Eric, Hugo, and everyone at A-1 were absolutely great to work with. Communication was excellent. Hugo came out and did the initial inspection of our sewer lines. Getting a quote and scheduling the work was a breeze and Eric and his crew were there a few days later (after it stopped raining) to replace a broken elbow in our sewer line. They did an excellent job and we were very grateful for how well they filled in the trench after they were done -- you couldn't even tell that they had to dig a large trench in the yard to get the work done. We were very impressed with their work.

They also did a smoke test which identified a leak behind our washing machine, where we had some odor coming in. We will schedule that repair next and I'll update with that experience.

So fortunate to have been referred to Eric of A1 Sewer Solutions by a home inspector who took pity on me. I had already met with three other plumbers who wanted to replace all of my pipes as opposed to confirming whether or not I actually had a leak. Eric conducted a camera inspection of my sewer pipe via my roof and reported that my pipe was perfectly fine. In his opinion, the moisture was caused by extensive rain that had made its way into my crawl space. Like finding a mechanic you trust 100%, I'm so thankful to have found a professional, ethical and accommodating plumber. I ended up hiring Eric to fix a few things and to replace an old toilet. He did a fantastic job and left everything spotlessly clean afterwards.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and giving us issues for months! It was beyond a Drain-O fix, but Jugo and Cynthia came through for us and were extremely efficient, professional and did a fantastic job on getting the sink back to normal in a very brief amount of time. They also repaired a pipe in our bathroom sink (on the same day), which needed serious maintenance.

Eric was able to clear my front toilet by hyrdojetting the main line to the street and provided camera work of before and after video which showed the effectiveness of the procedure! Also gave me a 1 year warranty for their work and promised to come back if it clogged again. Such great service from a true professional with all the modern state of the art equipment. Came on time and within 24 hours so my tenant had less then a day to not have use of their second bathroom.
