We had a water heater leak at 10pm at night. We called this business and Juan, the owner picked up the phone. He was calm, courteous and very kind.

Juan showed up a few minutes later and looked at the problem. He found the problem, fixed it and wrapped up the work within an hour.

Very professional business - I highly recommend Juan and his team for saving what might have been a bigger issue had it not been fixed in time.

Juan and his team did a fantastic job. I called them at 7:30am with a leaking water heater. They were at my house by 8am drained and removed the old water heater installed a new one with all new plumbing, pan and straps by 10:30am. They were very clean, courteous, and honest. Great team and fast service.

I had a rough start but a great finish. I was not happy with the initial work, BUT when I reached out to the owner, he was VERY responsive and apologetic. He came out and reworked the install, and I am over the moon with the result. A clean install of a water line from my sink to my refrigerator using a braided water line under my cabinets WITH a shut-off VAVLEThis install saved me $ and is better than the crawl space install other quoted because IF there is a leak, I can see it AND shut off the water without shutting off all water to the kitchen. PRO JOB!! GREAT SAVE...

I would call Juan Rosales again in a heartbeat for all my plumbing needs. He responded very quickly and helped me with an urgent problem on a Sunday. He diagnosed the problem very quickly. Not being a plumber, I needed someone who would explain the situation clearly to me so I make a good decision on the work, and that is exactly what Juan did. He also made good suggestions, was knowledgeable and calm, and gave me an estimate of the work before starting. This is exactly the guy you want when you have a plumbing issue.

We had water leak behind a wall and were seeing water damage in the floor. Through Yelp I contacted four plumbers with good ratings. Juan from A2Z responded quickly via email and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. He showed up as promised and did an initial diagnosis of a failed pipe behind the wall. He called in a water abatement company and by mid-afternoon, we had damaged floor and walls removed and multiple fans going. Juan showed up again as promised once the fans cleared up the moisture issues, identified the problem with the pipe and had the pipe replaced the next day. I am amazed at the speed in which our problem was addressed. Communication and following through on commitments is so important - A2Z excelled at delivering as promised. My water heater went out on a Friday morning. I sent out a 'help' to all comers on Yelp and A 2 Z was one of the responding plumbers. I could not be more pleased with their service. I spoke with Juan on Saturday (!!) morning and he agreed to come by in the afternoon. He and his crew did a great job. They were efficient, easy to work with and so far, everything is working great with my new water heater. I also like that they said that they would stand behind the full six years of the manufacturer's warranty. The price was fair and what we had agreed upon; two other plumbers came out and raised their prices by $300 once they were on site. I thought that Juan had integrity, which counts a lot to me. Highly recommended!

Our utility drain was clogged and shower tub faucet cartridge needs replacement. We have parts ready, Kevin did a good job fixing everything. In the end, we had a little issue with the price the owner and I agreed on before, had to call the owner again to sort it out. Then it's all good, they honored the price we agreed on. Also very responsive on yelp quotes/message. Quick appointment time!
