I am clueless when it comes to general repair matters. Despite this, A1 was able to decipher what I needed via ""This thing isn't going into this other thing and I need them to, bc water"". That alone is impressive, but the fact that they made it happen for less than $5, earns a 6th star in my book.

I walked in with a faucet-thingy and a plastic tube after a hardware store was unable to help. These guys custom cut a part in the store for me, and walked me through exactly how it worked. I now know that the faucet-thingy was actually an Aerator, and that the plastic tube has male thread.

(LOOK AT ME GO GUYS!)

I kind of can't wait for something to break so I can go back.

From the perspective of a DIY-er that has gutted his bathroom and in the process of redoing the plumbing, this is the must-stop shop. Whereas big-box shops have limited selection of lower-quality, higher priced good, here you can find endless rows of fittings amd multiple options for the perfect custom plumbing solution. What really pushed this shop over the top is its competitive pricing; I was looking for a specific Toto toilet to fit my bathroom, and since it's highly recommended to buy toilets locally (who knows what can happen during shipment) A1 was able to give me a very competitive price, with the peace of mind that my toilet will arrive intact.

These guys are the best! I had to fix my kitchen faucet but couldn't get a plumber out before I left town and my house with the tenants. They not only had the parts I needed but also took the time and taught me how to replace both the stem and the handle. Me with zero plumbing experience went home and did the job. The customer service is super nice here ! Peter was so patient and helpful to help me find out a no logo no brand faucet cartridge. He spent about 30 minutes to help me get the right part, not like other plumbing shops just ignored me and told me to buy a new faucet. A-1 plumbing is great, they have a not big but nice showroom, I definitely will come again for my home remodeling. I highly recommend A-1 plumbing supply&showroom.
