I had a downstairs bathroom issue/emergency and called Super Plumbing. Eric answered and I told him my problem and he told me he'd get here ASAP. Within the hour he was here and was hard at work. Turns out my main drain was clogged and he had to do a few hours of work on it. He left it clog free and even assisted with some clean up. Highly recommended.

Eric was fast, efficient and did great work! My water heater died during the coldest winter week to date in LA.
I was skeptical about yelping for a plumber but could not be without hot water. He answered right away and fit me in that day to access the problem. He gave me a price quote and offered to get it done within 24 hours. This is where his customer service went from great to exceptional. I had called my home warranty and found out that the replacement would be covered but they needed to speak to Eric to get a work order. It was late in the evening and Eric patiently waited on the phone with me nearly 20 min before speaking to a rep. He went through the entire process to get approval. The next day he replaced my water heater, and adjusted the faulty door. He ALSO found a gas leak under my home and tightened the pipes to stop the problem. I would definitely recommend Eric's services to any one in need of a plumber. His price was very reasonable, he was very professional and you can tell he really takes pride in his work.

Needed a seismic shut off valve installed at a new home. They came out the next morning to install. Fair pricing.

I couldn't be there when they finished, so he came by the next morning so we could look at the work together. Everything looked good.

We also asked him to look at a cooktop connection that was leaking gas. He said the guy used the wrong part. He happened to have one in his van and he replaced it for us (for a charge, of course).
