Discovered hot water heater sprang a huge leak while I was at work. Did a search on phone for emergency plumber near Mountain View. Luckily A2Z came up first. They arrived quickly even though it was still evening rush hour. Installed pipe detour around the broken heater so I at least had cold water for toilet etc. that night. They came back the next morning with a new heater, installed it although they had to take the heater closet door off to pull the old heater out and put new heater in. Everything was fine and done pretty quickly. Price was reasonable given the emergency service and door situation. I would highly recommend them.

Don't get misled by the company owner's Juan's sweet talk and instant availability. The company isn't trustworthy. Once I've requested an invoice and a warranty info, they never got back to me (after I paid in full, of course, upon completion).

Hugely disappointing experience. Quick enough to come replace my water heater and charge top dollar for a sub-par AO Smith, but no response when it continually shut off and needed servicing. Plus, I never received any paperwork - invoice or manual - with warranty info. After 6-7 years of being ridiculously unreliable and needing relighting at least twice a year, it finally broke, but no one at A2Z would even return my calls. Ended up using another company to replace it with a more dependable brand and clean up the minor issues, like the gas line that was too thin and the wrong kind of earthquake straps. In short, expect poor quality and to be ghosted. My advice? There are way more professional and responsive companies out there!

Just had to call plumber for toilet flush issues.
This is second time we used A2Z ( first time to
replace shower cartridge) ...they were fast, considerate,
polite and efficient. AND their rates were the best ...
I did ""shop"" around. Today they came for our tenants'
concerns of the toilet not flushing well....turns out it was
actually user error (new fangled toilets) and they
didn't charge us as there was nothing to fix, but they did
put in some time. no charge; great guys.
We will definitely be calling them again!

I'm building an ADU and need install a gas line to connect to two dryers and one cooktop. My big thank you to Juan R who came out on time and get installation done in next day. His plumber Enrique did great job and we pass the city inspection in next day. I highly recommending Juan R to anyone who has plumbing needs. We really appreciate they get thing done timely!

Wonderful experience!! We had Ignacio and Enrique from ""A 2 Z Plumbing and Rooter"" show up at our house to repair our outdoor main water line. They were very professional, courteous, personable, and very knowledgeable about exactly how to do the repair...and they even took the time to explain what they were doing as I watched them work! I would call A 2 Z Plumbing for all my plumbing repairs!!

They came out to check on our water heater, told us we needed a new one. They said they were going to call our home insurance for an approval, but never did. I called several times during the following week, as did the insurance. They never picked up, nor returned our voice mails.

I've been ghosted by plenty of girls, but never by a plumber before.

We had a leaky faucet in our front yard and Juan responded quickly and was able to come same day even though it was a Saturday. Our job needed extra piping replaced than initially thought but it was done in a few hours and professionally and safely (masks were used). When we turned our water back on, the pressure seemed low in the main house but Juan came back to check same day and increased the pressure to medium, noting that it was set to really high before and was not normal. We appreciated the extra care and attention. thank you!
