They offered hydro jetting to unclog the landscape pipes. The owner and the supervisor he sent are very professional.
Update:
Francisco and Jose came back today on time and did the work. They were wearing masks and looks neat. They hydro jetted the Landscape pipes and they were able to take out the big cobra size roots that' were clogging the pipes. They are very polite and did not give up until the pipes cleared up. Even though they have other appointments after ours, they were not impatient at all and just willing to solve the issues and answered all the questions we had. They also hydro jetted the backyard sump pump and did not leave until we were satisfied that the pipes were cleared.

On the positive side, Juan was very responsive and flexible in terms of schedules. He also explained to me some details of their analysis and he also sent his guys to fix some of the issues (not completely) they failed to address when I called him.

However I feel it a bit unfair to the people if I blindly give good ratings without sharing all the problems I encountered. Overall, a couple of things that can be improved:

First of all, the work could have done better in many ways
1. They did analysis and told me they would do three things: replace the t connection, check the clean the sprinklers, fix the garden control unit. But eventually they only worked on the t connection.
2. The glue was all over the place and the new valve they installed leaked for two days. (They did come again to fix after I noticed and called them)

Second, could be more honest with the price. The final cost was 2x what we originally agreed on.

Juan responded within 2 minutes of my posting a request for help on Yelp. His technician, Enrique, and his colleague was with me within 30 minutes to evaluate the work and give me a good quote (I had compared with others, so I know it was fair). They arranged to come back a couple of days later, giving me time to buy the faucet I wanted for one of the jobs. They greatly improved the routing of my pipes under the kitchen sink, and fixed the leak and drain problems I had. I was very happy with their professionalism, and the work they did. I'd definitely use A2Z again, and would recommend them.

We had a water heater leak at 10pm at night. We called this business and Juan, the owner picked up the phone. He was calm, courteous and very kind.

Juan showed up a few minutes later and looked at the problem. He found the problem, fixed it and wrapped up the work within an hour.

Very professional business - I highly recommend Juan and his team for saving what might have been a bigger issue had it not been fixed in time.

Juan and his team did a fantastic job. I called them at 7:30am with a leaking water heater. They were at my house by 8am drained and removed the old water heater installed a new one with all new plumbing, pan and straps by 10:30am. They were very clean, courteous, and honest. Great team and fast service.

I had a rough start but a great finish. I was not happy with the initial work, BUT when I reached out to the owner, he was VERY responsive and apologetic. He came out and reworked the install, and I am over the moon with the result. A clean install of a water line from my sink to my refrigerator using a braided water line under my cabinets WITH a shut-off VAVLEThis install saved me $ and is better than the crawl space install other quoted because IF there is a leak, I can see it AND shut off the water without shutting off all water to the kitchen. PRO JOB!! GREAT SAVE...
